My Yukon Denali looks new again. I m usually the person on other review platforms complaining the most about other businesses. Had multiple major items and body repairs and all look perfect(I m a detail nut). Brian made sure everything was perfect. Great costumer service from Henry and Joy too. Very likable bunch/good people. 2nd time here.

We love our Toyotas and I was a little worried that the insurance company wasn't gonna use OEM parts therefore the truck wasn't gonna look original but they did an amazing work all the way from costumer service to communicating the progress and finish the job on time, the truck looks exactly how is supposed to.

I wish I could give no stars. I would never take my car back there. Went here after a car accident per insurance. Got the car back in worse shape. They fixed nothing on the car. Weren t willing to work on anything. Then told me they fixed things they never did. My tire was missing bolts. Everything was thrown around my car when I got it. My necklace that was hanging from my mirror was stolen. When called with the issues I was told to take it somewhere else. Don t take your car here unless you want junk back.

So sad to find issue after my car repaired by this body shop company. Before my car sent to this store, they told insurance company they need 3 weeks to repair, however, they spent total 2 months to repair. Unfortunally, I find issue after I get the car. I am scared to drive this car now, I am worrying this car with other safty issues.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Terrible service :( They couldn't repair my car, it didn't take them a week to tell me that they couldn't, and they haven't returned the check!!! So I can't repair my car because I need the check for another workshop I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, think about it before falling into their hands

Be very careful when booking an appointment here. Had a scheduled appointment for over a month. We went through their online estimate process, they called to verify all of the information, and scheduled the appointment. FORTY MINUTES before our appointment, we got a call saying they don't work with the insurance company from the person who hit our car. Spoke with the manager who couldn't have cared any less, blamed it on their "call center", and said "we're too busy to work on this minor repair".

My car is with service king for almost a month for hail damage. I still don t have an eta on when it is going to be done. Supposed to get updates. I got a call 2 times in a month. Very bad experience. I used them as they are approved vendors by my insurance. Never going to use them.

I had a small reck, and yet they couldn't fix it right, so I ended up taking to another car repair place. Highly recommended Honda Lincoln in plano.If you do go here, be sure to read your paperwork, after repairs. Several things they said they fixed, still had original Honda parts. I will say the only thing good about this place was they did have good customer service and returned my calls quickly

Took my truck here for PDR (paintless sent repair) from the spring hail storms.. I was in shock how much less the repair estimate was compared to a couple other places I got quotes from (also how fast they got the estimate completed).. I decided to give them a shot. I came to pick up the truck and wow, was I impressed! I was certain that some of these dents wouldn t come all the way out, particularly on creases/angles in some areas.. but there is zero evidence that this truck had any hail damage. Thank you Service King for the great service and pricing! I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need them in the future!

Great staff. Friendly staff. They kept us informed of the car's status three days a week. For the repair, they did a fantastic job on the trunk and back bumper. We couldn't tell that we were rear ended.

2nd time bringing a vehicle here for repair through an insurance claim over the years, and it was a seamless process with constant communication throughout that was convenient via text messages. So far so good on the job they did.

My car was done a week in advance, and they answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never want to have to go anywhere else. The communication seems very fluid there, where other places are failing. They did a great job, and were available to any follow up needs or questions regarding their work.

Absolutely loved the customer service I got from Steven. He kept me updating about my car and made sure I was taken care of.My car did have to go back to have a few things fixed after it was deemed repaired, which wasn t a big deal, however, my car wasn t exactly back to normal when I got it back. Some parts were not flawlessly connected as before. Other than that, good location to get it done and on time!

Had a truck door ding fixed quite a while back. They put the bent trim piece back on so I asked about it. So they replaced the trim. When I got the truck back it had overspray on the bedcaps. I took it back in. They Cleaned the bedcaps and the plastic turned from black to grey. I gave up at this point. I was afraid to take it back at the risk of getting something else messed up.

Disappointing. When I had a small accident I immediately called State Farm. They suggested Service King. In the beginning I was pretty happy with how everything started. I was told I would get updates every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. My first update I was told everything was going smoothly, parts had been ordered, etc. One of the days I did not get an update so I called. I asked about why there was still no finish date. I was told they were waiting for a wheel from a vendor my vehicle should be ready by the 16th, ten days after I turned in my vehicle. Great! The 16th I was told that the wrong parts had come in. Then the wrong parts came in again. I called and spoke to someone and was frustrated at the lack of care and consideration from this particular shop. They blamed the vendors, they then explained this happens all the time. I m sorry, if a multi million dollar company can t rely on their vendors then it s time to find another vendor. Someone needs to be held accountable. I called again on the 23rd and was told they were still waiting for a tire, I needed my vehicle for the 25th. That date came and went. My uncle s memorial was today the 26th, in San Antonio and that was missed. No one called me Friday, no one has any answers. I contacted State Farm and found out that Service King never sent them an estimate, nor did it follow any of the procedures it has in place for the people it refers. I never received and estimate for labor or repairs, I never got an end date. Now I m just waiting for my vehicle that seems to be lost at Service King. I hope that this is just a one off for them but it seems like this has made me think twice before ever recommending or even suggesting Service King for any repairs.

