Brakes Plus did an awesome job getting me in and out!! Camille got me in at 12:30pm and they were finished by 2pm!! Wonderful service and they are so nice!! Camille also was able to show me everything that was warring out with my brakes!! Love seeing what is happening with my car!! Thank you Camille!! Great place!!

I recently purchased new brake pads for my car and received exceptional customer service from James B at the store. The staff, including, were friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured I got the right parts for my car by answering all my questions. Their service was excellent!

Expert service with a fair price. I call the store to check if I could get my brakes repaired immediately. James answered the phone and said sure - we will take care of you . I arrive at the store and was greeted by Camille who explained the process, costs, and any available coupons. She assigned a technician who immediately began work on my car. The work is being done by experts and since they did it right away I had them do a wheel alignment. Camille, or James or any of the staff will fix your vehicle at a fair cost.

I had the pleasure of working with Camille for a brake pad issue. Let me preface this by saying I went through 3 other shops and they all quoted me for hundreds if not thousands of dollars for repairs.On top of that Camille was super friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended you come to this location for any of your alignment, brake, inspection, and anything else they offer!! They are awesome!!!

My 2006 Honda Pilot had failed State inspection and needed repair. Stephen Baird was my Service advisor and he was able to explain to me clearly what was needed to be done for it to pass. The process was quick and I was promised all the repair will be done on the same day. Smooth over all experience.

I came to this location fully prepared for the worst with my vehicle based on what I was told from other auto repair shops nearby. Not only was the staff here incredibly professional, but they thoroughly reviewed the concerns I had, verified I still had life in my brakes and rotors, and gave me a timeline for when I should lookout for making the replacements I was pressured into getting from the other shop. They did not take advantage of the situation and left me with peace of mind and from spending unnecessary money. I will be taking ALL of my business here moving forward!

Brakes were screaming as I hit them to stop. So I went down to Brakes Plus which was near me. I walked in and Stephen greeted me at the door. Told him my problem. He sent the car back to be checked. It needed everything. He worked with me. Gave me the estimates and all that was needed. Thank you Stephen

Great service. Upfront with all the pricing and Camille was so nice to call Lyft so that I didn t have to wait for my breaks to be changed and gave me a discount for the work I was having. Done. I will definitely bring our other vehicles to have serviced here.

I initially went to Brakes Plus to have my brakes serviced. While I was there I noticed they have a full line of services and I came back to get my oil changed, yearly inspection and tires rotated. I bet I saved nearly $100 on everything. Plus, the staff was friendly and professional. For some reason, this app will not allow me to post the appropriate Star Rating. I give it 5 stars!

First time customer today. A competitor of theirs told me yesterday that my back brakes were very close being spent. Their quote $670 bc that they don't resurface rotors. Come here today and brakes plus tell you still have 40% left...you're good. Got to love that there are some honest companies in this industry. I will 100% be back! Stephen is awesome. Just call the Main Line here at the store on Eldorado you'll know soon as they answer the phone why. The same as every call I sat here and listen to that they answered. Good job Brakes Plus!

Had an appt today at 11 and planned to wait. They said it would be a couple hours because they were short handed. So I had someone pick me up. I called at 1:30 and they said they hadn t looked at it yet. I went and just picked it up at 3:00 because they still hadn t even looked at it. They offered no apology or explanation or anything, just handed me my keys. Appointments are apparently meaningless.After the response below, I tried to send an email, and it came back undeliverable.

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because I would like to believe the technician who actually worked on the car is honest, but otherwise I am totally disappointed and would not recommend them at all.In the free inspection report they told me I would need a Coolant System Pressure Test because there is a leak and the Coolant Reservoir is empty. When I actually took the car to them again after a few days for the brake pads replacement and requested the Coolant System Pressure Test to be done, the technician who actually worked on it said there is no need for the test as the reservoir is not empty and did not see signs of leak. Clearly the 2 technicians had contradicting outcomes of their inspection of the vehicle.In the free inspection report, they recommended Power Steering Flush as the power steering was low. I trusted the recommendation and asked them to work on it. The technician who actually worked on the car came back to say the car has Electric Power Steering and it does not need any flushing. Again contradicting recommendations.The 2 recommended work items add up to $100+ and there were few other recommendations too which I did not ask the 2nd technician to take a look at. I am thinking there would definitely have been a difference in the recommendation there too.As of now, I am sitting here and wondering who do I trust between the two of them. Despite the belief that the technician who worked on the car is honest and saved me some $, I am forced to think did they even actually work on my brakes and am I actually really good to go!? Just can't take their word on safety of the car.After the response from the owner requesting my contact in email, I tried to send an email, and it came back undeliverable.Update: Zanne, the general manager of the location, reached out to me this morning to clarify the miscommunication. Appreciate he taking the time and coming back to me to explain the entire situation and assuring the work was done in all honesty. Hence, changing my rating basis how the situation was handled by the corporate team and the general manager.

Really had a great time/day at Brakes Plus. They pointed out to me some things that are in dire need of correcting/replacing. I feel so much better being informed. It didn t take long for the work to be done. I ll be back for in the future service. Great job guys!!!!

Needed an oil change and had gotten a coupon in the mail. Didn t make an appointment, but they got me in the schedule quickly.I went next door to restaurant to work until it was done and they called me when complete. Very friendly service and got the job done quickly considering I didn t make an appointment.

Our Daughter came home from college late on a Saturday with a rattle/ loose heat shield and James and the BrakesPlus crew squeezed her in and took care of the issue. We were impressed with their professionalism and expertise and now have another loyal local customer.
