Super friendly customer service. Very knowledgeable staff who knows what they re doing. Makes my car look brand new inside and out with the amazing exterior and interior detail they did. Reasonably priced as well in my opinion. Will definitely be a regular here whenever I need another detail. As well as planning to have them do more work!

I had such a fantastic experience with Victor and the crew at Blackout Auto Spa. If I could give them a 10-star review, I would. Previously, I had someone do a tint job on my BMW that I recently purchased. It was utterly butchered. I brought it in, and they stripped it down and redid the tint job, gave my car a car wash, and fixed some of the paint defects that the vehicle displayed. I am thoroughly impressed with how everything has turned out. The tint and paint job were well executed, and I have no bubbles, and the car shines like new. I plan on bringing my car around every time I m in the Fulshear area for routine washes, and I plan on bringing my car soon for the crew to do a wrap job; the attention to detail and level of care was well appreciated. If you have time, give these guys your business; you will not regret it.

Victor was very accommodating as I took a chance and dropped in instead of making an appointment. He was able to put ceramic tint on the car the same afternoon and also gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done. Great customer service. Great results. A nice clean shop in a nice clean spot, ran by really nice people. Thank you Victor Jr and Sr!

Called around 9 am and spoke with Victor about having some tint done. We spoke about what I wanted, and he gave his professional opinion. I didn't feel pressured, I honestly felt like I was speaking to an old friend. Needless to say, his Dad shuttled me home, such a cool dad. The Blackout family did a great job on my truck (ceramic tint along with front windshield). I will DEF be coming back to get the chrome delete, not to mention they did a hell of a job on the wash! Thanks Blackout Fam!

Requested a quote online and Victor reached out right away to provide quote and additional information. Same day service! Had my truck tinted exactly how I wanted. Didn t feel pressured at all for any upgrades or anything else. Will definitely be back! Fast and easy process!

10/10 service! I was in desperate need of window tinting due to the lovely Texas weather, and was so nervous of everything that could be involved. This place may be on the Westside of Houston but it s definitely worth the drive! Victor and his team gave my car a whole new aesthetic. I came here to get my car tinted and not only did Victor give me options, he was honest and upfront about what each option entails and let me choose what was best for me based on my needs. He didn t try to upsell me anything unnecessary like other places would. He s just a genuine guy that was happy to provide a service (one of many!) that he takes pride in.Is it a bit pricey? Sure, but, as the old saying goes, good work ain t cheap & cheap work ain t good.

Excellent service by Blackout Auto Spa. I called to check about window tint for my Subaru Outback 2024, and they gave me excellent suggestions / models / prices. I took my car the same day, and they have it ready in less than 2 hours !Place is very clean, great staff and very friendly. I found the best deal. Amazing!! I had my vehicle fully detailed (interiior and exterior cleaning/wash). The customer service and overall service is unmatched. No job here is rushed. They take their time and handle your vehicle with a great deal of care. My vehicle comes out looking showroom ready everytime I come. My rims are shining and my car shines like a diamond. I lived minutes away now I am an hour drive away and I will not go any where else. I still make the 1 hour drive. My interior is super clean, the exterior is hand washed, no machine or abrasive material is used and they bring back the shine and luster with each and every visit. Victor and Victor are amazing, great personalities, and take the time to listen to your needs.I recommend Black Out for any of your auto detailing or ceramic coating needs. A1!!

The BEST place to get your vehicle detailed! I have taken my car several times and never pick it up disappointed. My husband works in the construction industry and he took his dirty, muddy truck and picked it up and it was immaculate!! Highly recommend Blackout Auto Spa!

Quality service! Staff was courteous and left satisfied with the work. Went for a ceramic tint on four side windows and rear window. Pricey but reasonably priced compared to quotes I got from other shops. Whole process took a little under two hours. Ended up waiting in their lobby as I had driven a bit aways. Lobby was small but comfortable, so no biggie.

Had a great experience with Blackout Auto Spa for our new car that didn t have any tint when purchased new. Blackout Auto Spa did a great job and the car was ready in a couple of hours. Our son will be home for the holidays next month and we plan on getting his car tinted with Blackout Auto Spa. Words cannot express how incredible their service and work is at Blackout Auto Spa! Victor is extremely knowledgeable in all that they offer and their work is pristine! Just purchased a New 2022 Ford Raptor and there was no other place I would have taken my new vehicle except for Black Auto Spa to get a 5 year ceramic coat, ceramic tint on the front 2 windows, clear ceramic tint on the windshield, ceramic tint on the panoramic sunroof and paint protection film on the black door pillars (took out all the swirls on the black pillars). They also did paint correction on any blemishes on the paint that came from the factory. My new truck s paint job looks incredible! Unbelievable shine! Thank you Blackout Auto Spa for all that y all did and definitely have my business for a lifetime!Services: Full body wash, Paint protection, Window tinting, Vehicle window tinting