BEWARE! I would never use or recommend Service King who started but rudely refused to finish repairing my wife's car. COMPLETE STORY: My wife's car was rear-ended. The insurance carried by the person who hit her car recommended Service King as their "Select Service" body shop. The damage included the body surrounding the rear window, the entire trunk area and rear bumper. When Service King contacted me to indicate the repair was complete, the office personnel gave me the key and had me walk outside to the east end of their building to find the car on my own. I noticed they replaced the rear bumper but saw that, apparently, no attempt had been made to repair the body surrounding the rear window or the trunk area, which both were in the same "wrecked" condition as when they received the vehicle, and was clearly documented in the repair estimates. I thought they inadvertently hadn't yet finished the repair and spoke with the Service King manager. The manager rudely expressed they would not pursue further repairs. Besides disassembling the entire trunk interior and leaving it in the trunk, all they had accomplished was to replace the rear bumper. I called a Service King "upper management" person at their headquarters and they were even more impolite than their Frisco branch manager and indicated they would do nothing more. The claims adjuster didn't seem surprised and another body shop finished repairing the car. Lesson learned: never use Service King.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wanted to give Service King of Frisco a good review, but I can't. My car was getting body repair work. #1: They changed the date I was to pick-up my car 3 times, making it very difficult to schedule my rental car. #2: They blew the estimate of my repair work by 67%. Was supposed to be $6K, but cost over $10K. This was after their estimator bragged that it would be 90% accurate. #3: After paying these guys over $10,000 for my repair, I realize a few days later that they stole my sunglasses case full of change from my console. Really?! If you needed $2, I would've gladly given it to you, but you rummaged thru my console and stole my pocket change after I paid you $10,000.On the positive side, their not-so-accurate estimator was friendly and admitted he blew the estimate. The curbside process was relatively easy, too, and the repairs look good.UPDATE: I ve changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars since the general manager called me. He admitted they should ve given me an itemized receipt explaining the big cost variance, which they ve since done, and he explained how COVID has impacted their supply chain of parts. I still think they need to under promise and over deliver on the completion times, especially with the knowledge that the supply chain is unpredictable right now. Also, the Frisco location is merely a drop-off location right now, so all vehicles left there are repaired at their Colony location. They need to better communicate to their clients that that adds an extra day to the completion time since they have to tow your vehicle back to Frisco, unless you want to pick it up in the Colony. I m still disappointed, but I added back one star since some of the delays were out of their hands.Service: Body & Trim

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!I will NEVER recommend this location. The customer service was as bad as it could be. They lied to me the entire time. Promised the car to be ready one day and when the day came, the car wasn't ready until 4 days later. They never returned my calls to give me an update on the car. After the car was "ready" nobody reviewed the job with me. In the next following days, I had to stop by 3 more times because I kept finding wrong things with my car. They finally fixed them but that's not the quality service I was expecting. I never had such a POOR customer services before. Take your car to a different Collision Center where the people will respect you as a customer!

I was rear ended back in January and with covid, parts delays due to the snow storm and more, time was not on my side. They did a great job keeping me updated on the status and making my car feel new again. The staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

These guys and girls are great!Our vehicle got sent here after another location (S McKinney) butchered it.I know if I ever use Service King again this will be the location I use even though it s further away than about 4 others.Staff was nice, understanding, responsive and actually seemed to care about their customers.Other locations should model what they do after this one.

I had my wrecked Maxima towed to these guys and I am sure glad I did!!!As an Allstate insurance agent, I know Service King is listed as one of our preferred collision repair providers and now I know why.I was kept informed by text at every step of the process.It took quite awhile to get everything repaired (probably due to COVID) but I got my baby back today and she is absolutely gorgeous!!!All the personnel were very professional but I want to call out Dustin in particular. His customer service skills are second to none!!!If I have any fender benders in the future, I know exactly where I'm going!!!.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent to work with, took care of me even when my insurance company over booked me with them. Turnaround and quality was fantastic; Jack Dinsmore was my Service Advisor who provided exceptional service and cared about my position as a client. I highly recommend them and would use them again. My vehicle was a Lexus and I can honestly say I have the same level of trust as I would taking my car to a Lexus Dealership if not more.

I picked my hail damaged car up today from Service King and was really impressed with the work they did to bring it back to new. Brandon was my service advisor and made the entire experience pain free. The communications and updates while the car was there exceeded my expectations and I will definitely do business with them again should the need arise.

I hit a gas meter in an alley. Service King is one of the shops used by USAA and they had good reviews, so I decided to go with them. I dropped of my truck and was told to expect it to be done about a week and a half later (dropped off on a Wednesday, told it'd be ready on the following Friday). I had a small ding from another incident that I asked if they'd be willing to take care of and I was told they would. I got a call from Ryan on Thursday of the next week saying that my truck was done. Not only was it finished a day early, it looked like brand new. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of my truck. Awesome work. I'll definitely use them again if I ever need any work done.

Efficient, professional and knowledgeable. First time interacting with this group. Their intake/evaluation process was excellent.Car deemed totalled by ins. co. so, no experience with repair work. Would definitely trust them again should a repair be required.

Had my wife's car fixed here last year. These guys are straight forward and transparent. They are completely upfront about cost and time frame. I know they probably pad the expected completion time a little but my wife's car was completed a week ahead of schedule. Should anything happen in future I will be taking my car here.

I was surprised... my insurance company gave me this location as one of the options available for repair and I came here due to its convenient location. Although I brought my car in right after the ice storm of December 2013--when the place was overflowing with damaged cars--the service advisor met with me right away, performed an estimate on the spot, arranged for a rental car, and took my keys. I was out the door in a rental within 45 minutes. The repair itself took three days and was perfect, and my car has a three-layer paint (similar to candy-apple) that is notoriously difficult to get right.
