I recently purchased a new Aviator Reserve. Beautiful vehicle! My second Aviator! Susan was Great! Very professional! Very knowledgeable! Not pushy! She knew exactly what I liked and had the vehicle on the lot. She made the buying experience fun and exciting! Tony was great, too! I highly recommend this dealership!

This place is trash! I bought my car from a none Lincoln dealer, so I took it to DMD Lincoln to have it serviced as it needed a few things.1: needed a new motor mount (hydraulic)2:needed a new transmission (hydraulic)mount3: key programmed4: washer bottle replaced5: fender wheel installed6: headlight programmed So after explaining all this to the service writer he told me they would have to do a diagnostic check .. dude I literally told you what to fix. But ok what ever right.Next day, he calls said they dont make that transmission mount any more .. it s a 2016 MKZ so they don t make a transmission mount for a 6 year old car?! That there raised my suspicions. Then he proceeded to tell me my key that I brought in can t be programmed cause it s not a Lincoln key hmmm! Then the prices on the the stuff they might have been able to do . The estimate was 4,700 dollars!I quickly went to retrieve my car cause at this point I was like ain t no way.I found all the parts I needed to repair motor mounts and transmission mount on rock auto for literally penny s compared to Lincoln s price, not to mention I found the transmission mount (the one they don t make any more) lol!Did mounts in my driveway super easy to do!Oh and the key that couldn t be programmed because it was not a Lincoln key . Psh took a locksmith 45 seconds to program! Lincoln wanted $210- lock smith cost me $100.Remember, just because it s not a Lincoln part doesn t mean it won t work. All in all I had a horrible experience here, I m not a fan of lies!Don t lie Lincoln, don t tell people A load just cause yall want to sell them Lincoln parts. And really they don t make a transmission mount for a 6 year old car . Bro, come up with something better if you dont wanna work on something!I spent a little over $1,000 bucks to fix it on my Own, that s a hell of a deal compared to the $4,700 quote I got from this dealer.Avoid this dealer if you can. Maybe other are not this way but this one is trash.

Poor communication and not full transparency here. I worked with a salesperson and called last night and first thing this morning about a vehicle I told him I wanted to purchase. I even asked if I could make a deposit to hold the vehicle and even communicated with him multiple times today. To no avail someone else walked in the dealership and purchased the vehicle right from under me. I will NOT ever patronize this dealership. If he had just told me first come first serve I would have come right down. I hope this review helps for future client interactions.

Found a vehicle online at this dealership and made an online inquiry. Within 20 minutes I had an email from a rep following up and asking if someone could reach out. By lunch, they had my paperwork ready and a pick up time scheduled. They made the car buying experience so flawless and enjoyable. Was at the dealership for about an hour finalizing documents and picking up the car, and every person that we encountered was absolutely wonderful. Very thankful for Terry, Susan, Tammie, and Richey for getting me taken care of!

It s a very long wait to get anything done in the service department. Staff kept telling us it shouldn t be much longer, and estimated 3-hour appointments became 5 1/2 appointments. Even a simple oil change took over an hour.

Do not bring the car over here! They charged $200 for the diagnostic fee. which we ve already checked and brought here. The owner is very greedy with bad sales.Be aware!! Website deal does not exist, and they charged two times more than other dealerships.

Brought my Lincoln in for a scheduled service Saturday at 8am for a recall. I have my husband drive separately as I didn t want to stay at the dealership for half a day waiting on the repair. I arrive and was told they don t have the part. No phone call, no communication , I guess this dealership does not respect their customer s time, energy, money and gas. Then they proceeded to tell me one lie after another. Save yourself the frustration with dealing with this non-service department and go elsewhere where your time will be respected!I called Bob Times Ford in McKinney and they sent a mobile unit out the next day to fix the recall.

I made an online appointment for 2pm for an inspection, oil change, and recall for a button. I was there for a total of 3 hours - calmly waited 1.5 hours until asking the status of my car. 1 employer said they we're wrapping up but 1 hour later I asked again. After staring at my car for 30 mins I went to another employee asking if my car was done. poor customer service. At the end they said they did not even have the recall part and I needed to come back once the part was in. No communication.

