Slow to greet at drive in -- waited 10 minutes. Then had to go find someone. Actual service faster than expected. Wash job was junk and car dirty and wet when I got it back. Not impressed and they want me to give five stars so Honda is happy!

They did a good job with the service of my vehicle. I ve been here a few times to get through my regular maintenance done and have always been satisfied.There was one instance where they missed fixing my air pressure and when I reached out about it, they made sure I was given a complimentary oil change service for the miss which was a nice gesture.The service cost is at the higher end but that s how it is..

Hi - Not a good Honda service center I came across in 20 years. In last two decades, I had civic, accord and Odyssey. None of the service centers denied providing services even after scheduling the appointment. Looks like they assess if the cost of the repair is not above certain mark, they deny service appointment even after scheduling appointment. Be careful, and use your time wisely.

Timing belt and rear main seal replaced during this service call. Dropped in on Friday and the vehicle was ready on Tuesday. Service advisor was on sick leave so no calls or updates were available for 3 days. Customer had to call in multiple times to check in on status. Service advisor offered to provide discounts as the bill was upwards 4k but eventually got only meager discount in the absence of service advisor who promised otherwise.

Cristian L. was very kind and communicative about my car service, he was honest about the wait time and thanked me for being patient when it was time to pick up my car. Last time I had a service advisor that did not confirm my information correctly so I waited overnight for my car, Cristian heard my concern and made sure everything was correct on my information card and stayed texting me updates throughout my visit. Car is running great, thanks again :)

I can't rate this place considering I had a horrible experience buying my 2017 Honda touring in 2017. I had the finance guy that works there YELL at me for changing my mind on a upsell he tried selling me because I'm assuming he isn't going to get extra commission from me for taking it off. Who in there right mind yells at a person at a establishment like this??? Really??! I have the right to change my mind. After I complained about him nothing was done about it? No apology...no nothing. If they don't care about how they treat people...I don't care about them. I'm definitely buying my new car somewhere else. The service that day was good because I had to go there for a warranty issue that they fixed. Car payed off looking for my next ride!

One of the best service departments in DFW! My service advisor is Cheryl. I didn't get to see her at all during my last visit. I scheduled an appointment, and I requested her when I scheduled it (I saw her while leaving), but other associates took very good care of me and what my vehicle needed. It would be great to build rapport with the individual writing up my vehicle for service when I scheduled them and see them there.Big thanks to my tech Chris C. for the new tires, balanced, alignment, registration inspection, and multipoint inspection. I appreciate the work to keep my ride like new.

"Sorry, we don't know what's causing the misfire."This was what Mr. Ryen Levi has told me after charging me $179 for diagnosis. They forgot to put back one of the spark plugs back in the car and blames on me. Now, I have to buy a whole set of new spark plugs to replace all of them because of their fault of loosing it. He was very rude when I asked questions.My car is 2011 Odyssey EX-L. It's only 12 year old car and it's not that old to throw it in a junk yard as they can't find what's wrong. I wonder if can do anything else other than oil changes.I would request Honda to respond to me for this negligence.

Completely unprofessional service. I booked my 50k service on my vehicle and to have a recall corrected. Had to book a month out to have a loaner vehicle available for my vehicle. The day before the service I call to double check that everything is ready for my appointment. And they tell me that they don t have a loaner vehicle for me. The offered shuttle service, but for only 10 miles from the dealer, no exception would be made for this mistake that they made. So we would have to pay for an XL ride share to get home and return. They re supposed keeping our family car overnight and we re just supposed to not have a way to get around? Give me a break. I canceled my service with them and will not be returning.

Everyone here seems to be in good spirits and this place seems to be a well running business. Went in for a wheel alignment for an Acura, Dylan the service advisor built great rapport quickly, educated me on best maintenance practices as well. Definitely will be coming back for service instead of going to the Acura dealership.

"Dylan Flatt, the service associate, provided excellent assistance and took care of my van. However, after the rear camera recall at the Rosenburg, Texas service center, they inadvertently left some cables unplugged. Consequently, my GPS is not connecting to the satellite.Before choosing the Frisco, TX service center, I called and inquired about the issue with all the service centers where I had previously serviced my van. Unfortunately, I did not receive a welcoming response from any of them."

I would give a negative rating if available. I went there with two issues and for both they inflated the prices. I checked the prices of the parts and they were a lot cheaper at the original manufacturer online. The issue they said they fixed didn't get fixed. I went for a follow up, and they said they thought the issue might be something else and said they will charge only for the part as they didn't fix it the first time.

I bought my car at this location and I have taken my car to this service center for 7even years. I have replaced my timing belt, batteries, wipers and had every oil change done at this location.But, in regards to the service department recently:I have been here twice this week. 1st time I had Eric and service was top notch. I felt like he was very kind and professional and that my needs were addressed without taking advantage of me.Second trip was a whole different experience. I got Gabby. I felt like she was doing me dirty and scamming me. My one flat tire turned into 2000.00 worth of recommendations that were not necessary and/or had been addressed days earlier by Eric.Because of her, Honda has lost my business for now.I bought my 5 new tires from Discount Tires justbecause of Gabby.

