My truck had 6 recalls, needed an oil change, two new tires, a new battery, an adjustment to the tailgate step, a tire rotation and a State Inspection. Gage was my Service Advisor and was amazing! (considering how bad customer service is in today s world). He had my truck picked up from my home in the morning, kept me up to date on progress & issues, then HE drove the car back to my house that same night. Gage went above and beyond and I ll be sending all my future business to AutoNation Ford in Frisco.

Went in on Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. Lorraine and Naomi are fabulous! They know their stuff, are so helpful with my questions and are extremely organized! I also love how the service techs take pictures of their work, they are experts at their craft and take pride in their work. Definitely found a new service home for my Bronco Sport! :)

As a first time buyer my experience was amazing! Vinny was patient with me from the beginning and we were able to negotiate a good price. Raheem was able to answer all my finance questions and told me exactly what I was purchasing down to every penny. I would rate both of them more than 5 stars if I could because their expertise and knowledge gave me the confidence knowing I made the right decision in buying this car.

Bought a nearly new QX80 - with 3000 miles. Was told it had been thoroughly inspected and there was a minor bumper scratch type accident that was repaired. Should have left when they told me I couldn t take it to have it checked out!!! They then promised I had their guarantee to repair or take back if there were any issues. First couple days were fine, but noticed a lack of cold air, so they serviced it. Kept it three days and stillCame back not great. They agreed to have the Infiniti dealer next door work it out - so dropped it off there. Infiniti found massive damage to the front end - crushed ac condenser and multiple other issues . The air bag sensors were crushed and there were several other items that were damaged - clearly more than a bumper scratch. Ford said they would fix it - Inifinit took the car for over two months working on it - then called to say the computer was also damaged and that Ford was not willing to fix that- that they wanted to take the car back and either trade me out or give me my money back. Well here we are months later - nothing !!! This car is junk and so if Frisco Ford!!!They are lying scumbags and clearly never do the inspections they claim they do.These photos were sent but the Infiniti dealer to show the massive damages they found on a car with 2500 miles on it. Clearly AutoNation lied and never inspected it or if they did the tech was blind.Updated - Then they respond after my review to call manager - Been there done that - they offered to buy it back months ago - so - called 37 documented times after that call a left message after message for weeks - no response. So yeah - still over a year and nothing! But the post to my review to call! Yet they don t return messages!!

I recently brought my car to Autonation Ford for a recall of my car and was blown away by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain what was needed and provided a detailed estimate before starting work. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I was impressed by the attention to detail shown by the technicians. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. I will definitely be returning to for all my future car maintenance needs. Highly recommended!

Sam and the finance team at AutoNation were a pleasure to deal with.I started my vehicle search at Bob Tomes in McKinney and it was four days of headaches and run arounds. Finally I decided to look elsewhere and found AutoNation and I'm so glad I did. Within 48 hours of meeting Sam I was driving home in my new F150. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Ford.The process was smooth, seamless, and surprisingly easy.

Working with Maria and Kyle, we purchased a pre-owned Ford Escape that we found online...everything went beautifully. They even scheduled a total solar eclipse for us during the purchase, so it was definitely a purchase I won't soon forget :) Both Maria and Kyle were fantastic to work with answering all of our questions, and making sure we were comfortable with the entire purchase process. Service rep gave a probable time estimate when scheduling the appointment and then said it would be a wildly different time frame at drop off(5 day difference). I explained that I can t be without a car for that long, to make the situation worse the dealership has no loaners.The rep rolled her eyes at me multiple times and kept repeating the estimated wait time without acknowledging our previous conversation or addressing my issue or trying to offer any other ideas. I understand a wait time is what it is but the rep needs to work on setting appropriate customer expectations and not being so dismissive.Unrelated to this service rep experience, the car is not even two years old, still under warranty, and has two open recalls that the company can t address in a timely fashion, electrical issues, and squealing brakes probably just gonna buy a reliable Honda next time

I do not know where to begin, Made an appointment asked for them to call me about the services I wanted done. They never called. So I canceled my appointment. I scheduled an appointment again. Show up for the appointment and they say we are behind five days. So you need to leave your car here for 5 days. Yeah they should have called me to tell me that instead of moving my families schedule around to make the appointment today. I wish someone would invent a device that enables communication of delay wirelessly. Apparently the phone is not it for this dealership. A simple phone call would have not upset me. It's not the fact they are delayed. It's the fact that my wife had to adjust her schedule to go. Then they want to kidnap your car for five days.

