The service was bad. The customer service was terrible. They should realize the type of people they hire. There were some young people playing and they kicked a cone they were playing with and it hit my vehicle. Didn't even receive an apology.

Not much bad to say about this place. Friendly staff, great customer service, fast and efficient! my one and only complaint is the Up selling. Yes I understand it s part of their job but they wear you down some much with it. But at the end of the day I understand they are just doing their job! Again great fast service to great job y all !!!

Update (1/10/2024): Hunter and Juan were so helpful and professional. They didn't try upselling anything and recommended stuff I needed. Super honest and I appreciate it so much (very rare in this kind of industry). The service was so quick and I was first in line. I believe that in the morning on weekdays it's way less crowded.I seriously can't even imagine how these guys can work in this heat outside. So I already can give them a praise for this. Heard from other locals about this place for oil change. Service was professional and courteous. I'll be taking my vehicle here again next time.

They're friendly and fast, but seems they recommend items which aren't needed. I only went there for a quick oil change. They said about 3 things were leaking, which I found out later, they weren't. No, I didn't pay for them to repair anything because I knew better. They even checked my battery, and a few days later my battery light went off indicating alternator failure. I'm not sure if that was their fault or just a coincidence. They also immediately checked the engine filter, when I had already changed it myself. They left the cove clip undone, and it kept rattling while I was driving, until I figured it out. They do a good and quick oil change, but they don't ask enough questions first.

Every time I go there they mess up my car, they need to get trained better. Don t go to this location, I had an oil change done a few weeks ago, looks like they forgot to shut the cap below so all of the oil leaked out. This is the second time it has happened.

They did not send my state inspections to TX DOT for 2 vehicles that they inspected. THEY WOULD NOT RESEND THE INSPECTION DATA AND WOULD NOT REFUND MY FEES PAID. I WILL NEVER RETURN. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION.

My visit was my first time at this location. I arrived earlier in the day, approximately 9:30am. I was the only one there. So I was in and out fairly quickly. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and professional. Great service!

The crew is friendly and good but this is my 3rd time to ask to rotate the tires while changing the oil they r making same excuse that they can t lift the car as they have backpain.now I believe here everyone has backpain so if there is only oil then they r good

This oil change company automatically takes your data and without your permission/knowledge send the data to CarFax which then contacts you over email over and over telling you when to get an oil change and more stuff. I can't believe this oil company thinks is OK to share your data with other companies. I will never use this company again or any oil company with the name "valvoline".

No appointments; 1st come 1st serve makes planning day impossible. Guys seem to work hard, but wait very unpredictable. Guy said 15-20 minutes per vehicle in front of me - reality was 30-40 minutes. They deflate your tires to the cold recommended pressure when the tires are warm - next morning have to refill 3/4 to correct pressure. They forgot the lights check. Convenient & reasonable price, but long way from earning 5 startsService: Oil change

I used to love getting my oil changed here. The staff was so kind, helpful, & efficient. If been here twice since the new ownership or management has taken over & I will not be back. They seem confused, uncoordinated, & unfriendly. I m so disappointed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Interesting development here... I called for a tire rotation and was told there was no wait. First come first serve. Upon arriving I was told to step out of the car while service would start. About 5 minutes a technician told me that they wouldn't be able do a tire rotation because "the other day a jeep came by and the 19mm socket broke"... So, it appears they were aware prior. Also, how do you only have 1 sockets available in the entire shop for tire rotation?! LOL ian is the manager and apparently he wasn't in today. Due to a 19mm socket missing you're losing hundreds of dollars in no service to customers. Bravo.

The staff here is fantastic. Valvoline has an upper level management problem because they do not make public anywhere that they will not change the oil on cars they consider luxury cars. For example....a 2019 Land Rover Discovery is considered a luxury car and the store will not change the oil on it. They sell the oil and they sell the filter though! I have no problem with that...I can go anywhere else. BUT It is disrespectful of people's time to NOT put that policy with a listing of the luxury models that Valvoline will not service on their web site....they don't seem to care about the customer's time. It is a great way to permanently lose customers driving those cars on the as yet unpublished secret list.

