We are on a cross country road trip and one of our brake lines ruptured in Gainesville. B & T Automotive was able to quickly replace the brake line and get us back on the road the same day! We couldn t be happier with the service they provided and how willing they were to help. Justin and his team kept the shop open until the truck was done and we could go back on the road. We had a driver blow out his rear-end and we were stranded, B&T had us back on the road in two days, they worked till 8PM on a Friday to get us back on the road. We greatly appreciate the hustle.

B&T is all talk....We got you, We got this, Have your truck humming like new in a few days. Once you hand over the keys, forget it. They act irritated that you want an update. They had my truck for a week and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Did not even diagnose. I lost hundreds of dollars using rentals, uber all the while thinking they just needed more time.If I had a lawyer, I would have sued them. Worst customer service ever.

son's car broke down outside of Gainsville. We live in Oklahoma.. They said they would get car and see what was wrong... after several days, we called and they had not gotten car yet.. they were rude, unprofessional, and I would not recommend this shop if it was the last and only place in Texas. We were being charged daily, because the car had been impounded. We called Cam's which the tow service recommended! Cam's got the car and we are so glad! B & T is the worst!!!!

TERRIBLE! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! When our large motor home broke down, they were the only company with a truck large enough to tow us. After picking us up, they convinced us that they could actually do the work as well instead of towing it to another repair place. They told us it would take around one week. Over the next SEVEN WEEKS we had to call weekly to check on the status because they did not communicate with us themselves. It took one whole month just for them to remove the rear axle and hadn t even ordered a new one yet. We were NEVER given a price estimate. We asked specifically for the axle work to not be done until we spoke with the owner, but they did it without our consent. They replaced the axle with a salvaged one without our consent. Two weeks or so in, we requested they clean out the refrigerator and keep checking on our freezer/propane levels (since we were told it would only take one week). Upon arrival to pick up the completed motor home, our fridge is RUINED because they let the freezer thaw and ruined hundreds of dollars of meat that thawed and rotted all over our floors. They refused to provide an itemized invoice. They refused to provide receipts for any parts they purchased when we requested them. These people engage in BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.

Justin saved our day and motorhome! Thank God for him. We were stranded and Justin Came out within 15 min, knew exactly what was wrong and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Amazing service! Thank you very much!

Do not go there. Unprofessional and will charge you for doing nothing to your vehicle rude and never calls you back for updates. Lazy and don't know what they are doing. Backyard mechanics are 1000 times better than this place. That tells you alot.

Could not have had a better experience.Very fair pricing and the shop stayed open late to finish the job.Even gave me a ride home after towing my truck.(fuel pump problems)Would definitely recommendThanks for all you did!

Friday passing through Gainesville we had a problem with what we thought was the battery so we got a new battery. The voltage didn't rise so then we had the alternator replaced. Less than 24 hours later voltage was in the red again. By this time we are 6 hours away so we can't go back. For all this for $636.

It's a great place for all your automotive needs. They offer and can tow anything on the road if you are having car problems. Friendly staff and good prices. I highly recommend.
