Our family has purchased over 10 Kia vehicles now and recently added another. We have also recommend them to friends and Kia of Frisco continues to be the best. James Seale and his staff are outstanding and always provide us and everyone we recommend with incredible customer service from the purchase through service. We will always be loyal Kia and Kia of Frisco customers. Edmund was great to work with and his customer service went the extra mile. In addition, Adam and Joseph added extra support with warranty information, paperwork and setup of our new telluride.

Visited the service department on Friday for an oil change and was assisted by Garrett who was extremely kind, helpful and provided excellent customer service. It s always a pleasure to interact with Hunter V., manager, who graciously provided a loaner so I could go about my day. Hunter actually sold me the vehicle in July 2021 as a sales rep and although he has received promotions, he has never failed to greet me and still helps in any way that he can. Amazing! Thank you SO very much Garrett and Hunter V.

When I first moved here I started going to Clay Cooley Kia and was so glad to learn that Kia of Frisco had opened, because I was so disappointed in the way Clay Cooley Kia runs business.The service providers & sales associates at Kia of Frisco are like a breath of fresh air. I don't dread taking my vehicle in for service and I am not weary when approaching conversation with anyone on the team about my vehicle or considering options. They have not pressured me into purchasing anything I don't feel comfortable with, from extra services to new cars, and feel very well taken care of every time I leave.I genuinely appreciate their transparency & care for their customers' best interest (rather than their pay checks!). Thank you Kia of Frisco!

Even without an appointment, they were very accommodating, treating me like a valued customer, even getting me a Lyft ride round-trip -- to an area they didn't provide this courtesy service to just 5 months ago! They took care of my vehicle service needs in the time frame promised! No one approached me to consider purchasing a new car or to purchase vehicle services I did not seek. Very clean; very customer focused; very professional. I was impressed!

I got my car fixed at Kia of Frisco. One thing led to another. I have been dreading getting my oil change. It always is such a hassle, but I was highly impressed with Kia of Frisco. Preston Spears was my service assistant and he was very helpful through the entire process. Kia even offers Uber rides complementary while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. It made for the process to be so smooth. Everyone there was very helpful!

Gary was so nice, kind and polite.I was in the waiting area for around 90 minutes and it was comfortable and pleasent, there were free snacks and drinks. There are also desks wherever you want can be with your laptop.I received my car and really good, everything was checked and done as stated.Overall I'm really satisfied with the service.

This place is amazing! This was my first experience with Kia of Frisco and I have to say they are awesome! They display excellent professionalism and they are very courteous to the customers! They were able to fix my Kia Rio and I am very pleased!

Very kind environment! I was greeted right away and the service men were kind. Wait time was a bit long, about a 1 and 15 minutes, but I was not too worried since I killed time by walking around the nearby car dealerships. They even washed my car for me! I will definitely want to come back, I know they will provide the best service for my car

Took my Kia in for its first service, and on their website they had coupons for different things that made my visit much cheaper. They checked my alignment, changed my oil, and washed my car, all for $44. I was helped by Garrett and he was great and very informative and informed me of other things they can do but wasn t super pushy.

Kia of Frisco s service team went above and beyond to help us get our daughter s K5 repaired! Extremely professional and kept us updated on how they were repairing the issue! I should have made the switch to this location sooner! The best experience I ve had with a vehicle service department. Preston was extremely helpful, kept me in the loop and even took care of a recall for me that I had been waiting on the Plano location to do for 3 months!! Highly recommend!

Called in today to see if they could get me in for an oil change. After doing the automated system guy picked up. I asked when was the earliest he could get me in. He said tomorrow. I asked what time slot he had open. Said he can only give me a time if he opened a folder for me. Kid of silly not knowing what times you have with out need all my info. Not trying to get spam calls night and day.

We took our Optima in for a defective turn signal (as it relates to the headlights turning off and on randomly) and overhead light in car. Garrett in the service dept was very professional and personable. Got the car parts replaced in a few days (car had to be inspected for the issues first which takes the longest time - 2 to 3 days). Garrett was great.

This was my second time going to Kia of Frisco and I loved the experience each time! I worked with Jake today and he was so friendly and welcoming. I def recommend this location. They actually still offer coupons on the website which is appreciated in this economy! I will drive out of my way to go to this location every time!

I purchased a 2023 Kia Rio for my daughter s first car from a different dealership and have been using Kia of Frisco for all of my service and maintenance needs, because it s closer to home. I have been extremely pleased with the service and ease of scheduling my appointments and have decided that the next new Kia will be from Kia of Frisco. Jordan picked up my Kia from my office for the 10,000 mile service and as promised delivered it back to my office within three hours of pick up! Full maintenance completed and ready for my daughter to drive it back to college! I am quite impressed with the politeness, communication professionalism and great service I am receiving from Kia Frisco. Great job!!