First time going here on a Saturday. There were two cars infront of me. They said it would take 25mins... It's been over 45mins and I have not moved at all.... "instant oil change?" pshhh more like get stuck in a queue for 2 hours and waste gas or sweat it out sitting in your car. I was luckily able to back out and leave. I felt bad as they watched me take off.It's safe to say I would never go back and would not suggest anyone go to this location. Pretty sure they charge extra compared to other places anyway. Also surprised there isn't more 1-star reviews as everyone else was waiting just as long if not longer. I can't comprehend an over hour wait for an $80+ oil change. Best go to Walmart

Second time visiting this location it was pretty terrible.First time was solid quick(<25 mins), courteous, and efficient.What went wrong today?- Their lead tech, or at least the person appointed to consult with customers, had a gawd awful demeanor and attitude. It was literally dreadful interacting with this person - Arrived at 4:05 and wasn t released till almost 5:15. For being an establishment with the name Instant in the title, no one should ever be there for over an hour.- Fully staffed (8-10 techs) but when my vehicle was the only one in the garage they all just stood around and watched the smallest guy in the shop rotate my tires. Poor kid couldn t have been more than 130 lbs This resulted in a tire rotation that took almost 30 minutes.- When forcing my hood to close, Mr Cheerful left a piece of plastic at the latching point. I had to pop my hood again so he could remove it no apology, nothing.- No apology for taking over an hour. Acted like he was doing me a favor for taking my payment and giving me a sticker Needless to say, I will not be returning and advise anyone else to reconsider navigating to this location as well.

Edit to add: As a reviewer below states, I ve had 5-star service here and 1-star service. Today it was no service. Despite the sign stating that they are open 11-5 on Sundays, the shop is closed at 12:15 this Sunday, 4/14.I ve been coming here to get the oil changed on both my cars for several years. After my last oil change, the techs failed to properly tighten either the oil drain plug or the filter causing the car to leak oil in my driveway. When I called about bringing the car in to get the problem fixed, the manager told me that it would be at least an hour before they could look at the problem because they were busy. I explained that I shouldn t have to wait an hour for them to pull my car into one of their bays to look at it due to the fact that they had caused the problem and were essentially still in the middle of completing my oil change. Good customer service is not demonstrated when everything goes well, it shines through when problems arise. Mistakes happen, and the best customer service is evidenced when people do what is necessary to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. So far, I m not seeing that service at this shop. I ll be looking for somewhere else to get my oil changed from now on.

Had a excellent experience. Getting my oil changed literally probably took well under 20 minutes. Fantastic service from the fellas there.

Update (Sep20): Came again, same good experience Original review (Feb20): Came here to get my oil changed and they just had me pull through it was super easy! Staff were polite and respectful to me, professional and quick.

The wait is about 30min on a busy day. All technicians are friendly and informative. Price for an oil change is a bit less than a dealership but Valvoline gives out lots of coupons so you're saving money with their services. Carl is attentive and keeps me informed of my car's status very well. Definitely will come back here whenever I can for my automotive maintenance.

First time at this location and the techs were great at communicating and taking time on my vehicle for my oil change. Logan and Brett were great to work with and got me in and out this afternoon.After a terrible experience at the Addison/Plano valvoline location, I came here and was pleased with the first class service of these 2 guys.I'm glad I stopped by today and I'll be back for sure based off of the service I received from those two!

I feel like I always get a fair deal here, and you can find a coupon here or there. Usually, I take my car here for oil changes and inspections. The service is at a good pace with employees that are helpful. They typically check your tire pressure and battery, fluids, etc when you get an oil change. It's good shop in my experiences.

Honest people at this location. Went in for an issue with AC. The technician said he would try something and charge me if it works only. The technician spent atleast 30 mins trying to fix the issue but it did not help and they refused to charge me anything for the time they spent on my vehicle.
