Les and the team of true professionals keep it simple, and efficient so what might at first seem to be a bad incident actually turns into a pleasant experience that you want to tell your family and friends about.Their upfront and honest approach was extremely refreshing and affordable. This is the BEST Auto Glass shop! Rock chip repair or complete glass replacement? They do it all and right the first time. They even do headlight restoration and dash repair if/when needed. Years of experience, quick, works with insurance and even provides windshield wiper blades replacement and tinting. Calibrations (ADAS)! This is super important and not always done correctly by others. They get the job done right and value 100% customer satisfaction. They know their stuff and are rooted in the community! I wouldn't trust anyone else.

This review has been long overdue. I had a last minute issue after the freeze in which my truck was allowing water to pour in when it rained. These guys identified my problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. These guys offer not only great quality but honesty as well which is hard to find. I ve had several things fixed by the fulshear location because I can trust them, which can t be said about every place.

I highly recommend Allstar Glass on 359, in Fulshear. As I was driving to work on Jan.1, I noticed that I had a cracked glass. It started at bottom left, right by my sticker and as I continued to drive it proceeded past the sticker. I called Allstar Glass thinking I'm going to need a new windshield. I talked with Les and he had me bring my car in and he was able to repair the crack without replacing the windshield. Not only did I not know that it was possible, it looks amazing! It's hardly visible. Happy Happy Customer! Thank you so much Les, you saved the day!

Maybe the owner doesn t know or they are just dishonest but I got my windshield fixed here and noticed after it was fixed that the HUD was blurry and ghosting. He insisted it was the right windshield and was OEM.I went to the dealership who stated it was not OEM and while it was a HUD windshield, the problem was that an OE needdd to be used.I called my insurance company and spoke with them. They stated that the system originally had an OE but it was changed by the shop. When talking with the owner, the insurance company stated they said that they contacted me to tell me the OE was going to take more time to get here and that I told them I was fine with a third party windshield.I NEVER received a call about an OE part taking longer to get here and never gave them the ok that I would use a third party part. In my research prior to, I came across the importance of OEM, which was what was originally designated by the insurance company, so there is no way I would decline an OEM on a HUD display.Dishonest.

I wanted to highly recommend Allstar Glass on Hwy 6! I had a passenger window broken out on my car when I was at dinner in Montrose the other night. Nothing was taken, but it left me with a window to replace. I called insurance but wasn't happy with the cost and it was going to take a week before they could replace it. I called a few places in the Cypress area, including a dealership. Stan, with Allstar Glass, was my savior! He gave me a price that was less than half the cost of my insurance vendor. Plus, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the window replaced the same day. They did a great job, were fast, and I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I requested a quote online for a windshield replacement, and Les responded quickly. They offered to squeeze me in the next day, but I opted for another day. I met Kayla to drop off my car, and she took care of everything. My windshield replacement was finished in a couple hours and I was very satisfied. I requested a quote online for a windshield replacement on a Friday afternoon, and got a super quick response. They offered to squeeze me in the next day, but I opted for the next business day to not interrupt their schedule. Everything from there went super smooth. They were incredibly professional, and finished the replacement in just a few hours and sent me on my way. Overall a great experience, from a great business, ran by great people. Do not go anywhere else. About 15 yrs ago a young man helped me when I was broke. He did all he could.. I recognized him right off. Chuck and the whole place has a vibe that you know this is a good place to be.. look at the reviews. Rare at aestablishment. . Just got my glass replaced... awesome experience... i went in there around 12 just to get a price, once he told me the price i knew i had to get it done here.. he ordered it and called me as soon as it came in, same day by the way, showed up 20 min before closing and they were ready to go and had me out the door in less that 45 min. Definitely recommend.

Excellent shop, strongly recommend.Their service was top notch, from the first call to confirm the appointment till return of vehicle. They also explained how to further protect and treat the glass until the glue sets. Not to be confused with 5-star glass, Allstar glass certainly deserves five stars! Excellent service on a pickup truck windshield replacement. Called and got scheduled the next day for a price so competitive that I drove all the way to Bear Creek from Webster, TX. Allstar went out of their way to ensure that I was in and out as fast as possible. Turned out I had a warranty that they were able to use. Excellent customer service for being able to apply my warranty to the job! Stan was great to work with, and knew the specifics of my windshield features so he was able to make certain to replace the windshield with the right type. Will definitely return if needed again, and will make the drive again from Webster!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Glad I chose Allstar Glass over other places!I was a bit concerned after I realized that any special instructions weren t given after the windshield replacement(such as no driving for an hour, don't use wipers, etc) but everything seems good and the windshield looks great! They replaced my windshield right away!Fast and professional service!

I had my windshield and door glass replaced at All Star Glass. The service was great, the work and glass was of good quality at a good price. I m very happy. After a month I got a chip in my windshield and came back to have it repaired. They did a good job on this as well.

HIGHLY recommend this place. Back window was broken out in July. It was replaced by another company called "Allstar". When the weather turned cold I realized the rear defrost didn't work.I called this business and they were SO helpful, even though they didn't originally fix the window. They allowed me to stop by 15 minutes to close. They plugged in the wires that the original company neglected AND they replaced the clips holding the covers in place (original company used 1/2 the clips they were supposed to). So professional and helpful. Would not go anywhere else.

I had been arguing with my insurance company about getting my windshield replaced so I was pretty much resigned to the fact I'd be out hundreds of dollars for a windshield. But wow, I honestly didn't realize that fixing a windshield could be such a pleasant experience!Rachel welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door and couldn't have been more friendly throughout the process. They dealt with my insurance company directly and got me a brand new windshield right there on the spot. The owner, Les, came and spoke with us after the installation and was an absolute joy to talk to.I don't typically leave reviews either way but my experience with Allstar Glass was so enjoyable that I just had to take a few minutes to pass along their praises!

I have a very old car, 2004, so I thought it might be difficult and extremely costly to fix abroken electric window but it wasn t.I called ahead of time and was given a very reasonable quote by Rachael.When I brought my car in I received very quick service, there were no surprises or hidden fees,they also took 18 mths of melted on duct tape off my window and upholstery for just $25and that would have taken me forever to do myself.Rachael is who helped me and she was very efficient, patient and kind.I would recommend Allstar Glass for sure, trustworthy friendly care is hard to come by.5 stars for sure, 10 if I could

Called Allstar because our insurance couldn't get us scheduled for at least 2 weeks. Allstar was able to deliver NEXT DAY, and did all the work for considerable cheaper than the insurance deductible.
