I would give a negative star if I could. These car wash people are very very rude, I paid $85 for hand care wash interior and exterior. The exterior wash was extremely unsatisfied there were spots in severely places, the wheel was not properly clean and the area above the wheels were not even touched. When I told them this and told one of the supervisor to clean the wheels properly the guy gave me an attitude and rudely told me on my face that go away go seat inside. Really that s how you behave with your customers? I spoke to the manager and the manager said they don t clean those spots on car wash, wow what an answer. I will never go to this place again and recommend everyone to boycott this place unless these guys change their behavior.

I got a great wash of my truck there about a week ago. Then I asked about fixing an issue with the rear windshield wiper. They quickly had me pull right in and a nice guy named Lynch quickly found the issue and fixed it in a matter of minutes. When I asked about the cost, he just told me to have a nice day! I ll definitely be going back for all my auto service AND washes from now on! Great service and great people!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP THEIR MECHANICS ARE HORRIBLE. I brought my vehicle there on April 5th due to check engine light being on, I spoke with the manager Ramsey and he told me that I would need a diagnostic to see what the problem was. I was told that it was an ignition coil and I would also need valve cover gasket. Ramsey told me how long it would take which was 3 hours and gave me a price that he said taxes and everything was included. I agreed to the terms but I never heard from Ramsey the next day or the following day so I had to go up there and see about my vehicle. Ramsey was surprised to see me, he asked if I had spoken with the mechanic. To my surprise my car would not start at all and now they re trying to charge me for something that they had broken which was the timing chain. It s been a week and my car is still at this shop, they re totally responsible for all the damages done to my car.

I found this business driving by. I have taken my vehicle in for state inspection, car wash and and also did 35k mile check up. Was treated by very friendly mechanic and was kept informed of the process. Have also been very impressed by the clean lobby while I waited to have my car detailed. I have definitely recommended it to my family and friends.

I did State Inspection for my cars here, one yesterday and one on 3/2. When I was trying to complete my Registration Renewal, one worked without any problems but the other one didn t. I keep getting your vehicle inspection cannot be verified at this time error.Update:I went back to them again after visiting county office and this time they were able to fix the issue and provided me an updated inspection report with new date without charging me a penny. Greatly appreciate the way they responded to my concern.Thanks again!

I came to Splish splash on 423 for a routine inspection. I was fourth in line and was told it might take 15 minutes per car but a second inspector would return from lunch in a few minutes. After 90 minutes of watching employees have conversations and accomplish very little work, I got in to the bay where it took another 20 minutes. I would absolutely never take another car there unless you want to waste an entire afternoon to get something that should take ten minutes accomplished. Extremely poor experience!

Quoted me $700 to change out my front brake pads and rotors. A shop down the street charged me $300. They are overpriced and charging an arm and a leg for labor, would not recommend

Came here for a car wash that ended up being less than satisfactory. I reached out to their manager Kevin who had excellent attention to detail. He gave me his personal cell and made sure to take care of me, giving me updates every step of the way. I will definitely be coming back to give them another try. Give Kevin a raise!

11/11/23 - car inspection. My hubby and I didn t wait long to be called. They had an outside lobby enough seatings to wait. Surprisingly the inspection was very fast. It was about a 10-15 min wait (seemed like). We got a free car wash as well to do inspection. The woman at the customer service desk was great as well. Thank you guys for the quick service.

It's hard to find a car wash to do lifted trucks, so I'm super happy to have found Splish Splash Car Wash & Oil Change!!!! Great price for a full hand wash on my RAM and an awesome job on top of that!! They brought back the SHINE of my wheels!!!!Thanks Guys!!!!

Went to go get my oil changed. The overall service was fine...along with the price and along with getting a free car wash. Then my PSI on just two tires of my driver side were double the PSI that was required???Meaning the tech put air in them and then inadvertently didn't take them out. Each tire was at 60 PSI versus the normal regulated amount of 38 psi ?I will be taking my business elsewhere versus Techs that make mistakes like that and don't fix them.Luckily I checked this on a daily basis or that could have been an accident waiting to happen.

For two years I have been coming to this car wash trying to support a local Business. I usually only run it through the wash and go up the road and dry it myself. Today I made the mistake of going with a $50 wash for them to just coat the inside of my truck with armor all! even the steering wheel and then was told by a manager that they don't clean the Matts! really !? I had to come home wipe down my truck to remove the dirt from my wheel wells and bumper. wipe down the interior to remove all that chemicals from my dash/ seats/ armrest/ center console . They did not even dry the grill on my truck!! Very Disappointed.

I recently moved 20 miles from this car wash - making it totally inconvenient now but I still find a way. The staff here is so great and the quality is amazing. I cannot recommend. It enough. It is the best car wash in DFW.

Today was my first time visiting and I am not disappointed! They exceeded my expectations with detailing. My BMW has not been detailed this well since I moved from New York. The team from start to finish were amazing and patient with all my questions. I definitely recommend the $325 detailing you won't regret it! I will be a faithful customer.

