My car caught a nail in it. I didn t have enough money to buy a used tire. I first went to Discount tire where the guy wouldn t even put air in it for me. I came here where I was helped by Lucky Doski. He immediately took care of me when I showed up. He put the air in my tire for me to finish my meeting then came back and got my tire patched up. Overall the lady in the front provided Great customer service and was very fast! I will be back :) thank you Lucky!

Great shop, super personal (always remember my name when I come in), and quality work. All of this, and solid pricing. Can t ask for more. They have earned my business - all tires for both cars, minor repairs, and maintenance. Highly recommend.-AP

Preston Road Tire and Service have always provided such excellent service to us! They are honest and reliable! Highly recommended! I picked out all-season tires (on my own); they provided me with other options that were more reasonably priced with a better warranty along with the pros/cons. Love knowing that they didn't want to just sell me the most expensive item! I ordered the tires and they came in earlier than expected. Lucky even called to let me know that they were available at that moment to install the tires so I didn't have to coordinate a drop-off/pick-up. This is the only place we use for tires!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! The owner Allen is a great manager and a patient one too! Shivan is the worker who fixed my oil change. Gave me a breakdown of what he did and was also patient while doing so. Will for sure be back once my car needs servicing.

Wish I could put 10 STARS! I recommend this place to everyone definitely coming back after the service I ve had. What impressed me the most was the vast selection of tires in stock and the attention to detail in their service. They kept my car after closing to ensure the job was done correctly and on time. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction was evident throughout my entire experience.

Super impressed with the kind service and great prices! Finally a car repair vendor that doesn t try to upsell or charge as much money as they can! I ve always been a bit weary to go myself for repairs as I alway feel like I m getting ripped off at car repair places (especially the dealerships- they always charge me more than when my husband takes the car in). I was shocked when they charged me what they said they would and didn t charred double when they found 2 nails versus the 1 I thought I had in my tire. I will always come here for any tire repairs going forward! There s a reason why they have the best Google ratings! They really are the best!

There's no place I trust more with my cars. The owners have the highest integrity and the customer service is excellent. I moved and still make it a point to drive to see them for my services because their work is the best I've experienced. Friendly staff and walking distance to a coffee shop that makes the wait even easier.

Went in for a maintenance check on my car a couple weeks ago before the holidays and these guys took good care of my car! They explained to me everything that needed to be done and were even able to complete it then and there. Will definitely be back anytime i hear something funky with my car

AWESOME SERVICE! Being an Uber driver, I had a last min., Fri pm problem with my wheels. Lucky and Nardin really helped me out! They explained what INeeded to fix the problem, got it in the shop, and in a short time, the problem was taken care of!They really saved my weekend, and got me back on the road!VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!I WILL definitely be back.

Im begging anyone, if you re thinking about getting your car serviced here. DON T. PLEASE RUN. THEY ARE CROOKS. I had services here done back in May for brake replacement but they were NEVER REPLACED. Since I bought my own parts it was easier for them to get away with it because of their policy . They used it as a cover up! There is no reason why I should have completely no brakes not even a year later. I took it to mechanics and they said there were Never new brakes put on my car whether they were cheap or not. Please find somewhere else. They are not integral and now I have to spend money on a lawyer!! I wish it was an option for 0 stars. HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Do your own research. I went in blind honestly not knowing anything about tires. I will say the guy at the desk was friendly and did appear to help me out. I had a Jeep and was quoted at like $1200-1300 for a set of tires. I was a little taken aback but figured it was being the tires were bigger than I previously drove. He stated that they could have the tires in tomorrow, so I put a $200 deposit down for them. After going home and looking at prices I noticed that even on Goodyear's website they were almost 40 bucks cheaper than what I was quoted. I started calling around and spoke with another shop right down the road and got quoted for the same tires at around $950. I called back and was given some excuse that they must have been selling expired tires. I called PepBoys and asked about the expired tires theory. They laughed and said that was the first they had been accused of being told they sell expired tires. I called the store back and stated that I was just going to go with the other shop to to being around $300 cheaper. The demeanor changed to what I would classify as a used car salesman when someone doesn't go with a vehicle. He had a very sarcastic tone and stated that since I was not going with them I would immediately lose half my deposit since he already ordered them. It then took two calls and three days to finally get them to refund me half my deposit. Long story short, do your own research. Felt like I was scammed out of $100 right before Christmas.

Every time I ve come here I ve always had a wonderful experience. They re always friendly to me and courteous, service is quick, and I m confident in the work they perform. I will always bring my vehicles here for service, inspections, and just about everything I might need!

Service was good but the tire pressure light was on when I took it in for oil change and it was still on when I left. So I assume tire pressure wasn't checked when oil was changed. That used to be done. Small details make a difference.

These guys are awesome! They are honest, friendly, well priced, and took great care of my nanny s car. We had to change the alternator and battery, and they were so reasonable and got it done quickly .We will definitely be back!!

Went in for an oil change and Battery check with a thought that it needs to be replaced. But the guy ran a test and was honest about it that it is in very good condition and it will hold good for years instead of replacing and ripping the money. Recommended tires and explained patiently for all my questions and gave me a good deal. They were polite and courteous with all of their customers. Well maintained place for customers waiting with complementary coffee, water and sodas. Waiting time wasn t bad. Good experience.Services: Tires, Oil change

I've been a returning customer since my first visit for an oil change last year. The reason I appreciate this place is their commitment to prioritizing customers over profits. They consistently provide excellent customer service, and the staff often goes above and beyond in servicing my car. Despite having a warranty at my dealership, I prefer not to go there because I often feel like they're trying to overcharge me. The best, most honest and decent people you can ever know. Friendly honest clean. Found my new car service station. Lucky is the manager and he helped us with a tow service when our tire blew. The station is a little far and inconvenient for us but worth the trip. We will be coming back.

Staff is friendly and they mean well. However, could use some better quality control on the work. Broke the tire pressure sensors on my aftermarket wheels so had to bring my car back, also if you have a wheel lock key, make sure they return it when you get your vehicle back. They did a lot to try correct things but I ended up taking my car to another place to replace my sensors.

I took my vehicle in for inspection and watched as every customer that came in was a repeat customer. The employees remembered everyone s first name and were very personable with them. You could just see the trust the customers had with them.Fast forward a week, and my kids truck needed to be worked on. I took it in and couldn t be more impressed. Very honest and great pricing. Now here I am a repeat customer and they already remembered me after a simple inspection.Sorry for the long review but it s just so rare in today s world to see this level of service!

I have been coming to preston road tire and services for my car maintenance and tires for two years. They make sure everything is working perfectly and they have excellent staff. I also had a flat tire and I knew they would take care of it right away. MUST READ Oh my goodness if I could give more stars I would!!!I had punched my tire this morning on the way to work and got out at 5:45 pm nobody in the area surrounding my workplace sold good year tires! This place was 15 minutes from my job making my estimated arrival time 6:00 literally closing time. I immediately called the location explaining my situation. picked up the phone saying no rush I can get you in and out!I arrived and he immediately greeted me with a smile and took his time helping me pick a tire! To match mine! He provided excellent customer service and was so kind given the situation! Customer service is great! I needed two new front tires for my car. They had only one but had new inventory on the way so the customer manager Lucky Doski was so helpful, he gave me a call right when the tires came in about an hour later. And I was there for about 10 minutes and both tires were complete. And all of this happened on a Friday morning!