The customer service at this dealership is terrible. They will make you promises to keep you happy, but then not follow thru. They do not return phone calls or emails, even after the front desk bounces you to several different employees who they say will handle your problem. If you buy a car here, keep all this in mind since at some point after the sale you will have to return. Even calling Ford Corporate made no difference in getting them to contact the customer. They just seem to car that little. You will be better off going with another brand car with great customer service since you will be with them many years.

I bought a car about a month ago. There s a missing speaker cover they said they were going to order (still waiting to get it) there s a screw missing on the panel in front of wheel they said they fixed still flaps when I drive my car. The back up camera glitches when I reverse. The screen locks and turns off when I m driving.I randomly got a text about a rating and review for a recent service I never even made. Mind you I live 3 hours away. I called to inquire about it and left a message as to why I m getting these text messages. Still no call back.Once you buy a vehicle from this dealership they ll ignore you.Very disappointed.

Went in to look at a car with Chad and from the beginning he seemed almost annoyed that we were in there. Had no information about the car we came into look at when we would ask him questions about it. The price of the car was honestly pretty fair, but we the awful customer service made us not want to deal with them regardless of the car.

Absolute worse service department! I should have learned from my last 2 visits. They have had my car over 2 weeks with 1 update over a week ago that the part finally came in and should be ready in a couple of days. NONE, ZERO calls, return calls no updates nothing!! I want my car back. I have left message after message, the receptionist sweet Linda sent an urgent email to Mathew to no avail! I have now texted Tony the General Manager of the dealership with no response. I will be going in person to get my aviator!! Which I should not have to do since I have valet service but loaner or not I want MY CAR!Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. A few months ago, I contacted them to fix an electrical issue for my car. I have the valet service, so they came to pick up my car from my house, and I waited for a call from my service adviser. I never got that call. I called a few times between that day and the next day, and then finally the service manager calls me, and tells me that he personally took over my request, so the service calls should start coming in. Nope. Not a single call. I waited a few days, while also trying to get a hold of the service manager again. Finally, I was fed up, and went to the dealership to demand my car back. The service manager looked scared because he knew that he didn't follow through. Then he goes to tell me that everything was fixed two days prior to me showing up, and they didn't bother to call me. Worst part was that two days after I left the dealership, the same electrical problem occurred! This time I took my car to Grapevine Lincoln and they handled my request with excellent service.Fast forward to today - I decided to give David McDavid another chance, figuring that they were just having a rough time when I went there last. This time it was for an oil change. The valet service was scheduled to pick up my vehicle from my house at 8am. They emailed me the reminders leading up to today. 8am came and went. Nobody came to my house to grab my car. No phone call, nothing. I called the service department, and I cannot get a hold of service rep, Sam. The person answering the phone told me he left a message for Sam and his manager, and guaranteed someone would call me within 30 minutes. Needless to say, nobody called. Once again, I try to call service and ask for Sam, and he is nowhere around. I ask for the manager, and he's not available either. All I kept hearing was that someone will call me back shortly. The day is now over, and nobody bothered to reach out to me.This is the type of service that seems to be consistent with David McDavid Lincoln. Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this company. I am now going to do all my business with Grapevine Lincoln. They know how to take care of their customers.Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

Made an online appointment to service my MKC. I show up and was told they could not get to my car for at least three days. Why allow online appointments when you are backed up for three days? I drove 40 miles one way for nothing.I have used this service department for eight years and this was very disappointing. This will affect where I purchase my next car. My car needs a new turbo booster .$2000+ in repairs.

Purchased a "certified" 2020 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve. Had another dealership service when I discovered welcome not working, mirrors not retracting. Further investigation reveled a wealth battery and damaged wiring for the welcome lights. Car returned to me and 2 hours later notice Welcome lights still not working. Back to shop to be serviced. Will be there 10 days tomorrow. David Mcdavid did not do their due diligence and certifying this car. Looking to get rid of it, and now your finance person is stating that extended warranty will have some parts but not all refunded in full. Extended warranty hasn't even been used as original warranty is still in effect. Have had car only 3 months and this dealership didn't do their part to begin with. Now they offer to give me "fair market value" towards a trade in. SmH!!

Terrible customer service. They kept my car for weeks and never provided any updates on the status. They never answer the phones and never call you back after leaving a message. They also failed to provide a loner despite the fact that I scheduled the appointment weeks in advance and informed them I needed a loaner.

