Jerry the owner of J &S of 38 years says a lot for his company! I was rear ended and took my car here, all I can say is my expectations were beyond meet 1,000% can t even tell anything ever happened to my car Also learned the cars at Choctaw Casino are being auctioned off he did the those so I added two pictures of them, his work is Amazing tell him I recommended him! You go elsewhere we ll just know big mistake! Honesty, great price for who hit my car and fixed perfect and no one else will give that and everyone was so wonderful. Photos from fixed to how I gave my car to two cars at casinoYou do bad work you couldn t be in business for 38 years!!!!!

I have brought several of my cars here for repairs since about 2010, and have always had a great experience! These guys do a great job and they really love cars :) Jerry has always treated me like family. Great experience all around!

Jerry is awesome. They are doing a awesome job and keeping me updated with anything that comes up. Will never go anywhere else again. My insurance recommended other places they were affiliated with. Glad I didn't

Never do reviews but had to.I brought my daughters car in to have the rear bumper painted and after 3 weeks he finally said it was done and could pick up.After he said 1 week I could pick up.I was out of town and sent my daughter and my asst and they told me when they got there that the car was never even washed but they got it and paid the full price.I got home a couple days later and realized that it was never painted and the car was never even touched from when it was brought in.I went the next day and he said it was done and continued to lie to me and I told him the clear protective film is still on the car and the all the scratches and scrape that I bought it in for are still there.He finally came clean that it was never painted and would do it right.Im sure he did good work at one time after being in business for 38 years but after he lied I think you all should know I would never use him again and either should you all.Now 2 months later he still owes me the protective film and I call him every couple weeks and said he will call me right back to get the protective film back on the bumper

I just needed the front bumper of my pickup pulled out after a minor accident. The other shops I contacted wouldn't even talk to me without an appointment days or weeks in the future. Jerry got the repair done for $200 and my vehicle was ready to go next day at 2:30 PM. Can't beat that!

My car was in a minor accident on the rear passenger side. I am very happy with the service I received. They worked with my insurance and completed the work on time. The repairs look great! Gentleman who came and took a look at what needed to be done was very nice. He knew exactly what had caused the damage to my bumper (automatic car wash), and his estimate was right on the money from what insurance ended up estimating. Unfortunately insurance strongly suggested I go with their usual shop in the area to avoid issues, so I was not able to take my car there.

This is the oldest business in Frisco. They do great work, so they are always busy. It doesn't look fancy from the outside, but don't let that fool you. I've brought 3 vehicles there for repair. Highly recommend!

I took my 2013 Honda Civic to J & S Paint & Body Shop for an estimate to paint the hood of my car. I received a quote that was half a prior quote. Also, my car was finished in two days and came out perfectly. The interior and exterior were clean. It looks like a new car! Jerry, the owner is kind and fair. J&S had the lowest price for fixing my 2010 Tahoe and did a great job. I wasn't sure at first if the best price was going to mean I would get quality work, but the place has been there since 1982 and Jerry sure new about cars and was straight forward in telling what it would take to fix it and how long. He delivered on what he promised, so recommend anyone go see Jerry at J&S Auto.

In the past couple of weeks, I have taken my car to Jerry to be repaired twice. The first time I ran over a full tire tread on the freeway going 75 mph when driving back to my apartment at night. This accident knocked out my left reflector and blinker light plus caused the clips on the front bumper to break and cause it to bulge outwards on the side. The second time I visited his shop was because my headlights kept going dim, causing me to even be pulled over. Both times, Jerry ensured that his team quickly made the repairs (the second instance was fixed the same day even though he had to order special parts). He is very reasonably priced and has been doing auto repairs his whole life. He is an expert at what he does and he wants his customers to be 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend anyone to visit his shop if you need a car repair!

They quoted me $1750 to fix an issue that another paint and body shop fixed for free. Just let that sink in. I had to rate one star to leave this review or it would be no stars.

After spending just shy of $3K for a terrible repair job, my vehicle STILL has problems that were not present before hiring J&S. They used garbage aftermarket parts and I was charged for OEM parts. Paint job doesn't match, as they didn't even attempt to blend it and my door locks and weather striping are now painted. Check engine light was on upon pick-up, and never was before. Parts and hardware were missing under the hood. Was told the job would be done in one weeks time. It took over three weeks, not including the times it went back on three different occasions. Repair costs also went up over $500 from the original quote. Owner got irritated, argumentative and defensive when I brought it back to fix what they didn't do, or did wrong, in the first place. He never did make things right by fixing the problems. I did. Absolutely horrible experience and am now stuck with more issues than before. This place restores classics? What a joke! Save your money and a huge headache, and do your paint and body business elsewhere!

This man is a crook. He definitely doesn't know how to fix any type of vehicle and now my whole car is totally falling apart. He had to come refix my car about 5 times because things were making noise or dragging under my car. After spending over 1500 nothing was right and my breaks were clanging and fell apart on the highway! Im even wondering of other parts were stolen from my car. After all of this all I asked Jerry for the difference of having to have my breaks repaired at another shop I had to e-brake into. Now he's ghosting me. Definitely reporting this business to BBB and any other way to police and legally. To think they could have saved the reputation of their business all for $140. The shop I ebraked into said most of the bolts were missing and half were barely screwed on. I could have died that day on the highway so I take this as a personal hit on my life and very seriously.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET PAINTED HERE!! I took a mirror i got straight from the dealership in perfect condition to get painted here and they broke my light cover for the turn signal and then denied it. Also the paint didnt not match my car whatsoever and had the texture of a football! Part of the mirror was not painted and had rough spots in the clear coat. Honestly look like they used spray paint from wallmart and put a clear coat on it. Not to mention they way over charged me and said it would be perfect and it was far from that. When i asked the main guy there about the horrible job they did, he gave me horrible attitude and did not want to help me out at all and told me to get off his property. In my opinion they dont even deserve 1 star

J & S removed all hail damage and did an all over paint job - Quality work! The black diamond Pearl paint job is so nice everyone asks if it's a new car - it's an 09 Acura TSX.

Horrible experience. The owner is a super awkward old guy who doesn t seem all the way there. They only accept cash, no debit cards - and no, no friendly discount either compared to other places like Caliber Collision who accept cards.They also stole my ash tray Will not be going back, and will also be reporting them.

Vehicle does not come back like a yoyo fixes it rightfirst time Lewe is the greatest . Cause he does it right first time . Jerry is a Christian and does not believe in taking anyone

Absolutely waste of time and rude. His tone and attitude blows my mind. How can someone talk like that to a customer, not professional at all! Was not worth the price for what we received. Would not recommend to anyone!
