Always pleased with their service and repairs. Very timely in the repairs needed. Always prompt with how repairs are going with updates of how the process is going. The girl at the front desk is always very nice and kind and respectful. Very knowledgeable of the business and its processes of getting things done. I will always use them for my services.

I m very happy with my experience with Auto Body Concepts. The repair took a bit longer than I expected, but they kept me up to date on each step. There is zero evidence that I was in a collision. They even detailed my truck including removing some brush in my bed and dog hair in my cab! I highly recommend!

Maria was awesome and helped me every step of the way with my claim. The work was done in a timely manner and everything turned out fantastic. Jeff gave consistent updates throughout the process so I knew exactly what was going on. If you need something done in the Gainesville area, these are the guys.

We were traveling through north Texas on a vacation trip and struck a deer, which resulted in substantial damage to the front of our car. Our car was towed to Auto Body Concepts (ABC), a business approved by our car's manufacturer. From our first contact with Jeff Good and the other personnel at ABC we were treated empathetically, courteously and professionally. ABC worked well with our insurance carrier to provide an acceptable estimate and resolve all insurance payment issues. ABC gave us a realistic completion date and had the work completed within the time frame. We were told our car would look like new when it was completed and it did. ABC kept us regularly updated by text on the progress being made on our car. We could not be more pleased with the work and the treatment we received from ABC, and can enthusiastically recommend them for anyone needing automobile body repair work.Steve and Diane Herman

The folks at Auto Body Concepts did a great job with my repair. Everyone was kind and helpful, they delivered within the time frame they gave me, then cleaned her up nicely once the repair was finished! My car looks like new. Thank you to all at Auto Body Concepts!

These folks at Auto Body Concepts are great at what they do!! Our vehicle looks like new and we wouldn t use anyone else. We took our HRV in and they got right on it. Friendliest, most polite folks and Kendall is very knowledgeable in his line of work. Thanks Auto Body Concepts for a great job!!

I can t say enough great things about ABC. They made the process of having my car repaired extremely smooth. Every appointment that I had with them was in and out in under 30 minutes. They made arrangements to personally get me to a rental car. They were also very communicative with text updates twice a week. The turnaround time that they held my car was very quick. Hopefully I won t need them in the near future, but if I ever do, I will without a doubt be a customer again.

This is the only body shop I will use and trust with my vehicles. They are knowledgeable in the line of work, their communication is great, and the repair/work they do is flawless. I recommend them to anyone that is in need of body work or repairs.

I received prompt service after contacting Auto Body Concepts. I also received updates on progress twice each week. All my interactions with them were courteous and professional. My assigned service advisor, Jeff, took care to answer all of my questions and concerns. I am pleased with the repair work. I will use them again should I have need.

Amazing communication and great service. Once I was able to bring my pickup in to be worked on, the turnaround time was so fast, and my pickup looks perfect. Not to mention the detail job they do after they re finished. Chefs kiss! 10/10 would recommend. Thrilled with everything start to finish.

Kendall was a pleasure to work with. Do to circumstances beyond his control it took a little longer to get my repairs done than what I expected Workmanship was excellent and timely once parts were received. Truck was nicely detailed when I picked it up. The cleanest it s been since brand new. I would recommend ABC for your repair service.

The work pace was a little slow (this could be related to having to find parts for an older car, 12 year old Lexus) and I had to wait about a month before they could get the car in because they were busy. So, I m grading them 4 stars for timeliness.But overall ABC made my old car look great. They did exactly as they promised and I m very satisfied.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

I want to thank Jeff for keeping me informed in the entire process. Auto Body Concepts does great work. And they stand behind their work for as long as you own the vehicle. I waited 3 months to bring my truck to them because we were out of state and wouldn t be back for 3 months. This is how much I trust their work. If I could give more than 5-Stars I would. I have used Auto Body Concepts on 5 different occasions and each time I have walked away completely satisfied. From the Bi weekly updates to the ease of dealing with your insurance. There is not a better repair shop in Cooke County.

Very professional and nice business to deal with. While weekly updates were not specific, I received text messages 2x weekly advising of repair status on my vehicle. Auto Body Concepts was timely with repairs as promised and worked with insurance company. It was really nice to pick up a detailed vehicle - totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. Auto Body Concepts is FANTASTIC!! They are so professional, take photos from all angles of the damage, catalogue for insurance, were able to show a detailed itemization of parts, labor, extremely accurate estimate of repair costs and completion date. I m a huge advocate of working with small businesses because of the customer service. Wendy and Danny don t disappoint. With three kids in the family, we ve had many fender benders. If I ever have questions or need an update, I just call. They answer promptly, are kind and extremely knowledgeable. Hometown service, honest, courteous with seamless repairs. I can t even tell my car was on an accident. I d give them a 10 star if Google would let me. Can t say enough great things about this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
