I've dealt Deen Kubota (formerly Six & Mango) for over three years. In Sales I dealt with Bryant Green and he's been tremendous in helping me acquire the right equipment for my Ranch. On the service side, Ricky is the technician that comes on sight for service. Both of these gentlemen I highly recommend. Always responsive and reliable.

Great experience all around. My fourth and fifth purchase from Six & Mango in the last three years. Bryant Green has been my sales person with each one and he has guided me in the right direction based on my needs each time. I m a die hard Kubota man and Six & Mango is my go to.

My 3 year old loves going through the lot to see all the equipment. The one time we get out, the nicest guy named Michael came out and showed us around and let us drive a tractor in the lot. Incredible. If this is the level of service they provide to just a curious little boy and his dad, I can imagine they'd be an outstanding place to work with. Heck, I want to buy a farm just so I can buy a tractor from them.

have been going here for years for tractor parts. bought some parts that they had to order, they called me two weeks later saying that they had arrived. went back there to pick them up and they dont have them. I am out over $150 and their response was "what do you expect me to do?" will not be going back!!

This construction equipment store has the best customer service as in all of the DFW metropolitan area. You can expect immediate availability for any of the available equipment most of the time. This has been my first go-to heavy equipment store since my first visit in september 2022

Overall review is great. Ordered a new unit and it came in as planned. Bryant was a great guy to work with and I was pretty pleased with the turnout. However, I think my needs were not 100% met. I was pretty clear with what my business intentions were for getting a brush cutter and the one I was sold was triple the cost of several other reputable brands and was not what I asked for. I was told it would cut down some decent brush but turns out it was a $9000 mower. So that misunderstanding forced me to sell after 1 use for a $5000 loss. But other than that, everything went great. Bryant was very helpful in explaining everything and following up. I wouldn t discount their service or reputation and will for sure come back for service and new products.

Just purchased a Z-231-BR Zero turn mower at Kubota s Six and Mango location. Sales guy that helped me was Bryant Green. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different models of Zero turn and very helpful in helping me make the right decision. He was not pushy on the sale and why would he need to be; Kubota s sale themselves but very nice to have a knowledgeable representative there to help me make an informed decision. All the other staff was also very respectful.

It s hard to find good businesses that prioritize customer service these days which is why I ll always make time to send 5 stars when/where due. Six & Mango provided a straightforward and transparent process throughout the entire experience. Bryant also took the time right before closing hours to show me how to operate my new tractor without rushing through details or taking short cuts. I ll admit I accidentally overpaid my down payment amount and he returned it to me immediately. These guys were very kind and I d definitely recommend anyone to visit their business.

I've done my research and Kubota is what I wanted. Bryant my sales guy was awesome.. he's old school (as it should be with this type of equipment) you ain't buying a car!!Pick up the phone and call him or come in for a visit.. I purchased a new Tractor and he got me exactly what I needed.. Great customer service.

If you are new to buying farm equipment. I would definitely go to Six and Mango. Brian and team were exceptional to work with. They talked us out of stuff we did not need. That is what they make their living with. We will be buying everything from them for our needs. You do not get many companies like them that truly put customers first. Integrity is key to us when doing business.

Trade-in of B3350SU for an L4701 was arranged by Bryant Green. He gave a more than fair price for trade-in of tractor and implements, which combined with generous and flexible financing terms, made the deal possible. Bryant comes from a farm and ranch background, has years of experience on top of that in sales of various types of tractors, so could not be more knowledgable. Plus a straight-shooting', straight-talking' Texan. Only regret was not finding him and trading in sooner. He quipped that I'll be back for yet another upgrade, despite being so pleased with 50% more HP, a clutch-less transmission, a bigger bucket and loader arms and an electronic PTO. He is probably right though. Once this one is paid off, will likely be ready for bigger and better. Know exactly where to go and who to trade with.

