Had to replace my front bumper cover and they did a pretty good job. They delivered two days before the estimated date. Little pricey but insurance paid for it. Overall good experience.

The entire team at Caliber collision did an outstanding job, I would like to specifically highlight Tony's dedication and follow through helping check in and receive my car after it was finished. When we completed the walk around after the work was complete Tony even buffed a couple areas that needed some touch up that were not a part of the estimate. Well done.

I was recently rear ended and was planning on taking my car to the official body shop in grapevine. That shop was backed up until February (they repair cars they buy to sell used as well) so I ended up going with Caliber Collision and I couldn't be happier! The bumper was fixed and painted and looks like new! Took less than a week and everybody was nice and helpful. All my questions were quickly answered by Darren on the phone and in person including a whole new estimate after I picked it up for some other damage I got in a hit and run. Glad I decided not to wait and will definitely be recommending this shop to others!

Horrible customer service. No walk ins. I only had a quick couple of min qoute needed. Very minor damage couldn't even accommodate me with out a appointment. I will never use this place again for any services. Service quality has gone way down with this company. I have used them in past. Will not be getting anymore business from me. I'll make sure to family ans friends ds not use them.

Darren was super friendly and transparent about the repair process, ETA, and what to expect from the repairs. They provided updates along the way. Car came back good as new! They care about providing a quality repair without rushing/taking short cuts.

The best of the best. Skeptical about taking my Corvette to a production type shop I was pleasantly surprised that a shop other than a dealership could return my car to better than pre-accident condition. It's like it never happened. As it turns out, Brent is a former employee of GM specializing in Corvettes. It's was flawless and rumors are true. Middle age guys and their Corvettes are unbelievably picky. I hope to never have another mishap but if I do I will come back to Caliber Express.

Great customer service, top notch respectable people. Like to thank chad for having a ride for me instead of calling a uber and making me wait. The driver Zach was awesome, paid attention to surroundings and made a couple funny jokes on the way to my destination

Lady upfront wasn t very nice, asking for a small fix for weather stripping on front windshield and since they didn t replace my windshield (recently moved from Arizona) she rudely said no. Went to Gerber collision and glass and they fixed it no problem

Hands down the best caliber collision I have dealt with, turned in a damaged dirty truck, picked up a spotlessly clean one. Everyone is friendly! Highly recommend

Update this is one of theeee best teams you could ask for. It s not JUST their repairs but the hospitality and everything else that goes along with it. They treat you like family. They look out for you in every way possible and I m truly thankful. Don t hesitate you won t be disappointed!

Great people, great repair, great experience!Excellent job repairing our 2009 F-150. The people were friendly and great to deal with. Andy was easy to work with, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. The work performed was excellent and the truck look as good or better than it did before the accident. The staff seems pretty decent but the front desk receptionist by the name of [Kelly] is extremely rude. What's worst is every time I call up there I have to speak with her and she's absolutely rude every call. This time I called was because I wanted to confirm some things I discussed with the manager prior before I brought my vehicle in and she left me on hold for 10 mins. and claimed I hung up when I called back and decided she did not want to talk to me and just gave someone else the phone. I will not be giving this location my business. She makes it look bad on every one who works there.

4 weeks in the body shop for minor hail damage. I would never trust this body shop with my car ever again. They tried to return my car to me with wet paint peeling off. After I identified the error and yet another week In the shop they repainted the hood of my car. I would warn anyone trying to take there car here as their quality control is clearly lacking.

Don't go here. They will judge if you can pay by your appearances. I went in and was told I had to get pictures for my estimate of my car. I scheduled a time for to come by and drop off my car. While they were getting the credit card to pay for half the estimate price so they would take my car, Allen the lead engineer stopped the transaction. We went back outside to look at my car. Allen expressed that the price for fixing the damage will be higher.I was fine with that. I wanted the guy to make an estimate for the new amount. Allen refused. Said he would have to look at the car in detail by taking the car apart and he didn't want to do that. Because he didn't think I could afford it. But he knew it would be more money.So I wanted to get the things I came for the car to be fixed. He said they can't fix my car for things I need fixing. They would need to fix the entire car by law or they cannot take it.Again. I urged this guy to take my car, he refused and walked away. Then told his co workers that couldn't afford it and was wasting his time. The original amount was about 3,500, the amount he was giving without doing an actual estimate was 12,000. Do not go to this location

This location is a CC Express; different capabilities from other CCs but same commitment to customer service. General Manager Andrea Hernandez earned these by going above and beyond, and I'm very happy with my vehicle.

Had a check engine light come on on my truck, I had no idea what it was or why it came on because the truck is only 2 years old. They were able to get me in quickly and found out it was an issue with a part that was covered under my factory warranty. I was able to get it fixed under the warranty from the dealer. They saved me a bunch of time and money, and they saved me the headache of trying to figure it out on my own. Highly recommended!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Awesome service!! 5 out of 5 Stars all the way around. This is the location we use when needed and it is a further drive from our home, since another Caliber shop is literally a mile from our home. Kathy and her staff kept us informed and were excellent to work with as usual. The car was repaired and looks great. It was washed and looked like new at pick up! Kathy went the extra mile to make sure all our concerns were addressed. The rental was handled seamlessly. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars for Kathy and her team, I would. Thank you for having such a professional team at this location!!!!
