Update 4/8/24:Patrick, the general sales manager gave me a call and got me in to fix the instrument cluster fog. As I said in the initial review, the purchasing experience was great. I really enjoyed working with Chad. I absolutely love the car! I am so thankful they were able to clean the instrument cluster and I'm thankful for a dealership that takes such great care of the customer. I will be back. This dealership is a cut above most others.Purchased a used 2022Toyota Camry. I worked with Chad. The whole experience the day I looked at my car was great. Chad was super kind. Very attentive. I signed the paperwork not having a check from insurance yet on my previous vehicle with intention of coming in later that week to pay for the car. I was told the car still needed to go through it's normal inspection, tire rotation, oil change, filter, cleaning, etc.When I test drove the vehicle, I looked over the instrument cluster and the car and noticed no issues. After the car was cleaned and I have now purchased and picked it up, I noticed the instrument cluster was a bit foggy in appearance. I chalked it up to perhaps the cleaning people didn't do a very good job and I could get a microfiber cloth and easily fix when I got home. When I got home, I realized the foggy appearance was not going away. The instrument cluster appears to have scratches now and they won't go away. I realize the dealer is probably going to say this was already there. I realize for all used cars theres paperwork you sign purchasing the car as is. I would have noticed the issue and mentioned it when I test drove the vehicle. If there's anything that can be done, I will happily update this review. Im just bummed feeling like I already have to spend more money on issues with the car and they are issues that were not present when I test drove the vehicle.

One of the better car buying experiences I ve ever had. Our salesman Kevin and our finance guy Ryan took great care of us, answered all of our questions, and worked with us to get a deal done without ever being overbearing or using high pressure sales tactics. I felt respected, heard, cared for. I ll be back and send everyone I know to Kia of Frisco.

I took my car there to get the oil & filter change and service advisor Preston took good care of the car. The service and welcoming nature of the employees impresses the customers. The dealership is clean, new and conveniently located in Frisco on SH121. They have a waiting area which provides speciality coffees and water. Would love to go this Kia dealership for my car maintenance.

I had a great time at the Kia of Frisco.I was contacted a few times prior to my apt. time to speed up the process of my car buying once I was at the dealership.I was assisted by Owen Bomar. He was great and felt he did his very best working with my tricky situation. Though I had a lot of stipulations he and the used car sales man Ray found me an amazing deal on a 2021 Mazda 3. I walked out under three hours the same day with a new car and couldn t be happier. Three days into driving the vehicle and I absolutely love it.Extra note of appreciation: Typically you ll leave with a full tank of gas. There were technical issue with their gas card and couldn t fulfill this. Owen had explained that I can come back after I was low on gas and come back for a FREE tank of gas that I was owed. I truly appreciated the above and beyond attitude they held here.Will definitely return when I m in need of my new vehicle.

Carter is the man! Super friendly and easy to talk to. He listened to what we were looking for with a car and what budget we were working with. He showed us the car we were there to see and wasn't pushy at all. He respected our budget and didn't try to sell us anything we weren't looking for. I think my wife and I were a bit nervous about buying a used car from a big dealer, but I would most definitely come back again and again. Gotta give a shout out to the Finance Director Ryan as well. He walked by my wife and I while we were waiting to meet with Carter and was quick to make sure we'd been taken care of. He was terrific in helping us get the car that we wanted and needed. We had just recently been in a car wreck and unfortunately forced into looking for another car. This experience with Kia of Frisco really helped to close out a challenging part of our life with something pleasant and positive. Y'all are great and we'll be back but hopefully not too soon lol

This is the first dealership Ive dealt with that gave us the easiest most stress free buying experience! Brandon Thompson and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with! I inquired about a 24 Kia Forte GT and basically did the deal all thru text/ phone call with Brandon. All I had to do was pull up to the dealership, sign some papers and took delivery of my Forte all under an hour! I am definitely recommending all my family and friends to Brandon and his team. 10/10

Very nice people and made me feel at home. As reference please note the internet price differs than the actual price as other fees such as cpo (certified pre own Fee along with a few others may bring you up a bit. But they were very informative on what these charges were . So yes please be sure to know cpo is not included in the total price so you won t give them a hard time like I did about it. I would highly recommend Kal and Kevin. My car feels like a luxury dream but I know it can get better. I ll be back in 2-3 years to get my Sorento xline prestige!

