I recently had my car repaired at this caliber collision and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job fixing my bumper, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Special thanks to Emmanuel for his exceptional work and attention to detail. I highly recommend to anyone in need of car repairs.

They provide first class service from beginning to end for me. It all started by talking with Martha over the phone about my claim and her navigating me through their process of making it easy and saving me time. Austin took charge once I arrived and keep me well informed and shared details of my repair at each stage. Jorge did a phenomenal job on the painting and service repair. Great teamwork and recognition with all of them. I highly recommend this shop and people.

I was so very impressed by the level of professionalism and detailed work completed by this location at Caliber Collision.From the moment of arrival to my departure, I felt and was considered part of the remediation team to ensure the car was detailed and put into the most pristine condition.For the painting job on my truck s flares, the Painter, Jorge did an exceptional job. I have received so many unsolicited compliments on the burnt orange flare against the silver of the truck. I was blown away at the technical proficiency of the body work.The service advisor, Yanet, went above and beyond as well when she made calls on my behalf to the rental car company fought for me to complete the rental car drop off, rather than spend an extra 1.5 hours to drop the car off at the original location. She verified immediately upon my ask.The value this location places on clients is unmatched. Thank you again for your wonderful support and efforts with my vehicle, and the hospitality my son felt as well. I am very thankful for you all!Alberto, Austin, Chad, Yanet and Jorge were absolutely incredible, and I will refer anyone in need of a repair or inspection to Frisco-downtown, Caliber Collison.

Martha and Austin were great! Very informative, good, quick, quality service. Great communication.They repaired my front bumper, headlight, and fender liner. They even took the time to clean the car and buff the headlights so it looked brand new again!

I was rear-ended and had fender damage. Caliber Collision get me in for repairs super fast and their staff was absolutely amazing! Martha is so sweet and kind and Austin did the repair. He was incredible. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and even completely cleaned my car before returning it to me. I had a great experience. They had Enterprise ready to take me to my rental and made the process so seamless and easy! Thank you so much for everything!!

Caliber Collision on John W. Elliott in Frisco provided excellent customer service. Martha who scheduled my appointment and helped me obtain a rental, and Manny, my service representative, were very courteous and professional. Manny provided daily updates and promptly answered questions I had. My car was ready a day early and was very clean inside and out. This story has a happy ending Please read it all. I had taken my car to Service King on 380 in Frisco. I went to pick up my car and upon inspection noticed that the bumper was not attached correctly. I pointed it out to the service manager which showed attitude immediately. I showed him where the the fender was much higher than the bumper on both sides. The gaps between the fender and bumper were much larger closer to the bumper and the gaps against the fender were nonexistent and rubbing. He took it to the back and I assumed he was going to talk to the crew who did the work. When he came back it was obvious that the bumper had moved some but was not correct. I asked him what did you do jump on the bumper ? He told me to leave it and they would fix it properly. It was left for another week. When I went to get it, it still was not correct and the area where the bumper and fender touched, the paint was all messed up and in some areas there was no paint. I called my insurance and sent pictures. They told me to go ahead and pay for the repair and they would have it fixed somewhere else.I had had some work done previously at Caliber Collision in Frisco, Tx on John Elliott Rd years before on my Toyota so I had my insurance call them and see if they would work with us to fix the mess that was made by Service King. They agreed.Austin and Marisa at CC were wonderful! They got everything coordinated with Kaila De Castro at Allstate. They did the front bumper and driver fender and I had some damage on my rear bumper too involving a different insurance. When they tried to disassemble the front bumper it would not come off. They discovered that SK had GLUED the bumper on to the chassis. The bumper had to be ripped apart to get it off and a new bumper ordered. It was a MESS!!Caliber Collision fixed it all BEAUTIFULLY!! Hopefully I won t have to use a body shop in the future, but if I do, it will be Caliber Collision on John Elliott Rd in Frisco, TX.

First Visit To Caliber:My experience with Caliber Collision was top notch. I appreciate the prompt and professional service that Austin provided throughout the repair of my Audi. He made sure technicians were thorough and identified needed repairs that were not visible in addition to the visible body damage on the vehicle. Austin kept me informed throughout the process. He has the perfect balance of being warm and friendly while also explaining the specifics of the repair. I would definitely recommend Austin and Caliber Collision.Second Visit To Caliber:My experience with Caliber Collision was great. Austin was timely and professional throughout the repair of our Expedition. He made sure technicians were thorough and identified any additional repairs that weren't visible. Austin is both knowledgeable and friendly, and he kept me updated. This is the second time I've brought a vehicle to this repair facility. I would definitely recommend Austin and Caliber Collision!

Had my truck in there for 2 weeks because someone else hit me and caused damage to pretty much the entire passenger side and on the invoice it said they replaced my headlight trim and painted it and they did not replace the existing one that had a crack in it. the rear door they replaced was replaced with a used one that I guess came with the same paint and it has swirls all over it along with wavy clearcoat and indented lines like made with a plastic tool all over in circles and crosshatch lines and then we move onto the bedside that has clearcoat drips and divots all over, I tend to not be super picky with my paint but the 9 year old drivers side doesn t have any runs or any divots at all, you d think a specialized collision center would have better skills in painting.