Although not the easiest to get in and out of, it's a good place in the area if you need Kubota parts or such.I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. It's not as well stocked as comparable stores in more rural areas but they had what I needed. If you see in the area, stop by.

If you go there you need to have Jimmy Gore help you! by far the best experience I have had buying such a big purchase. I purchased the ZD1211 and he was there for me the entire time from when I got there to kick the tires to the delivery! he made sure I had everything I needed in a timely manner. This will be my second Kubota I purchase and going forward I know where and who to see for my next one!! If i had an opening at my job i would definitely try to take him away!! Thank you Jimmy!!

Well they could be honest about a used machine that I bought and stand behind their product. I purchased my 1st Skid Steer I am busy so did the transaction over the phone and I took the word of the sales manager Champ that when he said the tracks had 75% life left in them. I actually called the sales rep back a few days later voicing concern and he said that Champ confirmed. I went along with it, less than 2 weeks later just working on dirt one track came apart. I have had this machine less than a month. I was less than a mile away from the Kubota Dealer in Durant on a Job site. I call Champ on a Saturday explaining the situation, yes he offered to buy back the machine and charge me rental but the loan I already have on it is not a simple interest so I would owe an additional $4K+ to the bank to pay it off so unless he wanted to pay the full value of the loan then that deal will not work. Then he offered to let pay for the tracks at their cost which I am not really happy with but agreed too however he was suppose to call me Monday (which didn't happen) to set up transport since the track was completely off. Again I am in the middle of a job so time is a issue to get it done, I finally had to call the dealer a mile down from where the skid was located on Monday afternoon they came and got it right then and I have to pay the full price for new tracks and they just got back on the job less than 24 hrs. I have still yet to get a call or offer from Six and Mango or Champ. I have been in contact with the sales guy and he is new to the business so I don't put blame toward him. Also the Durant dealer also had to REPLACED DRIVER SIDE IDLER ASSEMBLYPICK UP AND DELIVERY so an additional $500 on top of the tracks making it $4,200+. I also told him what Champ told me about 75% life left in tracks and the service guy in Durant said they were completely worn out. Also when I took delivery of the skid my operator said it seemed very sluggish and that he took out the filters and they were completely clogged, at this point we just had the skid for a week. It took him 30 mins just to blow them out with his compressor. I call Jimmy (sales guy) and I told him you told me went through service, well come to find out it didn't go through Service the guy who traded or sold it back to Dealership Champ knew and he told Champ that he serviced it himself. So obviously they didn't do Oil Change or service it before it was sold to me. They did after I spoke with Jimmy and Service Manager send someone out to service on site but still I would assume when buying a expensive machine that it would be serviced.Anyway this company has 0 customer service and Champ just is a typical salesman that will not stand behind is word. I own multiple businesses and if a customer is not happy I will make it right with them even if I have to lose money on the deal.

Small shop, with helpful big-generosity staffVisited the site for information about tractor options, met with Bryant Green, and he couldn't have been more generous to answer all my questions. Am not in the position to buy right now, but his patience with me and the great industry knowledge he had, was simply terrific!Definitely recommend you visit, if you're in the market for a tractor!

My husband bought a tractor from them. Brent was the gentleman who helped us. It was a wonderful experience. Brent worked with him to figure out the perfect trator for our needs and all the implements that would work on our farm. He spent at lot of time helping figure out the cost and priorities. On the day of purchase he spent a great deal of time teaching both of us all about the tractor and how to use. He was there at delivery to make sure everything went smooth and that we didn't have amyother questions. He was so wonderful to work with. A great experience!

My company will no longer be doing business with this location. Parts guys ordered the wrong parts. Took 3 weeks to get them. When I realized they were incorrect parts, Six and Mango Frisco Would not return them. This is not our first time experiencing this problem with this location. There are many other Kubota dealers who don t act this way. I m done with six and mango,

Really appreciate the effort of Brent in the parts department to hunt down a couple of small parts and also arrange for overnight shipping from Kansas so that we could get our wheel loader back up and running! Thanks!