What a great experience, I traveled to Autonation Frisco from almost 2 hours away to see a truck I saw online. DT was a very friendly and low pressure through the process. It was a used truck so it was not without a blemish but DT and his managers were very forthcoming about what they would and wouldn t fixed based off of the amount we agreed to buy the truck for.They kept their word on the repairs promised and even provided me with a nice loaner while my truck was being repaired.Very thankful for all the departments involved in this car sale!

Unfortunately, picked up a nail in a tire on my truck (2022 F150) recently (9/22/23). Lorraine (Service Advisor) got my truck in for Service same day without an appointment. The replacement tire I needed was not in stuck but they put on my spare and ordered the replacement tire for next day delivery (a Saturday!!). Which occurred as promised. I have no words to describe how pleased I am with the customer service I experienced at this dealership.Lastly, apologies to the service manager who was on duty that I did not get your name but I commend you on your personal attention to all of your customers and your staff!! You are awesome

Had a great service visit! My F150 had some much needed maintenance & repairs done. Jakob (my service writer) got me in quick and kept me updated in a timely manner as well as informed on a little extra repair I forgot about. Haven t had a bad experience when I come to this location.

My experience at AutoNation Ford of Frisco was amazing. Vinny and Kyle did amazing work to get me the deal I was looking for despite a few challenges along the way. Before driving the hour and change to the dealership Vinny was able to work with his sales manager to confirm the deal I was wanting and have the vehicle I was looking for ready to go. Vinny made sure I had everything I needed, confirmed all the important details, and followed up with me after the fact as well! Kyle also did great things for me in getting everything sorted with my lease financing with Ford Credit and was able to get me the right deal for my Tire and Wheel protection! I could not be more satisfied with the work from their team and I am looking forward to my continued relationship with them!

I have an extended warranty on my vehicle that I purchased at the time I bought my car. I used it this week at AutoNation Ford in Frisco and the service and experience was so amazing and pain free. They made the process easy and scheduling was around my availability. Communication with my service rep was excellent. Obi was always very responsive and on top of the situation.

The staff we pretty friendly. And of course step forward to make us comfortable while we waited for our salesmen to come assist us. We did wait for several minutes for him to get to us. The salesmen ended up having to be paged to the front. We drove over an hour for our appointment for a specific used vehicle. As we walked up to the vehicle you could hear a tick in the engine. My husband started his inspection of the vehicle and found a leak in the rear main seal, that had obviously been wiped clean. So they knew the vehicle had issues and were willing to sell it anyway, and as he drove the car away you could see FRESH oil spots on the ground. Needless to say. We didn't end up purchasing from there. Make sure you check mechanicals, the vehicle may look pretty, but that's just to blind you from the real problem.

Very bad experience with this dealership they are completely liars and shady dealership they will offer some discounts and you signed thinking you get the discounts and when you go home and look at the paperwork you see the numbers don t add up and they did not give you any discounts. Then I call Rahim the finance guy and he tells me that it was a glitch on the system but he will fix it. He makes me signed a form and I should get the credit back 6 to 8 weeks. It s Been 3 months and nothing they don t answer the calls because they see is me on the caller id. At the beginning they even offer to pay for my flight to pick up the truck because I m 8 hours away well that did not happen. They charge me for window tints and it was very poor done that I had to replace it. Just to finish be very careful what you signed when your financing and more if Rahim is the one helping you!
