Had a great experience! Messaged about a potential battery/starter issue and got it fixed promptly. I m not car savvy and I default to being hesitant and skeptical with traditional shops out of fear of being scammed/taken advantage of, and that was absolutely NOT an issue with Rexroad. I highly recommend their service to anyone, especially those who are nervous about/reluctant to deal with a traditional shop.

I never want to write a negative review on a nice person like Aaron, but his follow-through and reliability are unacceptable. He agreed to come to my house at a specific time, which he committed to, but he still needs to arrive. Afterward, I texted several times, and he finally responded, advising he was working on an engine rebuild and would try to make it later in the evening; he didn't and never called. Again, I texted, and he told me perhaps he could come after church on Sunday, but he didn't. Finally, I sent a text asking when he was coming and expressing my disappointment. I received a long text about the importance of family, and he declined to help me. He is the one who made every commitment; I made no demand. He is a nice guy; however, he over-commits and under-delivers; timely communication is a weakness, and he has many excuses for not showing up. He never made one commitment he made.

Amazing service. Great guy. Very fair and honest. Had an animal chew through a wiring harness that rendered my X3 inoperable as all stability control, power steering, and 5 other components were 100% not working. I would have had to tow the vehicle because it was not drivable. He came to my house and repaired the car in about an hour for a price about half what the dealership wanted before a tow.

I submitted a detailed request online a week ago. Aaron responded in about 2 hours saying to expect a quote shortly. I have followed up on Messenger and Email for a quote and he won't respond. Judging by his lack of response I would not go here. Maybe he is so busy he is not accepting new clients. Update: You state below that you were not able to perform the service but never communicated anything. So it has been 6 days for you to politely say I am too busy. Yet you get made at my honest review. No I have not met you because you did not respond. I followed up several times and no response. So I am assuming you are too busy for new clients. I am been very factual and honest with my review. I appreciate small business and that is why I reached out. No response to a potential customer for a week is not acceptable. Best of luck!!

Aaron was very professional and polite. We was able to replace the water pump on my boat and did a great job. Showed up on time like he said he was going to and anytime I would call or text he would always respond which is huge for any small business owner. To anyone that is stuck on the side of the road and you need a quick and knowledgeable road side mechanic call my boy Aaron Rex.. my experience with him yesterday was great. My starter on my 2011 F150 went out while we were out at my daughter's high school event and we were stranded in the parking lot. My lady just by chance found the number to Rexroad Mobil repair and Mr Rex was more than happy to assist us with our problem and was there to help us in no time. Not only did he show up and do a quick and amazing job, he's prices were great. I guarantee you that you will be satisfied with his services. He made sure that we were good and went the extra mile to help and to make sure that we were good and satisfied with his work. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of his services. The worst service ever. I should have known that the 4.9 rating was too good to be true. Aaron seemed very dedicated when he first came in. So we did truly put all our faith in him to get our Chrysler repaired after we came from a winter trip. He had us change the battery and replace the starter for the car all amounting to about 1000$ and he left saying he would reschedule us for another day to finish the work he started. Its been close to two months now - He has been ghosting us where he wont attend our calls or respond to our text messages. Leaving this review so others won't be left hanging like us.

I loved the fact that I walked away feeling that my mechanic really cared about me. He solved the problem that I was having with the tools that were used to lower down my spare tire. He fixed the problem and changed out my flat tire and did it in a timely manner, while keeping a smile on his face the whole time. He was very professional and he definitely knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family that are in need of a really good mechanic.Service: Auto tire replacement

Aaron was amazing from beginning to end. He has so much knowledge and made me feel so comfortable going with him after talking to a few mechanics. To start he s mobile and 24hours which is so convenient and saves the hassle of dealing with a tow company. When he got here he was so nice and tried his best (even included pictures) to explain to me what was wrong. My car knowledge is about non existent but he did an amazing job of trying to help me understand which is not something I have ever experienced from a mechanic. Just him taking time to try was greatly appreciated. He was able to come out quickly and did amazing work. He was so nice and I will definitely be calling him anytime anything goes wrong with my car. Having car issues always sucks but having a good dependable mechanic takes away so much stress. When it comes to diagnostics and repair, Aaron took care of my car problems in a timely manner. He went above and beyond in so many ways. The genuine care and perfect work he has done is absolutely astonishing. The work and diagnostic was done during the winter. We had to order some parts and wait for them to be delivered during an ice storm. During the ice storm he had went out of his way and offered me a ride to the grocery store, to ensure I had the proper necessities and food during that time. I later needed more assistance on my vehicle and he was right there to help almost immediately. He shows passion and care for the work provided. There is not anyone, let alone any mechanic out there like him. Aaron was better than I expected. He answered my text within 30 minutes. He called for the details to replace and install my battery that was basically dead. Aaron was fast too - he completed the job the same afternoon that I contacted him. I know it was a simple job but he clearly knows what he is doing - Plus he is very courteous and respectfully. Aaron at Rexroad was able to diagnose and solve every problem I had with my buses that I manage for a school. The service he provided was on site and very convenient. Aaron was knowledgable and quick to fix any issues. Rexroad was able to give me a peace of mind when it came to knowing I was getting taken care of and it was as quick as same day or next day service. I would never waist my time at a auto repair shop again knowing Aaron is available. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Aaron was great ! Had an emergency and needed my radiator replaced and he was able to make it happen fast! He also was able to debunk some of the things another shop told me needed to be fixed!!! Called Rexroad Mobile Auto Repair when I was stranded on a Sunday afternoon. Aaron was great! He answered right away and said he would head my way. Trouble shot my problem and got me back on the road to make my 2hr drive home. I would recommend Aaron to anyone. He ll treat you right. Wow. What incredible service. My family and I are traveling from San Antonio to bring our daughter to college at UNT. While at dinner I noticed air escaping my front tire on my Armada. I called roadside with USAA and they quoted me a time of 120 min. A friend recommended Mr. Aaron and he arrived within the hour. Mr. Aaron did not change my tire. He did one better. He fixed the hole in my tire on the spot in less than 30 min. Once he found out that we are a military family he didn't even charge us. It is difficult to find such generosity in this day and time. We highly recommend Mr. Aaron Rexroad. His demeanor, professionalism, and kindness is unmatched.

Aaron was quick to reply and come diagnose my car at my house. I believe it was the strut and wheel bearing and he had my quote within minutes. It was less expensive then going to an auto shop but with the same professionalism and outstanding service. It took him less than 30 minutes to do the job!! I will definitely keep his number and recommend him to my friends.

I had a 2011 Ford Fusion that had wires that were chewed by rats and sparks plugs that were doomed for failure. After calling countless places I got a callback from Aaron. From the moment he called me and heard me out on my situation he was very and I mean very understanding. Provided me with not only a great service but with extremely amazing kindness. He took his time on what he was doing and made sure the car was top notch before letting it go. I could not say enough great things about him and will be keeping his number saved for a very long time. For a small business he makes the bigger ones not even worth it.

Aaron was awesome! He came right and diagnosed my car. One mechanic told me I had a alternator problem and Aaron diagnosed it only to find out it was the starter. Aaron did not feel comfortable replacing parts based off of someone else s diagnostics. I really appreciate the speedy and professional services. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Came out on a Monday evening and worked with me through the night to get my vehicle repaired after another mobile mechanic couldn t help me. Came back the next morning to finish the job and even followed me to the gas station so I could fill up my car. He is kind, and honest. He tried everything he could before we decided it was time to replace my electronic throttle. I highly recommend him and he will be my mechanic going forward!
