Thanks to Mike, Gary and Jeffery at Dallas Precision Imports!i had some minor issues that turned major with my Porsche Cayenne GTS. They were able to quickly correct them after an auto parts store misdiagnosed what was happening with my vehicle. Now i am back at full strength.

I would never go again to this shop. Just because of their negligence of tightening a bolt after the oil change caused me ~$2800 to change the complete oil pan.

I have been a customer of Dallas Precision Imports for about 7 years. They have taken on many issues for me in a creative and efficient manner. There is a depth of experience in this shop - they seem to have 'seen it all' over their many years in business. The team at precision auto are amazing! The team goes out of their way to ensure the job is done right and that your car is safe. Flemming in particular is the best, he is knowledgeable and is a straight shooter with his advice.

Garry from Dallas precision imports saved my day. I got a flat out of no where and I happened to found them! I have never dealt with a flat tire before so I got super nervous and scared. He helped me and did an amazing job on my car even did some extra works that he didn t have to best service! I recommend him to everyone !

I regret taking my car here for repairs. I have a 2015 BMW X5. I had and AC problem but they also said my water pump was slightly leaking and it needed replacement. I authorized the repairs. That's when the problems started. The mechanic they had working on my car quit and the repairs to the AC were not done properly. I had to take it back 4 times to get the AC fixed and to this day it has not worked properly. I now have problems that were never a problem before with regard to the AC. I requested calls from Mike but never received a call. I couldn't keep bringing my car back so I moved on. I always suspected the water pump may have never been replaced but I couldn't prove it without spending extra money by going to a different repair shop. Now, just a few days outside of the 1 year warranty my water pump failed and coolant leaked out rapidly. I would be willing to bet it was never replaced and this company successfully stole my money. I regret trusting this company. Also never tell them how much money you have to spend on a repair. They were able to quote a price for that exact dollar amount.Service: Air conditioning

Great shop with experienced technicians. I have a lowered 370z and most shops choose to not hassle with it on an alignment rack. They scheduled me next business day day and Anthony went above and beyond to dial in my alignment.

We went into Dallas Precision for a 2nd opinion when Christian brothers told our Insurance company that my accident had nothing to do with engine issues. I had no engine issues prior to the accident which led me to believe it had to be caused from the accident. Dallas Precision was able to find the route cause from the accident and was able to provide proof to the insurance company to get me a new engine. The Owner, Michael, even stepped in to help us deal with the insurance company. They went above and beyond to get the situation resolved. Never been to a mechanic shop that actually cared to get us back on the road again. They also have manageable prices and willing to work with you. I highly recommend Dallas Precision Imports. I get my oil changed here.But last week I went in because my check engine light started to came on & off.They diagnosed my vehicle & Kyle informed me the codes that were coming up were due to a problem with the camshaft & timing chain. But he also let me know Mercedes had extended their warranty on this issue!!! I had no idea. He saved me roughly $3500. He took it a step further & called Mercedes-Benz, confirmed it for me & provided me the name & number of the person he spoke to.The integrity, kindness & exceptional care he shows his customers is rare in this business. I highly recommend anyone having car problems to come here first.The staff are all very friendly & greet you with a smile. They make you feel comfortable whether waiting inside or getting a courtesy ride home. I give this place 10 Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have always had an excellent experience working with Dallas Precision Imports. They are my "go-to" place to service and fix anything needed for my Ford F-150 and my wife's BMW.I was having trouble with Ford F150 and the dealer where I purchased it from couldn't figure out the problem. Dallas Precision Imports was able to diagnose the issue and went above and beyond to find a solution to fix it.They have incredible communication and care about their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I needed a window regulator replaced on my BMW 328i. This is one of the hardest cars to replace the regulator so I decided to have Precision do the work instead of myself. This was the first time I've used them even though I've heard numerous recommendations from co-workers who also drive imports and are frequent customers.Needless to say they got it fixed and fixed right. My car is a hard top convertible so getting the window just right and not too high when rolling it up is essential. They spent one day replacing the regulator and after the repair the window was giving them problems with being too high on the track. It took them a whole another day to make it right. A job that typically only takes 8 hours, took about 16 hours but I was only charged with what they originally quoted me. They did all that extra labor at no charge to me and they worked until it was perfect. Kyle was awesome to work with!They just gained a life long customer. Can't recommend enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took me 20 years to find THE place to take our vehicles, and THIS IS IT! The staff is super friendly, communicative, and helpful. I love that they take the time to explain what is wrong and what is the best bang for my buck on a budget. They also actually check the vehicle before returning it to you. I can't tell you how many other places have returned a "repaired" vehicle to us and shrugged their shoulders when the issue is still there after paying a large bill. This leads me to prices. This is the best price in town! They offer various discounts, such as for teachers, and I have yet to beat their price or their service. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at Dallas Precision Imports.I took my 2015 C300 Mercedes to them to diagnose a hesitating gear shift.They misdiagnosed the problem, insisted that replacing a part would fix the problem, charged me $500, did not fix the problem and refused to even issue a partial refund.Rob called me and said I needed to have a part changed to fix the gear shifting issue. I agreed and unfortunately this did not fix the problem. In fact, it made zero difference.When I took the Mercedes back to them, they agreed to take a second look and it soon became apparent that this was out of their wheelhouse and they did not have a clue why this problem was occurring.They should have been up front and more transparent about their capabilities with modern Mercedes transmissions and I would've gladly taken my car elsewhere.Since Rob insisted that spending $500 to change a part would fix the problem, when it became apparent that his diagnosis clearly was incorrect, Rob/Dallas Precision Imports should have done the right thing and issued at least a partial refund.Deeply disappointed in the overall experience.Taking my car to Dallas Precision Imports was a waste of time and money.