They wanted 5000 dollars to fix AC after charging an additional 350ish to put frion in it and do a recharge of the AC unit. They were right in it needing a complete overhaul of the AC unit but just tried to charge 2000 more than what I got it fixed for at Automotive Solutions in Frisco.Overall Honda McDavid has dealt fairly with my family but with pricey facilities comes a lot of overhead cost and I think that s why they wanted 5k instead of 3k for the same job.Go local, go small and you will probably save big.

I bought a brand new 2023 Accord, experienced remote start error a few days later although service could not find any problems customer service was extremely rude! Did not provide any transportation or reimbursement for the extremely high ubers when I bought a car less than a week ago and the extended warranty! Every other Honda dealer in the area has done so. You would think they would treat new customers better and provide a better experience. I would recommend the Honda in McKinney.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I needed a tire fixed as I had a screw in it. Told me I needed a new tire and then pitched $500+ of other services. I just wanted a tire fixed... I went to another repair shop, and they plugged it for $20. I'll deal with other repairs when they are due.Service person was very friendly, but I guess when you are pitching $700+ of work (tire and other proposed work) ....

Bought minivan here and all the sudden the additional coverage we purchase and pre-owned certified were in-active? Felt like we are purchasing the coverage that doesn't exist.Talk to someone in finance but wasn't able to get back with the reason, and still waiting since 9/12/23.

Want to warn all Honda customers of shady price gouging here. Also, if you re in the market for a van, avoid Honda at all cost. Their new vans have nothing but recalls, and your AC can go out on a 2 year old vehicle, to only be quoted over $6k, or $8k to get it fixed. Honda in McKinney service department doesn t price gouge, and their prices are honest!

Went in at 10:46 didn't leave until 12:24. Jordan was condescending and I was talked down to. Bryan the manger had a blank stare when I told him my issue with pont inspection. Spoke with omar nothing was resolved. Now I'm taking my car to another Honda dealership to check their work. No trust worthy or welcoming. Buy your car from another dealership with a better service dpt who has basic customer service skills. This isn't the service I received before. I won't be back. This place is amazing and the service is phenomenal. We bought a new 2022 hybrid Honda Accord Touring. This was during peak car prices and we still got a great deal. Other dealers were charging market adjustment prices or dealer fees to get cars up to standard (whatever that means) that added anywhere from 2800-5000 dollars to the price on the sticker. David McDavid did not do this and had all other dealers price by 2-3000 dollars with more options that the other dealers did not have.My contact at the Frisco location was Zachary. He went out of his way to make sure we made an educated decision on the car. The car was not in their online inventory so he shot a video of the car to show what we would be buying. We drove out that same day and fell in love with the car and the service. We were in and out of the dealer with our brand new car within 2 hours. No haggling and no high pressure sales for the car or the added warranties. Options for warranty were fair market value and easy to understand.Zach and the rest of the staff made sure we got all questions answered promptly and we got a good price and a good interest rate. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! We will be back next summer for our next vehicle and we look forward to working with Zachary again.Stop wasting your time with other dealers and make the drive to Frisco for great service and a great deal!Thanks again Zachary!

Buyer Beware!!My wife and I bought a used 2014 Honda CR-V from here in January. Transmission wasn't full and they delivered the car not detailed. Gave them plenty of time in February to make good but nothing.Called 2 weeks in a row after 8 weeks waiting for license plates and Mr Khan got involved. We set a time to come in on our morning off to get a full detail full tank of gas and the plates put on.Spent 3 hours waiting nothing happened but the gas and plates.We swore never to do business here again and worn others.

My wife has a warranty on her Honda that covers Dent Damage. I contacted DMD to inquire about repairs. I was referred to the collision center in Plano/Allen. I made an appointment at the collision center, showed up today, and they looked at me like I was insane. They stated that I had to go through the dealership, which, clearly, I had already done. I called a number and a specific contact at the dealership to get things rolling. An assistant returned my call, gave me the run around and was frankly curt with her tone. She advised Me to visit the dealership to speak with the Service Manager. I asked if the Service Manager, Matthew, could instead call me. Her less than polite response was well, he s going to tell you the same thing that I just clearly told you . Pretty sure that her name was Alissa. The day expired and no call from Matthew. This may not be the norm at David McDavid, but for a family that has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, it s a slap in the face. We are in the middle of a move, and we can t put our hands on the warranty that we have. David McDavid Honda seemed to have no solution without that paper. They couldn t even provide a 1-800 number to help me rectify the situation. Very bad optics here.

Worst service center, no proper intimation of what is happening even you wait for more than 1 month.Will never give my car to these people.Highly disappointed, very unprofessional.They don't know precise day of completion or how long it will take. Just a blanket time duration like minimum one month or two months.
