I have tried to contact you several times to find out the status of my refund. The 380 store in Frisco had my car for over three months to fix an exhaust issue that they previously repaired. After three long months and several lies later stating they were waiting on part, taking it to other places to fix. They informed us two weeks ago they could not fix it and they were refunding us over 2000 back which was the cost of the repair. Now I still have not received my email. I have asked the area and the regional manager to call me back. No response now your customer service stated it will be another 48 hours until I hear from someone. I have already gone to the local media to see if they can assist with this complaint since I cannot get a response from your company. We are a family trying to survive and I need this money to get the car fixed correctly since this store is overpromised and under-delivered. I am going to every social media platform plus the news to get my voice heard. I was supposed to get an email to provide my bank information so I can get the money faster and I still have not received an email. We have been customers of Firestone for 30 years and this is the worst service I have received and now I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sad about how poor the customer service is and no one will listen to consumers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment over two weeks ago to bring my car in for an oil change. I go at my appointment time and they tell me that they will have to keep my car overnight when I asked why they didn t let me know that earlier they said well little jobs became big jobs, and now we re backed up, that doesn t seem like very good customer service nor does the issue of them getting backed up seem to be a problem that should result in me having to leave my car overnight I will never go back

Came in at 7:05 for a flat tire repair, waited 20 minutes for a tech to show up,Tech pulled my truck into the bay at 8 am. Pulled my truck back to the parking lot at 9 am. Did I mention I was the 1st customer here??9:30 Finally leaving 2.5 hours later..

My one of the worst experience , I have taken my car to them , they just daiognised the car and said your car have one spark plug problem , then the very next day they said your car have gasket problem they said that s it , and the very next day they said maybe your car had ignition problem and asked me to take it to other Firestone as they don t have technition for it . They are saying they don t have manager , the lady in the front desk she was saying do not come to fire stone if you want to argue with me , very negligent and charged me with 700 for doing nothing , my worst experience and suffered a lot . No one reply s to me need to wait for long days .

Excellent work and great service. The staff is very friendly. Honest people. They don t hold onto your car for long period. Quick service. Nice waiting area during your car service.

This is my second visit to Firestone. The first time I purchased 4 new tires and had a great experience. Brett was professional, caring, and made the process much easier.This last visit was for a headlight out. My lights are very dim and hard to see at night. I had other lights out including a brake light and tag light. I was told these new lights were much brighter and they suggested I get a deep cleaning of the headlight covers to improve visibility. After spending almost $800, I left and looked forward to being able to see better at night. Sadly, there was absolutely no difference in brightness or visibility.I contacted a man who did the deep cleaning on the covers. As soon as he saw Firestone had installed yellow lights, he brought out white lights and put one in. What a difference it made!Very disappointed that I paid that amount after trusting Firestone.I will certainly consider this when deciding whether or not to go back again.

This store is the worst store ever. The bunch of lies on professionals. They just try to sell your stuff. And then when you come back for the warranty. Is that playing with you and may not honest people at all? They're all a bunch of lies.From the manager, all the way to the bottom, they all lies.

Absolutely Pathetic customer service. Drop my truck off requesting for an alignment as I have the lifetime alignment that I had purchased previously. I also requested for the tires to be rebalanced as they are expensive tires and it is time for a rebalancing. When I go to pick up the truck the front desk says she had no idea I had even asked for a tire balance we discussed when I dropped it off with the same lady. Not to mention the alignment is worse and my steering wheel is way more off of straight than it was when I dropped it off. Not sure how companies survive running like this, to someone who knows less about cars this would be an absolute nightmare.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I went three different places to get my ace fixed none of them knows how to fix it but when I came to Firestone They did their best and fixed it in just under an hour. They definitely deserve 5 stars.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Words fail to describe the incompetence of this shop. I went for a simple serpentine belt replacement that was suggested by another firestone. The car started making noises after the change and within a week the power steering failed while on the road. It was the belt which had slipped. I called them and they asked me tow the vehicle at my expense to the shop. I did that. While doing the fix they broke another part. Then something with the battery. This went on for 3 days where they kept dilly dallying, each time keeping me on hold over the phone for at least 15 to 20 minutes just to let me know the status. Finally, on the 3rd day they got the belt fixed, but informed me that the battery is completely dead and they cannot even start the car. They would have to charge it overnight. This despite the fact that the car was with them for 3 whole days, enough time to charge and keep it ready. There wasn't even an iota of compassion in their exchange, and no understanding what was going through without the car or knowing accurate status. It's the 4th day and I am still waiting to get delivery of the car. I dont trust them anymore or any firestone brand for that matter. My advice to you - if you love your car and your life, stay away from this shop. Car is highly unsafe after their service, if you call it a service.

