Dustin and Troy in service truly went above and beyond to take care of my car, my needs and my concerns.Troy responds quickly to texts, which is much appreciated that I didn't have to spend time on the phone and knows these cars inside and out, his knowledge and experienceis phenomenal.I went to Sewell first and was disappointed so we came to Crest, I'm so happy the car I wanted was at Crest!!! Jess in sales is great!!! Tux is phenomenal, even with questions I have about menu options and settings, he's a true gem and ALWAYS available!!!The dealership is farther from me, and I really hate the traffic of Frisco, but the people I've named are why I'm a Crest customer for life!!!

We had a good experience working with Quinten Chow. The moment we arrived, he greeted us, offered assistance and inquired about our needs. He immediately grabbed the specific car we were looking to take it for a test drive. Once we came back from the test drive, we sat down and discussed the numbers. He made the sales experience fun and were pleased with the process. I would ask for him if you re looking for a new/used car!

I ve worked in the automotive industry over 20 years, purchased numerous vehicles from franchise dealers & mom/pop. This was by far the worse car buying experience. We had been working w|Daniel Kanu, submitted all documents requested, get to the dealership March 29 around 3pm and didn t leave until after 10pm. (Loan still not secured, as the lien holder was requesting 3 months statements)Daniel let us leave with the vehicle, as we caught a Lyft there thinking all was good! We drove the car an entire week, connected Daniel with my w/my husband s employer and was told everything was okay,they had everything needed.Daniel proceeds to tell us come in today (April 6) for signatures. After waiting over an hr, Daniel calls us into the office to say the bank was requesting an additional $2000 down! We paid $1500 down March 29, also purchase insurance.Sum: after speaking with Tim Walker, we discovered no additional money was needed, the bank just needed more financial info, which Daniel could ve have mentioned.He had us drive from Dallas to Frisco with personal belongings In the car, assuming we were there just to sign. Tim and the finance manager tried their best to work in the deal but we eventually had to leave the car until.My complaint is not the info the lien holder is requesting. It s the inconvenience of time , effort and embarrassment.Crest is a luxury car dealer & every customer should receive honest & exceptional service.

miles showed me a few vehicles and made the car-shopping process so much easier and less stressful on me. the service was absolutely above and beyond and everybody went out of their way to make sure that i had an answer to every question and that i was comfortable. i highly recommend coming here for any of your infiniti needs!

Crest Infinity is a fabulous place! I've been taking my 2011 FX 35 there since I bought it. Their service is flawless! Customer service is respectful, all employees are dressed professionally and treatment is outstanding. I will continue to patronize this dealership as long as I own an Infinity and I highly recommend you do the same.

Worst customer service experience. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram on June 19th very experience about my purchase until 2weeks from my purchase I experience a blowout when I saw the thread on that tire it wasn't good so I looked at the other front tire and it was the same. I brought it to the attention of the dealership they gave me the run around, so I had to show up only to experience the worst customer service. I was told how do we know it wasn't a nail in the tire. Wow so I had to pay full price for 2 new tires not offering me any solution.

Our Crest experience was very positive. Although we opted not to perform the costly repairs with the dealership, we encountered a very professional and motivated service department. Everyone we encountered was consistently positive and helpful.

Worst car buying experience I ve ever had.Wife and I went with full intentions of buying a car. They never brought us past the lobby to discuss or negotiate. Were demanding to see another dealers offer and treated us like we were a complete inconvenience. I ve never been treated like this at a dealership and have never seen negotiations done in the lobby. Do better Johan.Update-Management reached out and we are close to making a deal. They are driving the vehicle to my house but could not even get that done right. The cancelled the first delivery because it was raining. Now they are an hour late on a saturday. Because you know, I have nothing else to do with my weekend. This has been an awful experience.

Yes, I will share this with you right now. Five star is not enough for your dealership, Tony, and the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They didn't know me from Adam. I'm just a new customer in town. I needed assistance. They provided it within 24 hours of a semi major problem. I was back on the road. I can't express my gratitude enough. Kevin gave my QX-70 a free car wash, and he did a great job. He carefully vacuumed the inside and got it spotless even though he had to move lots of papers and stuff. Kevin treated me like a VIP! He will go far in life.

Called the service department on Saturday morning to let them know about the issues I was having with my car but all the service advisers were busy so they told me that someone will call me back that day. It's now Wednesday afternoon and I haven't received any calls.Update*When I called again to schedule on Wednesday, Dustin was very helpful and courteous. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained that they had some technical issues which made me reconsider my decision. I agreed to give them another chance and rescheduled my appointment with Dustin. He made sure that everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service.

Tux was also great to work with, and he worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Crest Infinity took our QX80 in, did an inspection and informed us of what needed to be repaired. They also worked with our extended warranty to ensure the repairs were covered and completed. All the associates were very nice and professional.

My customer service representative Tim Kelly, and the staff did a wonderful job keeping me informed on a weekly basis during the repair process, my car looks brand new and the body shop did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Crest collision or their service department for any of your needs. I am a very happy customer.

