This dealership is really great and people over there are really helpful. I was amazed by service provided by Hendrick Frisco, I would especially thanks Mr. Trinity. He should be go to person for any car at this dealership, he really helped for smooth processing of my first Car purchase. I really want to thanks mr. Trinity for his extraordinary service and getting my deal done. He took care of all the Paper work. Their Finance department is also good which listen to our nees and understand the necessity.Thanks again Hendrick Frisco and Trinity

I had an amazing experience at Hendrick Volkswagen in Frisco and I want to give a special shoutout to Ray Rodriguez! After visiting several dealerships without success, I was starting to lose hope. But Ray Rodriguez completely turned my experience around. Ray listened to my needs and worked tirelessly to find the perfect car for me, even staying beyond closing time to find a car for me. Yesterday I had an experience that reinforced the true meaning of sell the problem that you solve and not the product . As a person in sales myself, I was at the other end of the stick and what I experienced was nothing short of a wow experience. From the moment my family walked into Hendrick Volkswagen dealership, we knew we were in good hands with sales consultant Jakes Johnson whose demeanor and geniality exuded a high level professionalism and genuineness. He listened so well to our specifications and surprisingly suggested exactly what we had in mind. He diligently explained the features of the vehicle, the pros and cons with so much clarity leaving us with very few questions. Jake was not on a mission to sell us a vehicle that would earn him the highest commission but a vehicle that would solve our problem - economic, comfortable and practical but still elegant. Not only is he passionate about what he does but, he is patience personified, an active listener, empathetic, honest, and more - notwithstanding the fact that it was at the end of his day and towards their closing time.Great service, very clean premises!

My car was needing an oil change but I was away from my home dealer so I decided to come to Hendrick VW while I was in this side of town. The appointment was easy with a few minute call. At the first slot of the day, Colby greeted me with a big smile, checked my car details before sending me in to the lobby to wait while he was taking care of my car. Total time since I came in and headed out was 40 minute. It is a lot faster than I expeteced. The service was great, multi point inspection included to make sure my car in good shape, he test drove it after all services were done. I can't thank Colby enough for providing exceptional customer service and his expertises on helping me with my Taos. I highly recommend this dealer and special thanks to Colby.

I ve been a Hendrick VW customer for 7 years & have purchased multiple vehicles from them. I have always gotten my vehicles serviced here at the dealership and once I met Colby, he s the only rep I work with now. He is super helpful, and easy to understand. I moved and now live about an hour away, but will drive passed 2 other VW dealers to come to Hendrick and work with Colby.

I recently took my Atlas in due to a check engine light and also needed a routine oil change. Kyle was my Service Advisor and was so helpful throughout the process. He set me up with a loaner car and called multiple times with updates. My car was in and out quickly, with no issues. Always happen with Frisco VW service!

Trinity was amazing, he spent a lot of time with me making sure I was satisfied with the selection before making the final purchase, and even after the sale he made sure any questions I had were addressed. I have to say my spouse has a BMW and the service we received from all staff at Hendrick Volkswagen is right up there with BMW. The only difference is BMW has better coffee in the customer waiting area.

First Class Operation! My wife and I just bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Tiguan R-Line from Hendrick Volkswagen of Frisco. Our sales associate Jake Johnson was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the process even following up several times after we purchased the vehicle to check on us. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and attentive. The car was immaculate, easily one of the best condition pre-owned vehicles we saw and believe me we looked all over North Texas. I will absolutely buy another vehicle from these guys in the future and I will recommend Hendrick Volkswagen and Hendrick Motors to anyone.

If you re in the market, you MUST run - not walk - to go see Todd Wilmes. He worked endlessly to ensure that my requests were met. I have been raving to all friends and family about how incredible my experience was at Hendricks in Frisco. They are REAL people and not pushy car scammers. I felt comfortable and heard the entire time. I drove off the lot in my dream car and I couldn t be happier!! Top notch service team, reliable, communicate well, fast turn time, trustworthy. I called their service team to address a couple of recall items along with a concern I had. I was connected with Josh C, I couldn't be happier with the handling of my needs. He was able to get me in on short notice, was very professional, friendly, well informed, and just genuinely a nice person. I received a call that my Atlas was ready within 24 hrs. Again, Josh walked me through exactly what was performed, provided an itemized copy of the paperwork, set me on my way. The car I got back was much cleaner than the car I dropped off. I had decided I wanted a VW Taos for my next vehicle, and my work associate, who has a VW Tiguan, referred me to George Strong at Hendricks VW Frisco. George did not disappoint. I immediately knew I was in good hands, no GREAT hands, and he immediately earned my trust. He not only made me feel comfortable with my choice but very confident in my purchase with a Volkswagen. He took the time and care to go over every detail and answered all my questions (and is still happy to answer any questions I may have!). George is a far cry from a pushy salesman on a mission but more of a person and friend who genuinely looks out and wants the best for his customer. Straightforward buying experience, the entire process was very smooth sailing. Karim is a good salesperson to work with, honest and patient, highly recommend him. Hendrick gave me a better than expected trade-in value for my vehicle to move with a car buying decision faster. They gave me a better value than autonation and a few other dealership houses.

We bought a Tiguan from Mario, and couldn't be happier. He made the process so easy and had us a great deal lined up when we arrived. He showed me and my wife features of the vehicle that were important to us, while being knowledgeable of our questions. By time I decided that VW was the right choice for me, George was very communicative in telling me what my next steps were. He was great!!! Everyone else I met at the dealership was also very kind. My wife was searching for a car. We found one online and reached out to Hendrick VW and we re put in touch with George Strong. He answered every question and we went to see it in person and test drive. George had it waiting when we arrived. We drove it and she really liked it. George provided everything we needed to know about it. We let him know we wanted to talk it over and would call him the next day. There was zero sales pressure at all which was refreshing. We called George the next day and said we would take it. He said they were going to detail it and replace the tires. By the next day, she was driving it home! She loves it! George was great and we would work with him again. Thanks again for everything George.
