Talk about a good service, Noah was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Even though it is a very repetitive work, repeating the same things for hours, they were very welcoming at 5:30pm, with great attitude, him and Abdullah took care of my vehicle, made the suggestions, I was able to verify that indeed they have better prices and discounts, I went to Cinco Auto2 for many, many years, the prices went up and they removed some of the discounts so I drove across the street to Valvoline.

I went in for a state inspection. No wait, pulled into the garage bay and stayed in my car and everything took only 5-10 minutes. The staff working there were super nice. Great job!

I went to Valvoline to get my car inspected and was told that my battery was bad. It wasn t. Noah said he wouldn t test my car for inspection unless I bought a new battery. I said lemme run to Walmart he then said no buy from us, Walmart only offers a 3 month warranty, we are better . Which just isn t true. Walmart offers 3 years warranties AND ALSO MY BATTERY WAS JUST FINE. I was offended and left. Went to Take 5 off Grand Parkway and passed my inspection with zero issues. The mechanic at Take 5 said Noah was just desperate to upsell. Disappointed and will not be returning.

Quick and easy but most importantly they don t try and sell me items I don t need yet. They are very good at making me aware of the status of my filters, battery etc and a rough time table of when those might need to be replaced rather than trying to make a quick buck. That kind of service and honesty is very much appreciated.

Visited the shop 3 times. I had a bad experience of my last oil change here. The guy (site manager) asked me tire rotation service but I refused. Then my oil and filter protection pad is not restated, I found it out after a few days by the protection pad road friction noise. I also be overcharged over $60 even I have a $15 coupon. After a new site manager here, the service is getting worse.

If you need a state inspection, don't bother coming here or calling to confirm they can do them. 3rd week in a row I've called then showed up only to find out the machines broke, the guy didn't show and this week they are changing machines. Last year, the system was down, and another time, the building got hit by lightning. I own multiple cars and do the inspections around the same time to make it easier to track. That's why I've gotten so many excuses from them.

The staff is amazing!! I went in today to see if they could help me adjust my tire pressures (I overfilled one) and they helped me without hesitation!!I'm so appreciative of their willingness to help!!

This place is very hit or miss. Sometimes they do a great job but other times it seems like no one knows what is going on. For example, last time I was there I watch an employee squirt oil all over the engine of the car next to me because the technician didn t know how to open the end of the oil dispenser hose.If you choose to use this place get out of your car and watch them to make sure they use the right oil, don t make a mess, etc.

I have been going to Jiffy and finally got fed up with Jiffy, so I gave Valvoline a try. I am glad i did. The whole process was quick and easy. The best part is they didnt try to sell me cabin and engine filter on every oil change like Jiffy. Even if it was changed on the previous oil change. Not to mention the filters are way overpriced.Service: Oil change

I had a great experience here. The gentleman Kyle was very polite and informative. I have used valvoline in other states. This is my first experience here in Texas and it was great as expected. I would recommend for everyone to come here. They offer free top off for the life of your oil change sticker. They also check fluids and ensure you leave happy.

First visit there but the oil light came on and Valvoline was we open to 7pm. Drove in and the team took great care, even telling me about savings on their site. Very efficient and clean service area. Wish the owner would get the team the neck fans sold at Best Buy to keep cool, as it was 105 degrees and they had no ventilation or way to keep cool. Never once complained but I felt really bad for the hardworking team. I ll be back. Great service!

I will never take my car here again. After we had an oil change we were stopped by a person letting us know our skid plate was hanging off and will be ripped off if we keep driving it. Thank you for screwing up the bottom of our car.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Noah provided excellent customer service. He was very detail oriented, organized, and timely. I appreciated that he alerted me to a cracked belt on my car and recommended referral to a mechanic. Great experience at this location.

I would not recommend doing your oil changes here if it required your skid plate to be removed because these guys doesnt know how to put it back correctly. My skid plate was loose and was hanging on I-10 rubbing the cement stuck in traffic. When I call and told them they were the last place to service the car just a day ago, they got the nerve to say camera footage show that it was damage before we got there and screws was missing. At least nothing falls off last time i check. Its ok if that did happen and I would totally understand but let me know so I can address it before driving around houston with it falling off. Bad business practice and goal is not to have satisfy customers. Point the blame and not try to resolve any issues. Save yourself the trouble and bring to the dealership where they understand your vehicle. If something break, at least i know they would have the parts to replace without giving you a hard time or say there is nothing they can do. Typical response from an oil changed place. Take it to the dealership. It may take longer and cost more but end of the day, at least you have piece of mind knowing nothing will fall off unexpectedly. Dont be me and learn the hard way just for convienience. End up causing me work PTO hour and money just to fix the problem myself.BTW. Customer service, dont bother giving me a computer response and try to sound professional. At the end of the day, we all know that's not in your vocabulary.Service: Oil change

Everyone seemed very friendly and Noah was so helpful. We got a new car battery and he did great at explaining everything to us and making us feel secure in our purchase! I would definitely recommend going to this Valvoline.

I went in yesterday to the Fulshear location to get my oil changed. While the service was being done, I asked if I could get an inspection as well. The guy, Jan, told me it would be a minute because the guy doing inspections was the same guy currently under my car doing the oil change. I said that was fine. Before the inspection guy did the inspection he told me it would be 25$ for just the inspection, as I had my toddler in the back and it was cold outside, I just agreed to get it done even though I thought it was a bit pricey.Well my husband goes the next day to get two of his vehicles inspected and they were only 7$ each. I looked at my receipt and come to find out I was charged for an emissions test that I did not ask for.I feel very taken advantage of.If your a female or unknowledgeable about vehicles, do not go here or bring someone with you so you aren t taken advantage of.Emailed the response below and have t heard back.Service: Oil change

Do not take your car here. My wife took her Toyota and they changed the oil and charged for it, but told her they could not change the filters because they were too tight, that they always do that at the Toyota service. They should not have made and charged for the oil change if that was the case. Now we will most likely have to change the oil again when we go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Will and Shawn helped me with my oil change! They were efficient, fantastic and super kind! As a woman I always worry people will try to oversell me! They absolutely didn t and did a great job! Will happily come back! Everyone was so nice and polite! Whole team seemed nice!

We needed our cars inspected as we just moved to Texas. Called and they had us come right down. Quickly got us in, got the inspection done and we even talked cars while he worked. The whole thing for 2 cars maybe took 15 min at most. If you just moved here and need the inspection done these guys have you covered!

Tried to get an inspection and oil change today. Drove up and waited for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. Drove around and went inside and when I asked how to get serviced, I was told we re busy right now and he walked away. There was one car in the bay. Been going here since they opened, but went right across the street to CincoAuto2 and was greeted within a couple minutes with great service.Services: Battery, Oil change

We've been using this FM 1463 Valvoline store in Katy since we moved here a few years ago. This visit was for an oil change but we also have our state inspections done there. They are always fast and friendly. You can stay in your car (for most services) or sit in the lobby area if you prefer. Besides changing the oil, they go through an "18 point" safety check, let you know if anything needs attention and provide a price if it's something they can do on the spot. On this visit they found a very dirty engine air filter and offered to replace it for $15. Would have cost me twelve bucks to buy one online so it was a bargain to pay fifteen and have it done on the spot. If you plan to go to a Valvoline oil change location, be sure to check their website for coupons, digital or print.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