I had the opportunity to bring my car into Crest infiniti For an oil change. when I drove in I was greeted by my service manager. he asked me to give him a few minutes. He had to deliver some paperwork. And so I did. by the time he got back, I had been surrounded by 3 gentlemen in navy blazers. And they were all concerned that I was standing there for a period of time and it appeared that no one was helping me. . at that point the service manager was walking back up and he said. No, I'm here and he proceeded to examine the car to see if there was anything else that might need to be done. He had identified a problem with the alignment. So I said ok, let's do the alignment. Everyone was so friendly and so concerned with my concerns. And I was just really impressed by that. by the time I was able to get home. I had emails saying that there was another problem. At which point my service manager called and said there's a problem with a tire. And we discussed the problem with a tire and it needed to be replaced. And because it had such potential for danger, I went ahead and agreed to replace. typically, I buy all my tires at discount tire because of their replacement warranty program. But I felt I needed to do this immediately. I think it maybe took 2 and a 1/2 hours. I finished up a meeting I had to take care of and I was even able to go to my yoga class. I was able to leave my class and pick up my car before 7:00 o'clock. It was fantastic. I liveinEuless. the reason that I came back to crest is that is where I bought the car. the sales person asked me to use crest for the first service and I agreed . I know that she knows how good your service department is. I had plans for using Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine. because it's more convenient but I don't know. I am mightilyimpressed. I mean, I just might have to drive for my service because I was very satisfied . The service manager was top-notch. Everybody in the service department that I encountered were top notch. . From my first contact Garrett Purrier and then John Dagnan who assisted, to Chris Stiles the dreaded "invisible manager" who made himself visible and accessible, Troy Dunn in service introduced himself, then off to Schuyler Crouch my final contact in financing, I was amazed! I have purchased many vehicles and have owned a couple Inifinitis before and I have never had such a perfect experience! Everyone was very helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. The dealership was always clean and comfortable. I went four different days to look at vehicles before making my final decision. On my final night Garrett gave me a tour of the dealership. I was shown where I would go for regular servicing and shown all the amazing amenities offered while you wait, even a putting green, how great it that!? My car was delivered to me via red carpet in a glass room, sparkling with perfection with a giant bow, I loved that!! WHAT A DEALERSHIP!! Why anyone would go anywhere else, I wouldn't know!! Thank you all for everything!

Dustan is professional and managed my car needs very well. He made sure everything was handled and made us feel top priority. His attention to detail in bringing the car to pristine condition increases my pride in driving a Crest Infiniti.I am grateful for the ride with Dennis. He dropped us off at a nearby breakfast place so that we could comfortably eat breakfast while we waited. He was kind, funny, and professional. His good humor was sunshine, which made the cloudy morning brighter.The speed of the service was noted, as well. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the service was completed. Overall, I am pleased with the service, staff, and experience. I'm proud to drive a Crest Infiniti.

My recent experience with Crest Infiniti was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by horrible customer service and unprofessional conduct, particularly from the finance director, Jeremy.The troubles began when my husband and I decided to purchase a car from Crest Infiniti located out of state for us. Despite our excitement, the process quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. We left a deposit and eagerly awaited the purchase agreement to finalize the transaction. However, they took over a week to email the necessary paperwork to our bank, leaving us in the dark and prompting numerous calls to their office.While our salesman, Chris, was friendly and understanding, Jeremy, the finance director, was the complete opposite. During a call to address the delay, Jeremy shockingly declared that we were not considered important clients simply because we were out of state. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction set the tone for the entire experience.When we finally received the purchase agreement after a week of persistent follow-ups, the price quoted was nearly $3,000 more than initially agreed upon. Astonishingly, Jeremy attributed this discrepancy to an error in the tax calculation, and instead of taking responsibility, he shifted the blame to us for not double checking their work catching the mistake earlier.Attempting to find a resolution, we proposed excluding an $1,800 service package from the total cost since we would never utilize their repair services as out-of-state customers. However, Jeremy's response was shockingly hostile. He not only refused to consider our request but also berated and yelled at both my husband and I. The audacity to blame us for their error and then react with such disrespect was appalling.Although we really did like the car and were willing to pay the new price, after Jeremy was being so rude and literally YELLING at us over the phone, we decided to cancel the deal and take our business elsewhere.In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering Crest Infiniti for an out-of-state purchase. The combination of an excruciatingly slow process, unapologetic mistakes, and the appalling conduct of the finance director make it abundantly clear that customer care is not a priority for this dealership. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more reputable and customer-centric car-buying experience.

I had been using Grubbs Infiniti for years and had a terrible experience this last visit and went to Crest for a second opinion. I found them to be credible and honest and therefore they will have my business for now on. I went in to have my rear wiper fixed due to an issue caused at a car wash. I had already driven way before I realized it was not on the windshield. I was able to go to the service department to get it fixed. The process was smooth! I also received a complimentary car wash. All in all I had an awesome experience!