I've been to this location twice to try and get an oil change the first time they closed 90 minutes early for an employee meeting even though the sign said they were going to be open for another 30 minutesTwo days later I walked in and was told because it's so close to Christmas they only do oil change by appointments they have nine bays to be working on cars and only two of them have cars safe to say I won't ever be coming back here again

They sold me the tire but just put the old tire in the back without telling me I would have to go I hto the dealer to replace my wheel and they didn t know if the tire was any good . So I opened my trunk and that s when I realized why they sold me a new tire and I no longer had a spare but a broken wheel and a flat tire.

I'm a long time customer. Last year I felt deceived by the manager when attempting to get my brakes repaired. Quote was off about 150.00 with the veterans day sale. And the only person I could complain to was the useless manager. This past Friday I was going head out on a roadtrip. The night before I realized I had a nail in my tire. So I went as soon as they opened, Brett assisted me & had my tire replaced within 45 minutes. He's so kind, knowledgeable & saved my vacation. Because of him, I'll definitely be back again!!

I went in for an alignment. Brett took my truck at 11:53am. Said it would be an hour, two tops. Four hours later without hearing a single thing via text or call or email I decided to go up there in case I missed his call or text. Only to find the truck had not been touched for half the day. Brett apologized for not staying on top of it and letting it slip like if my ticket/vehicle was overlooked entirely. So I left without an alignment. My suggestion to anyone for this specific location is to not drop off your vehicle or they will just completely forget about it. Stay there so they see you, and you can stay on top of them asking about your car frequently and following up to make sure they don t let your car slip between the cracks.

Wife left her car there at 10am to get a single tire replaced after a blowout. She came back at 6pm after work, had not even been looked at. So I call at 6:15 and they said they're working on it. 645 rolls around and my wife says someone came out from the back asking if the volvo had been looked at!!! 715 rolls around only for her to find out it's been done and no one had come out to tell her....guy at desk proceeds to take 2 phone calls before he checks her out and gives her the keys....wow

I read some negative reviews but I didn't have any issues. Made an appointment for tires, alignment, and an oil change online. Showed up and Brett explained the price and when to expect my truck to be finished. He was a cool guy and didn't pressure me into anything. So I am happy I went. Also my truck was finished before the estimated time. Definitely a cool store.

Very disappointed in their customer service.I had purchased two new rear tires from this location (with the Road Hazard Protection Warranty) and have had it for a couple months, probably about 3-4 months. This past Sunday, I was driving in Houston on the Katy Frwy and the rear right tire busted while I was in the middle lane, almost causing a collision at 8pm. The tire just bursted and COMPLETELY disintegrated on the highway while I was driving on the middle lane. In a quick decision, I took my car to the nearest 24 hour tire shop in Houston because Firestone and other tire companies were closed and I needed to get home from Houston as soon as possible. I had to pay for an Uber to get me off the highway, a towing company, and the tire from a Houston shop.This past Tuesday, I called this location and asked if I could get my tire replaced with a Firestone brand one, because it was still under warranty. The gentleman that talked to me said that there was no way for me to get a replacement because he needed the old tire, but the old tire was in pieces almost like sand, on one of the busiest highways in Houston. How is it that I paid for a warranty on a tire, but this company is not following through?? And I might add, this warranty was necessary in order to purchase the two tires, as mentioned by our salesman. Even if I wanted to purchase a new tire, they said that they are charging me for the installation and tire recycle as well as the new tire. Absolutely ridiculous.If you value your own safety, please do not purchase any tires from this company. I have called two locations and both are rude and unhelpful, just trying to make money off of people without actually caring about the safety and well-being of their customers.

This is the worst place I ve seen. They on rescheduled my appointment for multiple times for 11 days and they still didn t provide service for my vehicle. Not helpful front desk and uncooperative manager.This Firestone franchisee should be removed immediately.

Absolutely terrible. I will never be back here. I made an appointment ahead of time for 10am for an oil change and new tires. After they said it would take 2-3 hours for the work to be done, I Ubered home. Waited many hours and called several times where they said only 2-3 more hours . At 6:30 it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, it was not ready and I had to wait until 7pm for it to be done. This place is severely understaffed and takes on too many appointments when they don t have the time nor parts to get the work done in a timely manner. Ridiculous. Would never recommend this location.
