The service department broke my truck when they were attempting to fix it. Then they charged me to fix what they broke. The service manager seems to be the main issue here. I talked with him and he was totally corporate. You will be nickled and dimed at Stonebriar Chevrolet s service department, that s a promise. For example, just ask about their diagnostic fees.Also, techs looked young and inexperienced as well - not knowing what was going on with my vehicle. Members of the staff agreed with me on how bad the service manger is. If you want service for your Chevrolet do your self a favor and call Christian Brother Automotive.
