Great help from the shop. Bought a new to me car and had issues a few months later. This shop does great quality work and they re pretty fast to get me back on the road. Waiting on Mini Cooper parts may be a bit slow but that s just the parts provider. Overall amazing mechanics and service. Will definitely visit them again if my mini decides to act up again.

This was my first time taking my car to European Auto Care Frisco, and I couldn't be more pleased!The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. My car needed some fairly extensive repairs, and I genuinely feel like I got more than a fair deal. I was not able to have all of the repairs done at this time, but will definitely be taking my car back to finish out the additional repairs. Unfortunately, as a female who does not know much about cars, I feel like I have gotten the short end of the stick at times. I did not feel this way at all this time. Everything was communicated to me very thoroughly by Imi and all questions were answered. Will definitely be going back! Plus their location is super convenient for me!

They replaced the engine in my car and it worked fine, no complaints there. However, whenever anything was pending to check I had to call every time, even though they would always say they would call me, I called them for weeks for follow ups, whenever their deadlines were met they won't call me to push the date but I would need to call them every time.At last, after I finally got my car back, they left my car with a faulty AC, that was expected thought, they said I would need to take it back for the gas to be refilled, they could not fix it then because of issues with their machinery, so they would give me a call to get my car back and have the AC fixed. However, I had to call them every week to check for a good time to take my car back so their work gets completed. Their machine never worked and my car never got fixed, I got tired of waiting and calling so I had to found a fix to my problem somewhere else.

I brought my Audi Allroad here after the dealership couldn t figure out why my windshield washer fluid was leaking. Imi found the issue and fixed it. He also did a thorough inspection of my car and let me know of some other items that will need to be taken care of soon. I appreciate the heads up and attention to detail. They also washed my car for me which was unexpected and a super welcome surprise. I ll definitely bring my car back here in the future to take care of the other issues Imi found, and for whatever other maintenance needs that come up.

This cleanest spot I have ever been. Customer service is 5 star. Very patient and knowledgeable staff. I will recommend everyone I know to this family friendly place. My mirror looks brand new.

Great service! had to take my Range Rover for repair as I could hear some noise when the car was in reverse. I spoke to Imi, and he promised to get back to me the same day. He called me at the end of the day and told me that the problem was really minor one and only charged me for the diagnostics. Very honest, transparent and friendly service. If I had taken to any dealer, I am sure I would have spend 1000s.

I really wanted to like this shop but will not be coming back. I'm sure they do good work and I suppose prices are OK, although the alignment I paid for was higher than the shop I used before. This review is about communication and follow up, both issues important to me. Prior to my appointment on Feb 14th, I sent 2 communications to the shop asking for a quote for an alignment as I wanted something in writing as I was shopping around. The 1st was to their email address on Jan 15th and 2nd via the portal on their website, a few days later. Both times there was no response. I still dropped off my car at my appointment time of 11:45 for a simple alignment on my Audi A4. Was told it would take 2-3 hours which is fine as I had arranged a ride. At 4 pm, still haven't heard from the shop so I called and was told they looked at my car and recommended a very expensive job. Certainly would have been nice to be informed, no idea when they got my car in. I refused due to the high cost and told them to do the original alignment I brought it in for. I asked if it would be ready the same day and was told no, would be in the next day. Another issue for me, what's the point in making an appointment if it takes a full day to get it back, especially for a simple job as an alignment. The next day I picked up the car and spoke to a gentleman regarding the surprise high cost and he was not surprised I didn't agree to proceed. I did ask about scaling back the job and ask he send me a quote which I never received. Lastly, I'm accustomed to getting a report for an alignment, measurements before and after to see how much the specs were off. Maybe they do not provide such an analysis but 1st time I never rec'd anything, even the Goodyears and Firestones provide this. I'll be going back to my previous mechanic shop, already have an appointment, which by the way I'll be getting the scaled down version of the work I asked a quote for with a price tag I can live with.

If you own a Foreign Luxury vehicle in the North Dallas are and even the entire Metroplex I HIGHLY you bring your vehicle to these guys for ALL of you maintenance needs. They are WAYYYY cheaper than the dealerships and more personable! Tell em I sent ya. THANK ME LATER!

Really appreciate Imi's help in diagnosing and fixing an oil a pretty major oil leak on my 2016 Range Rover Sport. I was certainly concerned that this oil leak would cost thousands! Imi diagnosed and let me know that the oil leak was not a major problem. They were able to fix the issue in a day and I was back on the road for just under $600. no doubt they could have up-charged me or advised that I needed to repair much more but they were honest and address only my issue. Very much appreciated their honesty and quick service to fix my problem.Greg

Awesome pricing for a transmission service as good or better than any Mercedes Dealership!Got my 7G tronic transmission serviced here on my 2016 E400 and it was a quick and easy process. At about 1/3rd the cost of a dealership at 450$. Gave me a first time visitor discount to get it down to there also! My E class is shifting like new now.

If you have a foreign car and not looking to get taken advantage by your dealership, then make this your repair shop. I have encountered amazing service all the way around, not to mention a very knowledgeable and informed technician team. You can trust they will make you think twice about ever going back to the dealership. I have been taking my foreign vehicles to Imi for about 5 years now and I will continue to do so! The Team here is fabulous! They always show me what is wrong and what is old and tell me why they are replacing it. I do all my service here instead of at the Dealership because of the amazing service and fantastic pricing! I had the opportunity of visiting this location & meeting the owner Imi today. Not only did they service my Mercedes in a timely fashion. Imi is one of the most down to earth people I ve met since I ve been in Texas. I m new to the area and have been looking for a shop that I can trust. I felt a great vibe from him and his team today at European Auto Care today. All of my family s future services will be at this location!Service: Oil change

930am appointment. Checked in, only to be taken after another client came. Was told I needed to okay the work being done and they said they would send me a text to spprove the work. Never got it despite 8 phone calls that went unanswered, but put you on hold. After 8 minutes of last call that went to canned music, I hung up and went back to the shop only to be told they were having computer problems and couldn't start work on my car. An oil change!!!.This the first time I have resorted to posting a negative review, but this place deserves it. They may be great when they finally get to work on your car but common customer courtesy and follow up is not at this shop.

Very good experience getting a diagnosis. Although they're busy, they're friendly and helpful too. They took the time to explain the issue and let me know how to find more info on the web to make sure i was comfortable, very transparent! It's refreshing to get a genuine service with people who want you to be educated, instead of being vague and using scare tactics. Thanks Imi!

(SEPT 2021)Brought in my 2008 Audi S4, they worked on my (Mass air flow sensor), did an excellent job, also some minor cosmetic work, was referred by an Audi dealership since the Audi dealership was to backed up.Chris was my mechanic, didn't really talked to him but he did a great job. The price was very competitive, they stayed on the timeline, returned my car to me quickly but wasn't rushed since they wanted to do the job correctly.Take your car here first, shop around if you want to make sure but overall the best one for my Audi by far in the DFW area.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I highly recommend this business to anyone who owns a foreign made model car, particularly BMW/Mercedes/Audi.
