I recently got an oil change and the technicians removed my skid plate and never put it back. I went back to ask them about it and of course it was not found. I also have several oil stains in my driveway/ still dripping oil as we speak. I will no longer trust this company to work on my vehicle and I will never recommend family or friends to go there either.

Ridiculously slow service. Honestly it's faster to go to Walmart or Firestone. The Take 5 stores elsewhere have been pretty quick but this location is absolutely terrible.Today we sat behind a little while car for 20 minutes before they even started draining it's oil. There is literally no service provided at these places that should take more than 10 or 15 minutes per car.Follow Up: Almost 1 hour from time we arrived they have finally completed our oil change. These guys do not follow the Take 5 process which is likely why they are so slow and have complaints about things missed or forgotten, like putting in oil. Go to a location run properly and you will see and hear the difference. Techs double checking it's safe to drain the oil, it's safe to put new oil in, all clear to start car then turn it off, verify oil level again and have customer observe the dipstick shows fresh clean oil. All clear safe to restart, thank you please come again. A well run Take 5 following the process makes for a quick visit, and confidence that we the consumers are being taken care of safely.

I had literally the best experience here. It was so quick, easy and fun with the employees. Truly the best customer service I ve had in awhile. The team members were amazing and now I ll go no where else. S/o to John T and the rest of the other 2 lovely individuals working today 1/14 before close! I hope they give y all a raise!

A friend recommended this place so I went in one evening last month. I waited in line two hours because I was blocked in, but I had a road trip and had to get my oil changed.I found the service rushed and expensive. For about ten days after the service my change oil light stayed on. One day, my car just died at low idle in carpool at school, and now the whole protector plate under the car has fallen down and I'm on the side of the road. Four screws are missing on the front and side of the plate. It's a late model car and this Take Five $200, two and a half hour oil change has made it start to fall apart.UPDATE I'm at Kwik Kar getting the screws replaced for $65. I will not return to Take Five or recommend it. I'm having the whole car looked over for safety, hopefully nothing else is missing that shouldn't be.SECOND UPDATE: $400 in repairs and I've called the location repeatedly, they seem to keep the phone off the hook. Luckily I received a response from corporate, hopefully I won't have to get my attorney involved for a refund and reimbursement for repairs. Totally tone deaf response to my review, also. Because of your "service", I drove 600 miles with no oil in my car and most of the screws missing from my skid plate. Total engine flush, brake line flush, new filters, to make my car safe. But thanks for the ten dollar discount!

Overall a good experience! The employees were all friendly and very thorough in explaining what was going on during my oil change and vehicle inspection and why. Only reason it's not 5 stars is I was not prepared for the line to have my turn and had brought my 16 month old. I was third in line when I pulled up, then was asked to back up and let someone in front of me who'd been there first (not an issue!) which moved me to fourth in line. We got there about 4:45 and didn't leave until 6:55p. Definitely suggest this location though! Just don't bring kiddos

I came on Friday 1:30 PM and waited 1.5 hours in line before being told they couldn t perform the inspection because the inspector wasn t present and would not be coming in that day. They told me to return Saturday between 9 AM-6 PM when the inspector would be present.I returned Saturday and have been waiting in line for 1.5 hours. Staff had me move lines 2 times moving me back two places in line. I believe the staff is working hard and had reasonable justification for moving me but it s frustrating when seeing people that came 30 minutes after me finish their services while I m still waiting. They were kind enough to offer a discount on the service due to the circumstances which I appreciate.

The staff was working extremely slow. All three lanes were open with 1 car in each bay and 1 car outside of the bays. In total there were 5 cars in front of me. It took me 45 minutes to get into a bay. Once in a bay, my car did not get started on for another 35 minutes. I noticed 4 people working and at least 3 on one car at any given point.I ve been here before when it is this busy and never had it be this slow. I will not be trying to come during peak times again.