Third time I ve brought my Nav in for this issue (can phaser). Took them 3 days to agree what the issue was. Parts back ordered, cannot do the repair. Service contact asks me to text her with any questions, then never replies to a single text or voicemail. Due to back order, I go to pick my car back up ( issue not fixed). Beverly agreed to leave my car for me to pick up after hours (I could not get there earlier in the day). I travel 30 min to pick up my car - not there. Guess they forgot to set it out for me and are now closed. Grapevine Lincoln, can you do better than this?? I will definitely be writing the Lincoln review that they always hound me about after every service appointment.

My car is having issues so I was told a date and time to bring it in and that it would take 24 hrs to diagnose. Three days later was told they could replicate the issue and they found nothing wrong . It was a battle to get that each day. So I was without a car for 3 days. After getting my car back it was VERY clear that nothing had been looked at on my car (the phone operator even asked the service dept when I couldn t reach him and they said another 3 days before they get to it). Having transmission issues AGAIN, so I set up an appointment this time and requested a loaner - I was told 3 weeks. This is the week - I sent my text to make sure if I brought it in that I would have a loaner and I was told no. Bring it up Wed. I cannot sit all day and wait for my car to MAYBE be looked at. On top of it my ticket is still open . Because NO ONE LOOKED AT MY CAR!! this is the WORST customer service and I do not appreciate being lied to.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. This new location sucks. Customer satisfaction has declined. Got literally screamed at by the service manager. The service was scheduled for an hour service. After 2.5 hours, I asked the service manager when will the car will be completed. He proceeded to scream at the top of his lungs at ME! Would never go again. Would never recommend this location to anyone not even my enemies. Blessed to have returned my lease and no longer have to deal with Lincoln. Oh yeah, the chick who leased my vehicle assumed and stated to my face that I couldn't afford a Navigator. So I went to Jaguar, and brought a vehicle from them . Bye Felicia

I haven't been to this location but already having a bad experience. Called to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone PROMPTLY hung up in my face before I could even speak to make the appointment. "Thanks for calling David Mc David. How can I help you?' Then click. I had Bluetooth in so I know it wasn't my phone. Very bad start

I purchased a car from them in 2020. They attempted to pursued me to purchase some oil change maintenance package. I declined. I m glad that I did because I ve not been able to book an oil change. I ve called numerous times on several days yet I m always told we re busy but someone will call you back . To date (I ve called again today) and nobody ever calls back. The sales experience is cool but pass on the service department. Definitely not worth the lack of professionalism.

I normally experience good service on my visits. However, on my last visit to have my oil and filter changed as a part of the service agreement purchased through this month , I was informed the agreement had expired on Tuesday the 9th. My issue is I brought my car in on Monday the 8th only to learn the dealership had moved. The next day I called for an appointment and new location for the following Monday the 15th unaware of the expiration on the 9th. I feel I should have been made aware of the expiration or at least make the oil change a courtesy considering the fact that had I known about the change of address I would have made the deadline, missed by less than a week. That being said,my personal experience was very good.

I have a Lincoln MKZ hybrid, and I've been using David McDavid Lincoln since I moved out to Texas the last 3+ years. Before that I was using Galpin Lincoln in Los Angeles which was a truly fantastic dealership. My experience with David McDavid has been far from that sadly, and is ruining the Lincoln brand for me.The main issue that I have is that conveniently after my extended warranty was up, I got a bunch of issues that came up from them (and nothing before suspiciously). One of the main items (a cracked oil pan) was actually damaged by them, but they didn't admit the fault and wanted to charge over $2k for the repair. I got a second opinion which confirmed that the damage looked like it was done by someone working under there, and definitely not wear and tear. Since David McDavid's mechanics have been the only ones working on vehicle these last 3 years, and since my oil pan has a covered panel that was undamaged, definitely points to them. A service manager did reach out that day when I raised this up to the service advisor, but then there was absolutely no follow up despite his promise to reach out to Lincoln on Monday. I called back and emailed several times throughout the week and never got a response back. Funny part is that they still are happily automatically emailing me about getting another extended warranty / service plan... But it's now been another week after and still no response or updates or any efforts to show that they want to make things right. I ended up getting it repaired elsewhere as I needed the vehicle functional... No thanks at all to this dealer. If you've got a Lincoln, just go to a Ford dealer and stay away from here like the plague if you don't want damage done to your car.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Oil change
