They were very quick, helpful and friendly. Had to replace a car battery and could not get a piece of the cable off. The technician came over to help and quickly removed the part. Would definitely recommend this auto center.

Nice spot for wheel balancing and tire mounting. Do your oil changes at home people, auto shops will not be liable for damages caused to your vehicle and it s a 10minute job once you ve learned how to.

This review is a HUGE shoutout to the Manager/Team Lead named Rasul. I went to the auto care center just before the closing time, and the mechanics were just leaving. I wanted an oil change and new wiper blades for my car. I was in a time constraint, and requested the service. Rasul was very considerate and agreed to provide service. He was there by himself, no other helpers. Note that the closing time was 7:00 PM, but he worked on my car till 7:20 PM. Rasul definitely walked an extra mile for me and this act of kindness and consideration has really moved me. I wish him all the success and happiness.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Walmart - please fix online appointment system for tire change. I had scheduled it online which is highly unreliable, surprised to see it was not there in system on premises when I reched there and I had to redo at later time and day on premises. I had called tire center twice to confirm my appointment on same day and day before but none picked up the call. Such a waste of time of customer for having to go second time to get tires installed.

100% incompetent. Came in to get two tires mounted and balanced. The staff called me back an hour later and said they didn't know how to get the wheel off the car. I told them I guess I can drive back and teach them how to do it if required. I spent an extra hour figuring out why they weren't using the proper tools and teaching the "techs" how to remove a wheel. They were stripping my lugnuts with the wrong sized sockets, didn't know what a breaking bar was and couldn't find any tools around the shop. I cannot recommend this location - the staff has no business being in a garage. Wasted my entire morning and a fair amount of the afternoon when all was said and done.

Old school guy working in Automotive is as cool as it gets. Prior Lockheed employee, he was helping with my truck repair in the Auto-section. Unlike every other Walmart in DFW, these guys know how to hire the right people that kind of care. Looks like the hiring struggle has not hit them which is awesome. Will make the change to this Walmart for that reason.

Best price for an oil change that we've found. The service is fairly quick, especially if you can call ahead and come when they're not too busy. They don't do state inspections, and we haven't had any work done there other than oil changes, but they're significantly lower priced than most other oil changes!

When I showed up for my Tires install appointment the guy said he is closing in few minutes and I do not care your online appointment. Basically he was frustrated due to lack of staff and threw his tantrum on me. I called other Walmart store and one representative confirmed you can come to change the tires. Once I reached there driving with one spare tire in my car, the manager spoke to me rudely and said she can't take any more cars. I am the manager so I don't care who confirmed to you. Again, I had to go next day in morning to talk to my original appointment Auto center's manager then he took care of the installation. They don't pick up the call at all even if we call 10 times in a day and then for online appointment they blame to their system. Just to add I bought all 4 tires from Walmart itself but still Walmart really needs to improve the Auto services and staff behavior. It was $17 installation for each tire as well...

My tire was low this morning so I went to this Walmart to have it checked to see if it could be fixed or if it needed to be replaced since the tires were bought at Walmart. The man was trying to sell me a tire without checking the tire first. I loudly asked if I needed to take my car somewhere else so the tire could be checked. He then checked the tire by rubbing his hand over the tread after asking his coworker to write me up a ticket to have the tire checked. The ticket cost $15, which is not the point. I refused to pay that so I went to Discount Tires where not only did they check it first, they told me what was wrong and said they could fix it and gave me a completion time. I said okay. They repaired my tire, and and hour sooner than previously stated free of charge. Note to Walmart: That's customer service and that's how you get repeat customers! If Discount Tires would have charged me, I would not have had a problem because they took the time to listen to what my need was. They researched my need, came up with a solution to my need and saw it to completion in a timely manner. Walmart wouldn't even do that. He was too busy trying to sell me a tire that I didn't need.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Have used this auto center before and never have been super impressed with the customer service. Today made me decide never to use them again. The tech was rude, practically yelled at me that it would be a 2 hour wait. When I asked if I could check in and return in 2 hours, I was rudely told You must wait! No thanks. Went to the Walmart at 75 and Spring Creek and was treated politely by the tech, reassured that they would take care of me promptly and were very respectful.Service: Oil change

U can find all kinds of things in Walmart. U can wait & shop while they are fixing your car. I usually only go to Costco or Walmart to fix the car bc i can shop while waiting. Good deal.

