We gave used Nubrakes 3 times now and they have never disappointed. Wonderful service, great company. The last time we used them to replace brake pads the tech noticed our car was leaking oil because the auto shop did not properly secure/tighten the filter. He fixed it for us. Amazing. The average company probably wouldn t have done so as that would be outside the scope of their service call. Very pleased with their service.

Front brakes, including rotor replacement and fluid flush were completed in under an hour! Punctual, very friendly and courteous service. No stress of missing work, taking hours of your time if you aren't at working waiting in a shop. Highly recommend for all your auto repair and maintenance needs!

FIND ANYONE ELSE!I had NuBrakes come out to work and replace the pads and rotors on my wife's car. Immediately following the repair we developed a brake fluid leak so I called and asked them to come take a look as part of the warranty. They said they would come out and inspect, but if it wasn't directly related to what they did, they would notify us if there were any charges before they do anything. (Which is crazy because we never had any leaks until after they worked on it.)They came out after a couple of days, and repaired the problem.The next day I discovered they charged $355 to the original credit card I used without ever asking me for approval. They broke it and then charged to fix it! The oldest scam in the book!Find another company!

Jake is awesome. He provided an inspection of my brakes and rotors. All are good, however he did identify the issue I am having and why I thought it was brake related. He is excellent at explaining mechanical workings so that I understand. I will recommend NuBrakes to everyone! I was not given a sales pitch, just honest and detailed information related to my issue. Thanks Jake, Brian and NuBrakes!!!!

Excellent service!! Technician arrived on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Responded to all my questions and concerns. Left a booklet which explains the service provided and what I would need in the future. I highly recommend them.

Best experience ever with a tech. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything that needed to be done and what can wait till later as it is not time to change certain parts out yet as they still had life on them. Came within the window as promised. Job was completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and will be a customer for life.

I would recommend this business to anyone looking for brake repair. The guys that came to my house were professional and knowledgeable about the job. My brakes ended up being worse than what they could repair and I appreciate the fact that they told me the additional problems. Definitely a place to consider for your brake needs.

This is 4th time working with NuBrakes and they are always professional and get repairs done in a timely manner so I can get on with my day. This last time I had a damaged part that needed to be replaced and Carl was very helpful and explained why repairs were needed in a way that I understood and didn t feel like a number was thrown at me with no further explanation. The worksite is always clean afterward and car is test driven to make sure we are safe. They have always come within or before the time scheduled and always communicate that they are on their way. I have paid with debit card, credit card, and Klarna with them so there s multiple ways to pay in a way that works for you. I will continue to use NuBrakes for repairs and maintenance and continue recommending them to family and friends.

Fast, friendly, and priced right! Ford quoted us double of what NuBrakes charged us. They showed up on time, they were done in less than an hour and the cost was ultra reasonable. I will be using them again!

My technician was awesome to work with. I highly recommend this company. It s basically the same price, if not less expensive, as taking it to any brake shop but the convenience of having them come to your home. A no brainer!

The call center messed up my new appointment but the office quickly fixed it and was able to get me in early . Brian arrived ahead of time and worked fast . He explained all the things and was very helpful. This service is super convenient as you can get work done in any location .

The company really worked with me and I m very pleased with the outcome. I kinda wasted eddies time coming out here and I feel awful but Jeremy came back out once I had things sorted and even then it s really easy to get approval for financially challenged people and they don t try to upsell you or embellish the state of your vehicle to make a sale. Very satisfied! AND THEY COME TO YOU?!
