I found a Toyota Tundra online at frisco auto exchanges. I live in Nebraska so Bill showed me the truck via face time. He took his time to go over all the details of the truck. The price on the truck was good enough that I booked a flight down there after we spoke. Bill was nice enough to hold the truck for me, he even offered to pick me up from the airport. I got there the next morning to see and drive the truck and it was exactly as advertised. A little over an hour later and I was on my way with my new truck. I got a great truck at a great price. I found the owner Bill to be professional and personable. I would definitely buy another vehicle there.

Frisco Auto Exchange is all you need! Bill and his crew are always there for us whenever we need a U-Haul, no matter the size or how quickly we need one. And he really gave us a deal on the classy car we bought and has backed it up all the way!

***7 month Update***We have spent $1600 total repairing the pilot on 2 separate occasions. We replaced all the seals, timing belt, water pump, pulleys snapped, catalytic converter, and battery. I am aware of the risk as-is purchases - just wanted to share our full experience. So that we are transparent with our experience. We only drive the pilot 3 miles to work and back daily. Occasionally we drive it for local (DFW) family outings.Hopefully after these recent repairs the car will be up to the standards we thought we purchased.***Original Post*** Bought a '13 Honda Pilot. Edward and Bill both communicated well, provided the carfax, handled all the paperwork. Negogiation was professional and I felt they were upfront and honest about everything. I would recommend them for any purchase you are looking for.

I bought a used Infiniti here. I had called ahead and explained what I was searching for, and Bill had 4 similar cars ready for me to test drive. He was attentive, and I feel good about my purchase and the purchase experience!

Quick and easy UHAUL rental spot. Can be accessed on your phone and just return the keys in the box. Bill was great, explained everything and made sure we were clear on prices and times. This definitely made the moving experience less stressfulCheers,Braxton and Kamryn

I called regarding a Uhaul rental. The first number I called said, in broken ENglish, to call another number because he was 'out on the lot'. I called the second number, and got through to another man, who also spoke heavily accented English that was difficult to understand. He was rather rude and quite abrupt. I inquired about the trailer I needed, he then asked me if I needed a lock, I said 'no, I have my own'. He hung up on me..... I certainly do not want to do business with these types of people.

Very unprofessional. Will not be back and DO NOT RECOMMENDThe owner was so rude and unhelpful. I m not sure how he s still in business.