Very professional and able to communicate clearly on what work was going to be done. When I couldn't find a ride to go pick up my car when it was done, the shop manager came and picked me up. Top quality service.

From start to finish customer service and quality of workmanship was first rate. I received a text daily updating me on the progress. My vehicle was ready when promised. If needed my vehicles will definitely go back to this location for any repairs needed!!!

Alberto is the go to guy. He was very friendly, helpful, and transparent. I didn t expect the level of attentiveness he gave, so surprised to say the least. The quote he gave me was very reasonable and he explained everything to include insurance processes.He worked on my bumper and gave insightful information that made me feel he s been doing this for awhile and knows what he s talking about.I don t typically like going to chains but the service and work was definitely worth it.

After reaching out to 10 different repair shops, none were able to take my vehicle for 4-8 weeks. That was until I got in touch with Caliber Collision. Martha, who I spoke with initially, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to help me out the same day. Throughout the repair process, Austin provided frequent updates and was equally professional and courteous. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new inside and out! I would definitely use Caliber Collision again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

A gentleman backed into my car in a grocery parking lot as I was exiting the parking lot behind another vehicle. I took the car in for repairs for the passenger side front and back doors. The staff were excellent, professional, kind, courteous, and respectful. It was a pleasure dealing with the guys at Caliber during a difficult situation. This Caliber Collision was great to work with. I was always updated on the status of my car and they followed up with me after I picked it up to make sure that it was good. Austin was my mechanic and really helped make sure the process went well.

I had a terrible experience! They stuck paper to my dashboard (I cannot get rid of them now), stole the cable and sunglasses in my car, and spilled paint in the car. I also have issues with the brake pads which I had fixed before my car got into an accident.When I told them about these issues, they didn t take any responsibility! At least OWN your mistakes!I DO NOT recommend this location.

Having bodywork done on your car can be a stressful experience. However, my experience with Caliber Collision was made easy thanks to my advisor, Austin Coufal. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle until it was completed, Austin managed the entire project with professionalism, care, and clear communication at every step. He worked effectively with the rest of the staff and served as a great mentor to other advisors. Paint job was brand new with small scratch and brought it back to get looked at I mentioned a buff. They buffed it although I give an E for effort now you can see the layer of paint is missing in comparison to rest of the paint job. They did not update me on vehicle they had my car for over 3 weeks. I actually called for updates it wasn t until I told my liaison that it was unprofessional and not personalized care that he then began to call me to give me updates. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I've worked with a few other locations but this one takes the cake on being awesome! I worked with Austin as my rep for my repair and he was very thorough when answering my questions as well as super understanding on my concerns. He went above and beyond to keep me informed every step that was taken for my repair and any delays that were faced as he ensured me that my vehicle safety was always the priority and wanted to make sure I was good. I highly recommend this locatiom and will use them whenever needed!

Caliber Collison deserves a Texas-sized five-star review!When it comes to fixin' up cars, Caliber Collison is the real deal, I tell ya! They did an amazin' job fixin' and paintin' the damages on my ride. And let me tell ya 'bout this fella named Austin C, he's a gem!From the get-go, them folks at Caliber Collison showed some good ol' Texas hospitality. They treated me like family, always friendly and knowledgeable. I felt right at home. And their work, woo-wee! It's like magic! They paid attention to every little detail, turnin' my car into a showroom stunner.But let me tell ya, Austin C stole the show. He's one friendly fella with a heart as big as Texas. He explained the whole repair process with patience and made sure I was in the loop. Talk about top-notch service! Austin made the experience a real pleasure.And boy, did they get the job done quick! Caliber Collison is as efficient as a Texas twister. They finished the repairs in no time, gettin' me back on the road with a smile on my face. We unfortunately needed repairs on our car and were told others had good experiences with Austin. They were right, Austin was very helpful and Kevin, who worked on our car, did an outstanding job on what was some relatively small but complex damage on our rig.

Don't trust this place! Looks nice and clean on the inside. Went for a oil change and gave my car back to me without doing the oil change. They seem like nice people at the counter but can't be trusted!

Brutal experience. Granted there was a lot of work that needed to be done but communication and efficiency were the issues. Twice, trips were planned using the car on the date repairs were promised to be done. Each time (over the course of two weeks!) the car wasn t ready. The problem isn t just failing to have the car ready, it was that even on the day of, it took repeated calls before I could get a callback acknowledging the car wouldn t be ready. This happened twice and even happened the third time when I was promised the car would be ready by 9am. I finally took the car (at 2pm) even though they were still waiting on a seal and the chrome logo for the front of the car. When I did that, I was promised the chrome logo would arrive the following week. That and the putting on the seal we were told, we d have to do ourselves . They didn t have the seal due to supply chain issues (an excuse they used for months). I ordered it online and had it in three days. A month later I called about the chrome logo and was told it had been sitting there for two weeks but they forgot to call . Brutal. This location (under a different name and management) used to be the best in the area. You d have to be out of your mind and to take your car here, even if the insurance company was paying for the entire thing as ours was.
