Went in for an alignment on my Tundra. Josh was very helpful, both on the phone and once I arrived.The work was done quickly and they took great care of my truck.Once I arrived to pick it up, Josh told me about some options that would save me money down the road and services they offer. Will come back here for my future maintenance and repair needs. Clean bays and quick service.If you have to wait, they have a nice area for both the adults and any kids.

I took my car today to get new tires, an oil change, and to get my blinker fixed. Ken was the individual that helped me out, and he was so kind and informative! He completed all the tasks so quickly, and he was able to give me more information and guidance on what services my car will need in the near future. I will absolutely be going back to this location for any services my car needs!!

They guys at the shop were very patient and explained my warranty to me. Despite me being upset with other parts of the process, the crew made me feel comfortable.The shop is close to home and the workmanship is outstanding.2016 Ford Explorer Sport is in great hands.

The guys in the shop were very professional and courteous. They had my new tires on in under an hour.Only negative is that they said they would call as soon as the tires came in, I had to do the follow up call instead.I will definitely be coming back for my future automotive needs.

The staff that work here are fantastic! The issue that I had with my truck was diagnosed and repaired quickly, and the communication from the employees was phenomenal. Every employee was incredibly helpful, but the only names that I recall were Josh and Drew.

Friendly staff, got the job done fairly quickly, although I was there for oil change only. There's freshly ground coffee with multiple variations and a nice sitting area. Bit pricey though but I would go here again.

Not a honest place to take your car for repair. If the coolant is low just tell me it needs to be filled for $10 not try to extract $200 from me, saying you need to first diagnose why it is low. This in spite of telling them I had a full coolant flush 4 months ago. Shady people. Dishonest. Some advice. Smile at your customers.

Excellent service. I been to their shop with scratching sound from my left drivers side and right passenger side wheels. They inspected and analyzed and fixed it in an hour. They didn t charge from for this saying that was a simple fixThank you Very Much

Came in for an oil change on my 2019 Chevy Colorado. After the oil change I received a text which recommended additional leak check due to what they said was an oil leak when I brought it in. The recommendation cost $60. I agreed and the front desk called me back a bit later and said there were no issues found the oil must have just been from the prior oil filter so they cleaned it up. Was very disappointed that I would be charged $60 to clean up some oil especially when I brought it in exactly for the purpose of changing oil and filter. I questioned the front desk when I picked it up and they just said sorry that s what we charge to check for an oil leak. Would not recommend. Will not be coming back.

Great first experience. Just needed a state inspection, but everyone was friendly and professional, plus the waiting area and refreshments were very nice, especially for an auto service center.

I went there for car check engine light on. charged me around $1000 to fix it. with 10 days of repair again check engine light ON.Caliber said again diagnostic for $119 and repair cost. so trying avoid these people service. even my neighbor had same experience charged multiple times for diagnostic and repairso better avoid these peoples

I arrived late for a state inspection(apologies) but that wasn t held against me. The technician worked on my vehicle immediately. The wind shield wiper connection was loose. They attached it and I was out of there in barely 10 minutes. The technician even discussed the immediate vs permanent solution. The staff seems genuine. Would recommend this place.

I stopped in with a concern about water dripping from under my car. Josh and Drew graciously accommodated my questions and put my concerns to rest. Drew came out to the car and inspected under my hood and car showing me what to look for that would indicate a problem. I was encouraged to stop in with any further questions. Drew politely declined my tip and said that he does this for the love of the job! Outstanding!Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto brake repair

Took my accord today to caliber Frisco located in coit rd not sure what they did today regarding starting intermittent issue . I told them the problem and showed them the issue . They did their diagnosis and told me that all good(battery ,alternator ,Starter).This diagnosis does not really make any sense i did that in fact with my walmart purchased jump start battery which has testing meters and walmart did it free check up on battery, alternator & starter).I literally showed them the issue still they are doing guess work suggesting me to change starter (which would be $890for a guess work again) and will see (no guarantee).For that Guess work charged 62$ and when i asked about assurance they simply said No guarantee even if they change starter. Did not understand then what is that they are doing.in other words it's just kind of cheating customers with high prices with out proper service.Gave one star because it is not allowing me to post with out stars02/10 Update : Surprisingly Got a Call from Caliber and told me to visit to get the testing charges.I told i do not need reason being several people are looking at reviews and taking decision just bcz of $62 i do not want some one else will get the same issue or pain.Caliber should rethink on what they are doing to the customers what is the best they can serve and charge to the customers.

My fault for trusting Caliber when they said that I needed to get an oil change done by them since they claimed that the other place I went to did it incorrectly. Now I ve paid for 2 oil changes and am frustrated with being scammed by Caliber. Learning the hard way to have everything documented in writing since the mechanic is changing up his story.

I have reservations about returning to this service. Before relocating my car from Boston, I had it inspected by a mechanic who identified an issue with only one axle. However, upon taking it to this establishment, I was informed that both axles were problematic/faulty, yet I was shown evidence for only one. Despite this, charges were applied for the repair of both axles, alongside high labor costs. I dropped off my car in morning, was told the parts would arrive within a few hours, but the car was ready by noon. Nevertheless, they billed me for more than four hours of labor. The discrepancy in diagnosis, coupled with the excessive charges, has led to trust issues. Regrettably, I find their services to be overpriced and will likely seek alternatives in the future.

I had a real bad experience with them the tech were not trained to replace the cabin air filter of BMW . After multiple visit they put the filters in wrong way causing whistling sound from AC vent. They even damaged the air bags cover while replacing air filters and don t want to take admit it was their fault. Luckily BMW service team helped to resolve the problem created the caliber auto.

I love going here because you're not being pressured to do the repairs all at once due to budget. They would only point out what's necessary and what can still wait. Friendliness and customer service is top notch and they're very important to me. I recommended this place to my sister in law and she's happy as well.

Absolutely avoid this place, charged me $1500 for a check engine light and tpms repair, minor repairs btw. It turned out they did not fix the problem at all, wanted to charge me another $1700. It s crazy what they are doing, go somewhere for your auto care because they do not care. I emailed the manager a week ago regarding this issue and there are no replies, great customer service!

I've been to this location several times over the last few years. Drew and the rest of the team have been really good at communicating the work clearly and having the work done right. Prices are competitive and the lobby is really inviting. Nothing bad against any of the guys. Upon my arrival I was told my oil change would be $85 which was perfectly fine. Then after the fact of the service being completed I arrived to the total being $123 due to labor and parts. Whenever I asked about the price difference and change the who seemed manager shrugged off my questioning with that s always been the price. So either some education on the price points needs to be established with the workers or the manager needs to apply the price point that you are told upon arrival. Just make sure to ask the right questions before you get hit with hidden fees that you will be forced to pay after the work is done.Service: Oil change