Dallas Precision Imports is a great and professional repair shop. I cannot express enough how kind, helpful, and professional the employees were. I have had troubles in multiple areas with my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta due to regular wear and tear. DPI has always been available in a timely manner, not only find what needs repairing, but doing so in a timely and efficient manner. If you are looking for a one stop shop to service or repair your car this is your spot! Diagnoses was performed and could not list or provide the appropriate time that was worked on the vehicle, therefore leaving a discrepancy on labor that was charged for diagnoses. Would not recommend due to lack of professionalism and honesty. Prices for diagnoses also seem to be more costly then a dealership. Given prior history with reviews, responses seem to be copy and paste and no real form of concern. Will continue to not recommend this repair facility due to Management.

i love working on the cars that i own whenever they need maintenance but there are certain thing that as a regular guy i just cant do/ don't have the tools for it. so whenever I know I need to take it to a shop to handle the rest. i trust this shop always. they are kind, extremely quick in getting your car worked on. and unlike many shops THEY WON'T LIE TO YOU. i love my car. but i especially love it whenever its in its best shape. special thanks to kyle who has been the primary mechanic that has worked on my car over the past few years.

This is one of the most honest mechanic shops I have ever done business with. My vehicle ended up being a problem child, and Kyle treated me more than fair. Did the job and followed up with the car after issues arose. I can say wholeheartedly this is the place to take your German vehicle to without a second thought. Also they provide a more than generous military discount. This is where I will always take my vehicle to when I can't or don't want to do the work myself. He even told me to bring it up there and he would walk me through a job he was sure I could handle on my own. Superb job.

I wish I could get the name of the gentleman who helped me but I needed an emergency tire fill-up and this guy helped me out ASAP, I'm forever thankful and he is my hero today

Great team. I live in NY and was buying a vehicle online in the Frisco area. I reached out to these folks over the phone and asked them if they could be my eyes and ears on the ground and do a used car inspection for me before i spent the money to fly down and pickup the new vehicle. They were able to get the truck in the next day and help me over the phone to review every part of the truck. They sent me a detailed report and helped close my deal. And the price was RIDICULOUSLY fair. Tracey who answered the phone is fantastic! Really appreciate the work and thank you for all your help couldn't have bought my new car without you guys!

I have brought multiple vehicles to DPI, including my 2014 Silverado where I needed a new transmission, front/rear axle gears, new brakes, oil changes every 6 months and a transmission flush once a year. The quality of work they provide is phonomenal and I will continue my business with the team over at DPI. The ability to work with their customers and provide the best services for my vehicle is something I can t say about many auto shops, but DPI will always be my first choice for your auto needs! Love these people. Professional. Knowledgeable. Fair. They go over and above what you'd expect. Confidence inspiring. No one likes having to do cat repairs, but if you have to, Dallas Precision Imports in Frisco will take care of your needs in a timely manner at a fair price from people you can trust.

Had my vehicle serviced for the AC and a month later it's on the blink. If that wasn't bad enough the repairman had an attitude when I questioned the cost. Not good business. We have used Dallas Precision Imports for the past 17 years. They are always friendly and will tell you what really has to get fixed vs what can be done over time. They are popular, so you may wait a bit to get in, but with an appointment, they get to work quickly. Their prices are a fraction of what dealership service departments charge.

It has taken me 2 1/2 years to find this highly specializing auto servicingcompany. They give personalized service on both Imports and Domesticautos. My car drives and looks like a new car even though it is 13 years old. This company is fair in pricing and takes great pride in caring for your vehicle. I have always driven imported cars and I never had a more caring group of men and women from the owner down to his highly trained auto staff to his wonderful office staff. Caring, friendly and is genuine in their whole persona. This is the way a business is to run.THANK YOU DALLAS PRECISION IMPORTS.

I called around for estimates one morning for my Audi repair and I wanted to point out how friendly and professional Sandy is from Precision Imports. She even called my later in the afternoon just to let me know that they were still working on my estimate but didn't want me to think they had forgotten about me. (even the dealership didn't do this)I went with another shop whose initial estimate came in lower, but once they saw the whole job- the price ended up being the same as Precision's initial estimate anyway. So I would say their prices are very fair and thorough up front. I would definitely recommend Dallas Precision Imports just based on that. :-)

Kyle, shop manager, is one of the most down to earth, honest guys out there.They did a great turbo upgrade, suspension refresh, boost leak test, etc on my Audi with great buttdyno results.They know what they are doing and will attempt fixes that exceed the norms to make it happen.Trust you're taken care of, without the "did they miss something" subconscious thinking.5 stars.

Customer service is super bad ..Specially, when I own a mechanic shop myself in Birmingham, Alabama asking to do the most simple job as a transmission service they could even take a quote they declined me because trying to get my parts from the dealer claiming that they only have one the lady talking with a very bad attitude and Gary the manager told her to decline the job because they don t do customer on parts the other excuse they don t have time and that is a shop of 25 year experience that have only one mecanic and making excuses for customer In need from out of town ..

This is a great place to bring your car! I previously been using another local repair shop in Frisco however got a 2nd opinion here and it was a way better estimate and did not charge me for repairs I did not need. Excellent service and communication!! A stunningly good mechanic with excellent service, fast response times and competitive pricing. They brought my garage kept car back to life after sitting for over 18 months with the least expense I could have expected. In the process they did not try to gouge me for services I didn't need (even in one case where I was expecting work to be done but wasn't needed). I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a non-dealer repair service and would give them 10 stars if I could.

Above market prices. Had replaced one heater hose and cost was $527. Hose cost no more than $50, they used off market not even GM product. Just kept adding this and that.
