I LOVE bringing my car to this location! The guys here are amazing. They explain everything you need to know, and make it clear!! Jacob does a great job with making sure everything is all wrapped up for you when you re ready to leave. This location gets a lot of business and now I know why! Even though they are busy, the customer service and hospitality is amazing! I will drive all the way from the south side of town to come here!

Service was excellent. The Customer Service was one of the best I ve experienced when dealing with my car. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and my car was taken care of on the spot. I would definitely recommend!

I left my car with them trusting they would change my radiator fluid and fix the issue with my car. They ended up topping off my radiator fluid resetting the error light on my car and never fixing the problem. Make sure you watch them do the work you ask them to. I used to go here and they did great work but I ll go around the corner now.

After running into some braking issues, I got a few different quotes from multiple mechanics across DFW and ended up getting it done at this Brakes Plus. Spoke with Evan and he was able to work with me to get my brake pads and rotors replaced for a reasonable price. Definitely check this place out!

Got recommended to this shop by Discount Tire for fixing the lug nut issue. They looked at the stuck lug which is spinning but doesn t come out gave a very reasonable quote started the work upon my approval and got it done within 10mins by their skilled technician. Will definitely visit them for other services.

This location is well run does very good and timely work. Brakes Plus prices are significantly cheaper than another auto shop I used to use (rhymes with Tirestone). I have had not only brakes done, but struts, A/C system evaporator coil and also basic things like oil changes and tire rotations. Front desk is nice and explains things well, highly recommend this location.

I came here to get my brakes done and it was pretty quick! GREAT SERVICE! I love that everyone was called by name and updated regularly. Jacob and Robert were awesome! I would recommend this location specifically.

The service is extremely well. Visited the store as I am getting squeaky noise while reversing and they diagnosed well and come up with different solutions. I ended up changing brakes which fixed the issue. I truly recommend them.

I went to get my car front bulb replaced. I was charged for bulb replacement. However, they said there was loose connection with the bulb and they fixed it and if I need the bulb replacement, it will cost extra for bulb. Now, within a week the bulb is not working. I am totally disappointed. I don t recommend this place. I was also asked to send the issue details as response to my previous review with my another email. However, the email that they shared is not working. The experience was waste of my time and money.

Really great place to get your car services done and nice folks. I came for an oil change, and I was in and out in less than an hour, which is the earliest I've ever gotten out for an oil change. Will definitely be back for services here. They are organized and efficient.

I ve had my Kia Optima serviced there a few times and have never been disappointed. The service is incredible and the service advisors always take the time to explain everything about my vehicle and what to expect. Today I am recognizing Jacob who did a amazing job. My appointment was for 9:00am and I had my spark plugs changed and I was out the door by 9:30. Exceptional service and professional. I highly recommend Brakes Plus for anyone needing their vehicles serviced.

Have come to this location time and time again and have been met with excellent service. One of the things I like besides the speedy service is the fact that they put a sticker in my car for my oil change. Allows me to figure out when I need to get the cars maintenance regularly checked on.

I will say this had to be the best experience I ve ever had getting service on my vehicle yet! I went to ask about prices for brakes on my 2015 Nissan Altima that had been sitting for over 6 months. The knowledge that James (manger) i believe gave me I walked out ready to become a mechanic. Lol all jokes aside not only did brakes plus help me with my brakes he beat the prices of NTB & FIRESTONE. I HIGLY RECOMMEND BP super friendly, knowledgeable people with a staff that works quickly as possible. I know I will be making them my new home for the rest of my years living Frisco. Thank you guys a lot keep doing Gods work! Car trouble is never easy for anybody so having people that s not thinking all about the money they can put in their pockets, but doing right by the people will ultimately lead to them getting more money because that s how you get the favor from God. Thank you guys again! I ll definitely be back and sending family & friends

I helped my parents schedule an brake check appointment for their car because the steering wheel would shake and the brakes would squeak when the brakes were applied.I was a little worried because I was at work and they don't speak English that well. My mom called and asked for me to speak with the technician, he explained everything to me over the phone. Later my parents told me that the techs were very polite and took their time explaining everything to them but still end up calling me because they just did not understand the technical terms. Over all they are happy with the job and service provided, I am also happy that they did not give my parents a hard time.

Crash Champions in Frisco could not handle my issue at hand, so they recommended Break Plus to handle my issue. Breaks Plus inspected my vehicle, gave me a detailed explanation of my issue, and broke down the total cost. They were patient, understanding, and very informative. If any issues occur in the future, I will be sure to revisit this location.

Almost two years ago I took my car to Brakes Plus on Preston Vineyard in Frisco, TX. I needed new brake pads. After that visit, I had horrible squealing in my brakes. Took it four more times to the same brakes plus and they replaced the brakes pads four times and "put on new rotors" twice. Still almost two years later, the squealing is still there.So, I learned of Caliber from a friend and it was worth a try. Took it there and JD advised me I needed new brake pads and new rotors.After Caliber took pictures of what needed to be done, I find out that Brakes Plus didn't replace my rotors four times. They only resurfaced the rotors four times rather than put on new ones. This is unethical 1) to tell me they are being replaced but only resurfacing them and 2) Resurfacing is never recommended even twice....much less four times! I also learned that if any brake work is done on a 4Runner, the parking brake needs to be reset too. Brakes Plus didn't do this. They never even mentioned it to me.While at Caliber, I also learned there was a crack in my struts and no liquid left. I had to have new Struts and shocks put on as well. I'm dumbfounded Brakes Plus or the Toyota dealership never picked up on this. Based on the pics Caliber took, it's very obvious!IF YOU HAVE A 4RUNNER, DO NOT TAKE IT TO BRAKES PLUS!!!! They do not know what they are doing. This is the second 4runner I've taken there. The first, I had new brake pads put on at a different Brakes Plus and I finally ended up just trading the 4runner in because of the squealing brake sound. After this experience, there is no doubt the issue is with Brakes Plus! Thank goodness Caliber Auto Care saved my car!