No was very rude, diste and unprofessional.. pretended to check my air pressure he acted like he was checking but he was so mad that he didn t even look at the gauge he did it in 5 secs all 4 tires and said there tires are all good now go.. get in my car and just like I told him he didnt check them my air tire pressure light was still on..Service: Tires

If you have half a day to get an oil change, Then you can go there. My goodness they take forever to even pass the vehicle back. The guys were talking on the phone and work less. And is it cheap compared to others . Same price and more time. Don t waste your time here.

Fast and super affordable! The staff was friendly and accommodating at this location. The waiting area was very clean and was able to do some shopping while I got my tires and windshield wipers installed. I highly recommend the road hazard protection! I also did not know Walmart did headlight restoration. I saw another car getting that while I was there.

The worst place ever. They said they don't received cars, because it's 6:00pm and they close at 7:00pm. Incredible incompetent people... I hope some of the manager's of walmart could see this rates of this stores.

Ordered a battery Online which shows available in store. Before 30 mins of pickup time, started to Walmart as I'm told there will be 2 hrs waiting time. In parallel, order got auto canceled as NA. So ordered another one that biller said, will fit for my car. I'm asked to come after 2 hrs. My spouse came to pick me and we left. On the way to home, got msg Vehicle is ready. So drove back to Store. Mechanic updated that the proposed model won't fit my model. Wrong status given. People in charge does not have Clarity on what they do..

They forgot to put back engine lid cover screws bolt after oil change. It got damaged after few days and I ended up paying for the replacement part. I did not get any response when I called them back many times.

I purchased a car battery from Costco and I called this Walmart Auto Center location to inquire about a battery installation. I was informed that I did not need an appointment and to just bring the car in. After I arrived, I was then told that Walmart Auto Centers do not install car batteries on Mercedes cars due to their "complexity". I left and drove to the Walmart Auto Center in McKinney where my new battery was installed within 20 minutes with no issues. This place is in need of either better customer service or better mechanics.

Came for cheap tire rotation. First time they said there weren t enough staff while there were no cars being worked on. Came next day, saw three people get helped in front of me. Waited an hour, never touched my car, went somewhere else. This isn t it.Service: TiresService: Tires

After a horrendous experience at the McKinney Walmart Auto Center at 380 and Custer, this store was a breath of fresh air. Just needed a simple battery change, and they did it quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean, and the attendant and mechanics were friendly and competent.

Fast quick oil change for 44.88 synthetic on sale. This was onna Sunday during 1-2pm. They even vacuum my floors! The other walmart I went to to get an oil change didn't vacuum my floors. So that was a nice surprise.

I went to this Wal-Mart twice for help with my car. Both times, the service manager was unprofessional and told me that it would 3 to 5 hours before they could get to my car just for an oil change. The first time there was two cars in the shop and there was 2 bays open and a guy just walking around talking and the manager just hanging out by the register doing nothing. The second time was worse than the first. This place has poor management and slow/lazy techs. I will never go back there.

Isn't too interested in fixing flat tires. Most of the time they end up giving an excuse of unavailability of patches. My experience with regular service has been good. But would appreciate if they don't turn back regular customers like that.

Came here Monday morning to repair a tire with a nail and the valve stem. They went under the hood and I told them to close it. There isn t anything under there that you need to look at. Then I was told they couldn t fix the tire. I agree with another review that mentioned getting over on women.