He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. He was even easy to get a hold of the following day for any other questions I had. Shout out to salesman, Blake, for getting me into the 2019 Chevy Trail Boss. Blake is a stand up guy. Unfortunately, the transmission went out in less than 30 days. Common issue with Silverados. Blake and the service department crew, Pete and Garrett, were phenomenal in speeding along the warranty process. Great place all around and wouldn't hesitate to recommend people here!

22yrs of age. First time going into a dealership ever. Walking in I was already greeted with my car salesman Joseph for my appointment. We sat down and automatically just started having good conversation on which car I wanted to start out with. Joseph helped me throughout the WHOLE process. Took no less than 2-3hrs later and I shaking hands with my car salesman Joseph, he congratulated me and welcomed me to my brand new 2023 KIA Forte Dark Grey. I was completely nervous not knowing what the outcome would be for me being a first time purchaser of a car. Joseph shocked me the whole entire process. My man even asked me if the prices were okay with me and if not, he did everything he could do to knock it down a notch! I give a huge THANKS and SHOUT OUT to KIA Of Frisco!!! And also my car salesman Joseph! You have no idea how much you changed my life with this first time purchase. I ve been feeling like a different person ever since! April 9th, about 2pm. I called and spoke to a service rep. The conversation went something like this (with some paraphrasing):Hello - I have a Kia K5 and I got a flat tire. Is that something you can look at for me?Hold on please, I will have to ask a supervisor, what is your phone number, name, and the type of vehicle so I can call you backAll information provided.....waiting....waiting....waiting...never called back. Definitely would not visit this one in the future. But that's just my opinion.

I just purchased a used 2021 Kia soul and was helped by Kris stone, his service along with the whole dealership was very responsive and helpful, and got me in and out with little to no issues, both times I went to this dealer it was packed with customers but I still got good individual attention, Kris stone was super helpful, I had planned on going to multiple dealers to test multiple Kia souls but decided to stay with Kia of Frisco because of there amazing service. I ve gone to multiple dealers before Kia of Frisco and they all had a car listed at a good price then added thousands of dollars of added dealer add ons that I could not negotiate out of, but this dealer sold me a car with only the price of the car and taxes and title, very happy with my experience.

This has been the best car buying experience I've ever had.From the beginning I wasn't judged for how young I am or how I dressed. As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately introduced to Owen and he treated me with more respect than any other dealership I've been to. I told him which car and trim level I was looking for and he did everything in his power to try and make it work. I ended up changing my mind about which car I wanted half way through the interaction and Owen encouraged me to chase whichever car my heart desired. He worked tirelessly after their posted hours to make it work and he did make it work! Everybody in there was incredibly friendly and took the time out of their busy schedules to say hi and introduce themselves and made me feel like I was a part of the Kia of Frisco family. The car was fresh off the delivery truck and needed to be prepared so I arrived the following morning to finalize some paperwork and pick the car up.The second day I was there I sat down with their financing department and that was also an extremely satisfying interaction. They didn't just go with the easiest financial institution. He worked as hard as he could to get me the lowest apr he could possibly find and I ended up getting a fantastic deal! As soon as everything was signed and done they helped me set up a new toll tag sticker and they didn't complain once! Every person who helped in this deal seemed happy and excited to help!They showed me all of the additional options I could get with the car and simply informed me of them, they never tried to force me or make me feel bad for not getting any particular packages.In the end, if my next car is a Kia I will ONLY buy it from Kia of Frisco.

Scam artists! I bought my vehicle 1 year ago with the promise they would come pick it up and drop it off for my oil changes. Now that I need my FIRST oil change they said I'm out of range according to their "new policy."Don't believe a word they say!!!!
