We recently visited Crest Collision Center to fix a fender bender on my husbands Cadillac, and we couldn t be happier with the outcome. The team did a fantastic job, and the service was top-notch. Lincoln, in particular, was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to ensure the repair process was as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Crest Collision Center for their professionalism, excellent customer service, and superior craftsmanship. A truly hassle-free experience!

My Volvo was rear ended so I took it to Crest Collision. Lincoln seamlessly coordinated with the insurance company, Volvo service center and with myself. It was definitely the best auto repair situation that I have ever experienced. The repairs look flawless and they even cleaned her up and made her shine again! I highly recommend Crest Collision and be sure to ask for Lincoln.

I recently brought my XT5 in due to collision by object in the road (those are never fun) and was assisted by Lincoln Haven. Lincoln was very communicative from first meet until completion of my vehicle. Although it took a little over a month to receive my car back due to back ordered parts, When I received it back, I was highly impressed!! The car cleaning/detail that was done to my car was STUNNING, from the fresh waxed tires, to the polished seats, It really made me feel good and assured me that my vehicle was in great hands. Thank you Lincoln!!

I ve always been big on Customer Experience and I can definitely say that I had a wonderful customer experience at Crest Collisions Center in Frisco when I needed to have my Infiniti QX60 and that s because of Lincoln. From the moment I stepped foot in the Collision center, I was greeted by my advisor Lincoln and fully informed of what the process would be. He gave me very realistic expectations and stuck to his words. A big part of a great experience for me is Great communication and Lincoln definitely displayed that! Thank you Lincoln for the great experience!

Lincoln at Crest Collision was awesome to work with from beginning to end. My vehicle experienced a massive amount of hail damage including a shattered sunroof, I called Lincoln and he walked me through every step of the process and even volunteered to make sure the car was secure from further water damage by putting crash plastic over the hole.I would recommend Lincoln and Crest Collision all day everyday, great communication, great service.

We had our car towed to Crest Volvo after an accident on a weekend. We didn't know how they'd respond to having a car just show up there or how they'd act when we started asking about work and needing them to do things without us being there. They were fantastic to deal with. We called them on Monday morning and eventually were put into contact with Lincoln, and started going through the process of estimating costs, understanding timelines, and starting work. He helped us every step of the way, made us feel truly valued, and put our family in a much better position. He answered all our questions quickly and fully, and really relieved any and all stress I had. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

Huge thanks to Lincoln and Chrissy at Crest Collision! They're as professional and efficient as it gets. After a freak accident in an Infiniti I'd owned for less than two hours, they've been honest, quick, and all-around terrific. (And they communicate well, too.) While I hope I never have to use Crest Collision again (fingers crossed), I know how well they'll handle everything if I do. Five stars aren't quite enough.

The customer service there is awesome. They keep you informed the entire time. Lincoln made sure that my car was back to the way that it was before the accident.If you want someone to tell you the truth about a repair just ask for Lincoln. Lincoln and Maya kept in contact with me via text, phone calls and emails to make sure that I was informed all the way through.

You should go to the Plano location instead. Over 2 months just to replace a bumper and grillService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
