At Frisco Lawn & Power Equipment they have a great team mixing experienced manager and front desk sales ppl with young but also very knowledgeable trained technicians and sales support guys. They work in a great spirit of collaboration. I feel good when I m shopping there. I buy all my equipments with them from stand on mowers to commercial regular mowers. They carry a great price and sales support.

Let me just start off by saying don t waste your time coming here. I drove out of my way to go here for repairs. I dropped off a chainsaw for repairs beginning of January. Once I got a message saying it s ready. My daughter was born a week later, I have been so busy I have not had a chance to pick it up.I go there and they say it was abandoned and disposed of. It s a $700 chainsaw, not once did they call me. Clearly they don t care about their customers. I m sure it was disposed of probably just took it for them selves. It was a brand new chainsaw.

Scary to see how expensive a power mower has become in the last 3 years. My Toro front wheel drive "Recycler" broke down and after they inspected it the crankshaft was bent but the parts were more than what I paid for the mower new and a replacement engine was almost double what I paid for it new.Crazy world we live in today.

$40 to mount a tire purchased on site. You have no idea how much I wish I could post a reaction image to this idea

My new go to place for all of my lawn equipment! Worth the drive. Small very personable shop for Echo, Honda, Toro, ect parts and service. There prices for new equipment are spot on. You will be educated so you can make the right choice. Seriously you will be giving information you never even thought to ask about. So very, very helpful gentlemen at this location. Parts prices are very good as well. Small town feel.

GO TO PLANO POWERThe manager Kerry will sell you parts and after 30 days not let you swap them with receiptsKerry will sell you a mower (sfc30) and replace the clutch (under warranty) 9 TIMES. And then on your tenth visit unclog what you thought was another blown clutch and hold your equipment hostage for $150 saying it's not a warranty repair and he needs to pay his tech. Without calling to say the clutch is good.Kerry will not negotiate or wiggle on anything and is cheap and will send his sales rep out to tell you the bad news while he goes back into the office and hides.Complete opposite experience at Plano outdoor power on EVERYTHINGSave your time and money and go to Plano outdoor power.

Brought my gas mower in for service. Service was excellent and staff was friendly and professional. Prices for parts and labor and labor were very fair. Had an issue with my mower after initial service, no fault of theirs. Regardless, they stood behind their work and got my equipment back to me the next morning. This type of service and integrity is what consumers long for. They have earned my business for the long haul. Don't hesitate to trust them with your equipment.

Do not take your lawn mower ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! These guys are professional, courteous and pros at their craft. I took my mower in because it's wouldn't start. I thought it was dead and expected a large bill just to tell me it wasn't worth fixing. Less than a week later I receive a text and says it's ready for pick up. It was way less than I expected and thought it was too little for what they did. The mower came out looking brand new. So clean I would be perfectly fine rolling it through the front door to get to the backyard. Excellent job fellas. THANK YOU!!

This company is absolutely fantastic. I have purchased fine equipment, traded in equipment, and have had my equipment serviced. In my opinion there is no company in Frisco that surpasses their excellent customer service. Sorry, I don't their names, but the there is one who looks like Will Ferrell. He politely answers my dumb questions and gives me great advice. Their service prices are very competitive.

Horrible customer service. Inventory is always low or obsolete, forcing us to wait or just drive somewhere else. They also don't truly understand how to repair items. The only reason we've continued to go here is because they are close, however, we will now drive over to Elliot's Hardware in Plano from now on. Worth the few extra miles to be treated like a real customer and be able to actually get what we need.

Stopped in to see if they had hardware for my weed trimmer. Unfortunately they didn't have the right part. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did make a suggestion that would get me back up and running. Thanks

Great service and people. I have purchased a few Stihl items from here as well as had some service done. Every time, they are excellent, knowledgeable and on the ball. By far the best yard equipment dealer in Frisco.

This place is Candy Land for us Grass Goons. If you have a question about your lawn equipment, they have the knowledge to answer itI brought my lawnmower blade to be sharpened. They worked the blade so well I am sure I could shave with it. Cannot wait until Saturday to mow with it.

I took ny fairly new Honda lawn mower in for a tune-up and maintenance and it's been leaking oil ever since. It was not leaking prior to the service. I will not be back.

Totally dissatisfied. Very dishonest. I brought a Troy Bilt 3000psi Pressure washer (retail $600+) in with less than 25 hours on it. The engine ran fine when idling but sputtered when running the pressure washer pump. Paid $80 deposit.I received a call that the repair would cost more than a new pressure washer. I told them to return the machine I would get a second opinion. They tried to sell me one of their rebuilt pressure washers and leave mine. I said no. They returned my machine with the carburetor and miscellaneous parts in a plastic bag. Unacceptable.I will not recommend or trade there.

Brought my Mclane Reel mower here with a Honda engine. Completely understanding that they do not work on reels, but will service the Honda engine. The only issue I had was a few springs that had broken for the choke and throttle. I was told it would take two weeks which I was fine with and made my deposit. I finally received a text after a little over three weeks, when arriving, I had a balance on top of my deposit. I was not told that they were going to rebuild the carburetor and do a bunch of other things to rack up the labor cost. You can tell that is their gimmick, because as soon as I asked why did they rebuild the carburetor and not inform ahead of time. They pull out this vile of gas that sits at the at the cash register to explain that its the season that the gas was old and needed to be rebuilt, scripted for every customer.I took it on the chin, and paid the difference. Once they brought mower out. I noticed when we started it that the reel was not touching the blade any longer. I had just had it sharpened two months earlier and was perfect. The manager came out and looked confused, swearing they only touch the mower and would have moved the reel, and are gentle not disturb the reel.I would not recommend you taking a reel mower here, or your mower in general unless you know your going to have everything maintenanced and pay a price for little services.

Rude staff, poor customer service, and unbelievable pricing gauging. We took our mower to Carrollton after Frisco Lawn was going to charge us a $300 deposit. The Carrollton shop asked for a $40 deposit. It s great that Friso Lawn doesn t need customers and sees no reason to be courteous. We won t be back.

Excellent, quick service. Got there 5 minutes before close and picked up a new Toro mower. They got it ready to go, function checked it, and came out to do a quick function introduction demonstration of my new machine running. Then, the tech helped me load it. Couldn't be happier with the service. The sales guy even came out to say thank you before heading home. I'll be back again.

Went in trying to find a replacement piece for the cord pully on a weed eater. Instead of trying to help me find a place that would have it. I pretty much was told to go look online. Pitiful customer service drove 45 minutes for nothing.

Homeowners beware, this place is for contractors who don't know what real customer service is and who have extra equipment on hand to overcome the poor repair service and long wait times. $150 to look at your equipment?! This place is for commercial users with yearly service plans and don't actually have to deal with the employees here.
