Our Sales Person Jason was AMAZING!! Very professional and detailed. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and explaining the details of the vehicle. He was the saving grace of our auto purchase adventure. the 5 stars is ONLY because of him. However, our experience with the Sales Manager Isaiah was not as pleasing. He was not upfront with us on the out the door price of the vehicle and interest rate when repeatedly asked. He also stated with Excellent credit (which we had) our interest rate would be 1.9%. When the paperwork was brought to us, the interest rate had gone up 1% and was presented as 2.9%. When we asked about the increase, we were told our credit was not over 820. It was just shy of that @ 812. I've never heard of Excellent have different tiers or affecting your ability to receive an advertised rate. We walked away from the deal feeling we were being lied to. If it were not for a call from Esteban the next day guaranteeing the rate and payment we desired, we would have gone to a different dealership.

I have purchased 8 cars over 20 years with Honda cars of McKinney. Being denied being able to return a car I bought from them the next day, transaction taking 12 hours, falling asleep in the cube because the rep is gone for hours on end, being lied to about interest rates, or worse, kept in the dark of what I just bought, purposely keeping me there to ware me down, it was a pleasant and truly an unexpected surprise how easy the process was. It is my first Chevy I purchased at a dealer and I feel I got a good deal and a great SUV and for the first time, I was able to get the color I truly wanted. Well done. the rep was great and kept me informed and engaged the whole time. no surprises, accept here is your new SUV!

Everyone was so polite and helpful. The first dealership that actually took the time to go over all the features of my new car and setup everything before I left. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car check them out. You want be disappointed.

I scheduled my appointment 3 days in advance. Once I brought my truck in it took them 4 days before they even looked at it to give me a diagnosis. That was totally unacceptable. Then they charged me more for the diagnosis than what I was quoted. Not happy with the overall experience. Something has changed with your service department since Covid.You shouldn't accept an appointment time if you have a backlog of 4 days.

Specifically asked service advisor about issue. Expressed my concerns and what I thought was needed to resolve which was a total replacement of a major component of vehicle. I asked her for quote of the replacement on my own, which she provided grand total amount only. This was even after she was contacted a second time asking for detailed breakdown/ itemization. I was told by service advisor that she asked the technician and was advised a total replacement was not needed. She informed of the repairs needed which were a third of the cost for replacement. After some time and consideration, we authorized dealership to move forward based on information given to us by the Chevy professionals. Repairs began, however on the day it was to be finalized and completed it took another turn. I was advised that total replacement was needed after all. This was new information being given to me several weeks after my vehicle being at dealership. Highly upset because I previously asked if total replacement was needed and was told no. I would have never approved the repairs had I known it was misdiagnosed and these professionals were giving me wrong information. I think that is why they lied to me. So they can trap me into spending $6,000 on repairs and then get hooked for an additional $16,000. My car still does not drive and all same plus more dash lights are on. My car is worse condition now than when it arrived at Stonebriar and yet I paid $6,000 for it

Kerri and Brandon were really fantastic to work with. Listened to exactly what I wanted and didn t play games with us. Although the car buying experience is always about 2 hours longer than it needs to be, Kerri really made it an enjoyable one.I have bragged on her and the dealership ever since. Our shopping and buying experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet was really great. Our salesperson was Kerri Petty and she did an outstanding job. Never felt pressured, answered all our questions, and promptly got back to us on any follow up. We were able to decide on our own time what options and trim we wanted. Kerri was very patient with us. They buying experience was very easy, we had to order and put a deposit down, but once the vehicle arrived Kerri and the team were ready to assist and close the deal we initially agreed to. Price and charges were very transparent, nothing that wasn't discussed and expected. I would absolutely recommend family and friends to Stonebriar if they are looking for a Chevrolet.

Take your vehicle elsewhere for service. They incorrectly told me that my powertrain warranty had expired. They also misdiagnosed my issue. Called a more local dealership and they informed me that I had a lot of time left on the warranty. My brother recently called them to get some part numbers for his vehicle, they refused to give him the information because they "didn't want him to go compare prices." I could see why. Parts are also egregiously overpriced. Someone in management is tanking a once decent service center.

The person that assisted me with the purchase was Jason Helsley & he was wonderful. The staff from sales, internet & financing all acted great & were very helpful. This is our new place to shop when we need another vehicle. This is a great example of customer service, which is lacking in most other cities & locations.

Bret was amazing! He knows all the ins and outs in how to take care of his customers. In fact, he was helping 2 other people while helping me, and never made me feel like I wasn t getting the attention. He does his job well and goes above and beyond. Stephanie in Finances was also a pleasure to work with. I don t know how many more Chevy s I ll buy in the future, but I will definitely come back to this beautiful dealership at Stonebriar because the people are good, inventory was high, and they are willing to work with their customers. My lease was ending on my 2021 Silverado and I scheduled a meeting with Johnny to discuss my options. I was interested in buying my lease, but Johnny and the finance manager worked out a great deal with me to trade my 2021 Silverado in on a 2024 Silverado and I did that instead, and it ended up being very similarly priced to move forward with the upgrade. I am very pleased with their willingness to work out such a great deal!

I brought my Chevrolet Silverado 2018 truck for detailing and they didn t do anything except wash the exterior. When I came to pick up the truck I was horrified that it was in the same condition. They told me to leave the truck for another week and they will detail it for me again. I came to pick up the truck today on 1/5/24 and the truck was not detailed again. They charged me a lot of money for detailing the truck. I expressed my concerns to them once more and they said that they will clean it. I went around the building to see it for myself, and yet again they re just washing the truck from the outside and not in the interior. They they proceeded to tell me that they don t wash the carpet in the vehicles. I m so disappointed and furious with them. If I would ve known that they would charge me money upfront and not detail it then I would ve taken my truck somewhere else. People please be careful when paying upfront. These people are crooks.

I visited in December wanting information on different Silverado models and Erasmo (Ross) did a fantastic job educating me on different models and features. When ready to buy, I went back in February, where Ross took me on a couple test drives and I was able to close a deal with him for the perfect truck for me at a great price. The dealership is nice, plenty of inventory, but Ross s experience , knowledge and professionalism sealed the deal for me.

I went in there Tuesday to purchase a vehicle and was out of there within an hour and 45 minutes in my brand new ride. The salesman I used Johnny did excellent job. In the future if I ever want another vehicle I will be returning.

Confusion about the service that I was bringing the car for...Part needed for service was on back order.Had to get special permission from MPP to cover the oil change since GM will not allow the first oil change without the transmission service(filter on back order) otherwise I would've have to pay for it. Even though first service is free and I have MPP.Then a filter was found.Oil and transmission service was performed Car wasn't washedLocking lugs were not installedOil stains on the interior door handle.