Expensive.Takes much longer than the commercial says.Inspection not open early as I was trying to get oil and inspection.Reps are not prepared to deal with consumer questions, they just want to sell.Went back to Walmart, very quick and a lot less cost.

Generally have done decent work, but may be a victim of their own success and can't keep enough staff.I highly recommend you call before going, specifically if going for state inspection. Waited in line for 10 minutes to be told the "guy" called out and they can't do inspection. To their credit, I could have waited 30 minutes based on the size of their line and the fact they sent someone to check with everyone.Updating review down one star. I liked these guys because they always have two people double checking the work and the likelihood of a simple mistake is lower. I was wrong, I just traced an oil leak in my newest car to a loose oil-filter that take-5 installed. I know prices have gone up and I was still paying for the convenience but I can't afford the risk of the job not being done right.

They say ten minutes but shoot I was in line for an hour. I don t know if they are understaffed or just work slow but it took forever to get an oil change. I admit it was during lunch time but I ve been to other Take 5 locations and I ve been in and out. Would not recommend. When you call before hand CS can t tell you what the wait time is? I get its first come first serve but 10 mins is 10 mins. Don t make a claim if you can t uphold it. Do better

Waited here for over an hour and a half in an attempt to get a state inspection on a Sunday afternoon. I had one employee ask me what I needed when I first got there and then an hour later got asked to switch to a different lane with no explanation. I decided it wasn t worth it to wait any longer as it was approaching their inspection cut-off time and went to Valvoline across the street. The Valvoline employee immediately came up and told me that the inspection system for the state was down and nobody can do inspections. Why did Take 5 not tell any of the people that were waiting in their line that the inspection system was down?? It s not difficult or time consuming to get an employee to notify people in the event that they can t provide services. Now I m out 2 hours of my Sunday and I have nothing to show for it. I have been loyal to Take 5 for many years but this event combined with numerous quality issues makes me think that it s simply not the same business that it was just a few years ago. I don t see myself ever wasting any more of my time at Take 90+ in the future and I suggest prospective customers find somewhere else to get their auto care needs met.

Went here this morning for an oil change. First time at a Take 5. My truck specifies synthetic oil to be used. I got the cheapest synthetic oil change offered, the premium oil synthetic. When I pulled up there was one car in the bay and then two cars waiting in my line. 10 minutes later the one in the bay pulls out. Not too bad. Second one in and he took 20 minutes. Next car in front of me then pulls in. 40 minutes for an oil change and state safety inspection. I pull in after waiting an hour and ten minutes. One hour and 26 minutes later I left and paid $106.04 for an oil change with discount. $82 for premium synthetic oil change, $9 each additional quart (x2), -$7 discount plus tax. $106.04 total. Now that I add it up I don t think I was given my $7 discount. Was drawn in by their advertisements offering speedy service. This is not the case at this location. They charge a premium price for a standard service. If they re trying to differentiate themselves by making the service quick they ve got a lot of work to do.Below are they re advertised prices listed in the shopCars under 75k miles-Premium oil synthetic change $82-Advanced full synthetic $102-Mobil 1 Advanced full synthetic $119

If you see a line at all three bays, don't even try. It means they're understaffed. Got stuck for over 2 hours. Also I've seen better receipts at a donut shop. Doesn't note oil type, mileage, or even itemize.

I was in on 1/31/2024 for Oil Change and told I needed new air filter and declined. The MOD said he would mark down to $20 and I said okay. In looking at invoice, he charged me full price of $30.99. Now I understand why I had to request receipt twice! He even tried saying he gave it to me I've tried calling location and got recording saying mailbox was not receiving messages. I called Corporate CS and am either told to leave message (which I have) or disconnected.I'm determined to get this resolved. Bait and switch tactics are not okay!Horrible response to a complaint about unethical practices!Beware and check your receipts; they obviously do not care.

***(* DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION *****2nd time in a row within a month it took more than an hour of wait time. This time around even worse, first I had to wait in the line and then the technician disappears once I got to the bay. Left without an oil change, what a waste of time.On both of these occasions, their excuse is that they are short on staff. Not going back there again.

Fernando did my state inspection and he was so nice and quick! I had problems at a competitor down the road not doing it due to the "ground being wet" and came to Take 5 and had the best experience. I will definitely use them again!

Went here for an oil change. They did not replace oil in my car and told me I was good to leave. When starting the car in the bay my car started to shake. I told Jorge and other technicians multiple times I was not pulling out my car until they figured out what was happening. I then began to video record them. They asked me to circle parking lot which was done and car died. I got my attorney on the phone, made them restart the entire process. This time actually saw them place oil in the car, guess what-NO SOUND or shaking. However, multiple engine lights on and with all cylinders misfiring. I have reached out to corp office. I was told a manager would be calling me from this location and that has not happened. After posting on social media, I have found this is not the first incident with this location for the exact same thing causing substantial damage to vehicles. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Will never go here, this would be my first and last visit, the guy was very loud, literally screaming for every word he speaks. Not sure what they have done but I felt my car is not safe getting service here. The guy just banged the hood to close it after the oil change , and all oil stains on the wind shield

I really try to avoid doing a bad review but they did not do a good job with my oil change. This was my first time coming here. After we had the oil change done the car had an oil burning smell. My wife and 1 year old daughter had to inhale that stuff and it was awful. Eventually I opened the hood and there was oil over the engine. It was evident that the dip stick was not locked in properly. The reason why I am giving two stars rather than one is because the two guys that helped me were very apologetic when I bought the car back. They cleaned everything up and replaced the oil. Since then I have had no issues. However I will not be coming back here again.

Very bad place. Completely opposite of what you see in Television commercial. Once you get in queue there is no going back. It takes an hour to get the oil change done, not 5 minutes as you see in TV

Sat for 2.5 hours getting an oil change and inspection. Had to move 3 different times to get everything completed. One of those times was moved from one line to another before everything, getting in a bay. Was given a discount because of the wait but still very disappointed in the length of time for service.

BEWARE!!!! I had my oil changed on 12/14/23 and drove straight home. The next morning I noticed a small oil spot on our driveway. I drove to work, then when I was walking to my car I noticed a very large oil spot in the parking lot. I called corporate and they had my vehicle towed to the dealership. I filed a claim with them. I didn't hear a word for several days so I called Take 5 to ask the status of the claim. The manager said she was new there because the previous manager was let go. She told me the exact same thing has happened to 4 other customers recently. The dealership said the leak was caused from a cracked oil cooler. They said it was caused from tightening the oil filter on to tight. The manager at Take 5 said the person didn't use the proper tool that prevents this from happening. Now fast forward 3 more days and I called to check on the status of my claim and they denied my claim. They said it was a common problem so they could not determine that it was their fault. Now I have to pay $1,400.00 to fix it. I'm now also on the hook for having my vehicle towed also. This has been a terrible experience that has lasted over a week.

Came here for an oil change and JT and Mod both helped me out. Mod explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. He also double checked everything to make sure it was tight. I plan on coming back here again. Great customer service.

I have been here several times before. Every time I come, it seems that the service is worse and worse. As I write this, I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to get into a bay. The cars ahead of me are taking well over "5 minutes" to be serviced. There does not seem to be any sense of urgency on the part of the staff to live up to the idea of the name of the business.

My kid brought car here a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and we caught it today that car had been leaking oil ever since.Brought it back by and John T went above and beyond to fix the issue. @Take5 - Please recognize this guy - things happen, but good employees that fix problems are hard to come by.

Went to get a regular oil change for my Hyundai. This was my first experience with Take 5 and it won't be my last! The staff are knowledgeable and kind- they offered me a water while I waited. Mechanics are impressionable and friendly. Good prices and they changed my air filter as well. My car is happy and so am I!

Been sitting in the bay for over an hour as of right now and they haven't even started my oil change. This is by far the worst oil change place I have ever been to.