Had the WORSE experience ever at this place. The lead, supervisor, bay coordinator whatever he is besides being extremely dismissive and rude. He doesn't know how to direct the cars to the correct bay. I thought if I spoke to him in Spanish he'd understand why I was asking him he made me pull my car over to the side then forgot about me, tried to pull 2 other cars in front of me then proceeded to ask me why I pulled over to the side.I then spoke to the owner, that was a total waste, he was VERY DISMISSIVE tried to tell me he gets 3o,ooo cars a week ( i dont care not did i ask) totally ignoring me and another 2 not so happy clients complaint about how poorly the service was. He did offer a free car wash lol. NO thank you, the $40.00 isn't going to help your employee fix his attitude more if you the owner is acting like it's no big deal. Avoid this place. I should have read the reviews prior to turning in. Def NEVER take your car for an oil change. The reviews are just AWFUL!

Went in to get a car wash yesterday. They had left their sign lying down on the ground (instead of standing up), so as I pulled into the driveway to check in, the sign scratched the door and rear quarter panel of my truck. One of their employees then came up and was like "oh, we better move that out of the driveway" - and moved it into the closed 2nd driveway. 2-3 employees saw it happen but scattered. Nobody offered to help or do anything about the scratches. So now I have potentially hundreds or even $1000+ in paint damage to my truck.

I think this layout is great. You pull in to the bay you need. The offer oil change, mechanical service, state inspections and car washes. Staff are helpful and down to business. Waiting room is nice and cool, with tv and complimentary drinks. Comfy couches or internet bar. Great place

Today experience made me to write this place a review. I always believe second chance however I gave them 3 chances and this is my 4th time. This place definitely deserve this 0 rating.I get oil changes at this place multiple times because it is convenient for me. Usually when I get oil changed, I check the oil level in order to make sure my car has enough oil.This place does not care about your vehicle based on their own evaluation, that I see.This place overfill oil in my car for the 4th time. First time it was little above and I took it to them, they told me old cars burn oils so it is not a problem. I knew it this place was lying since they had to do it again. so I went easy on them and went to another mechanic and extract the excess amount.This experience happened 2 more times after that, even I was frustrated, I took my vehicle to another mechanic to extract the excess oil.Today March 16, 2024 I went to do another oil change, and I told the technician " please make sure fill the correct amount, my car takes only 4.5 quarts" technician nodded his head meaning SURE.Then I got home and checked the oil level, this time I can see the oil level is way above the required level. this frustrated so badly.I called this place with my frustration, technician answer to my frustration and defended himself that he didn't do it. also told me " don't talk to me like that " for my frustration conversation. I feel sorry for his snowflakes attitude.you can see the level of oil they filled. overfilling oil will blow your engine while you driving. safety is important to everyone.Please don't use this place for any repairs. this is absolutely unacceptable for someone to experience like this. I gave them more chances than they deserved. This is my 4th time, so I leave this review for everyone who checking this place for your vehicle repairs or oil changes.this place does not care your vehicle. you will have more repairs after that. Please be cautious.Update for the business response:1.This place never change oil in front of the customer. That statement shows how absurd and gimmick answer that they provide for other customers.2. If you follow my request that my car only take 4.5 quarts, Dip stick will not show that. Also, my mechanic who extracted the excess oil told me, this place does not care about customers. they have ruined many people vehicles.3. If you are sure, that you only filled 4.5 quarts, it is obvious that you didn't drain oil properly. don't you think what your defensive answer implies otherwise.You also claimed you gave me the excess oil when I left. that is BIG fat lie, right there. you better learn how to defend yourself. shame on you.4. Please learn how to accept your wrong doing to a customer. It doesn't matter if that customer is a first time or loyal customer. your business ethics seem to be lower than zero. Please grow up on how to accept facts.

Brent and Brendan took the absolute best care of me. The service was fast and thorough. They got my nitro balanced in all my tires, got my oil changed and vehicle inspection. Then after all that, they told me I get a discount for being a Veteran... Best service I've ever had...

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went into this establishments March 31st and I had my vehicle fully detailed and spent $200. I let them know about areas that weren t cleaned but due to language barrier I had to go ahead and clean the inside myself. I drove 2 hours to have my car detailed here and I had to clean the inside myself. I was highly disappointed in the detail and upset that I had to clean it myself. My vehicle interior is white so every spot neglected is very visible.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

Sat out infront waiting to be helped for 30 minutes with no help. Watched 3 different employees walking around. Lady pulls u0 after me and attendant came out and helped her. Left location but called a minute later and the guy that they were busy but available now. You are free from being busy in literally 1 minute.

Horrible job today. Paid for the $20 exterior wash and the pictures show the lackluster results. Some tires got tire shine, so much so, they spit residue all over the side of my truck. Some tires got no tire shine at all. Rims were definitely not wiped down. The guy towel drying didn t use dry towels (same rags from previous car) and kept slapping at the water on windows instead of using a step to wipe the windshield. He also kept leaning on my truck as he wiped it down. This isn t the first time I ve had this type of service here but definitely the last.

Due to the close spacing they make the cars go in caused an accident. The car two spaces ahead braked causing a 4 car collision. Had the cops come out bc the car who caused the collision left as soon as he realized what happened. The cop disclosed this isn t his first time at this location for this kind of incident. They need to space the cars out more or this will continue happening. I will not go back to this location!!

Came in for an oil change and state inspections. I've never been to this business before, but they are close to where I live and they offer Mobil One oil. Technician was courteous and helpful. Surprisingly I was not quoted a price but to be honest didn't really care. Good thing was when I was presented the bill it was right at what I was expecting. We'll, that was the good part of the experience. Next was the included free car wash. Seemed pretty straight forward while it was being wash. The crew wiping down after the wash seemed pretty fast but there was two of them so I dismissed it. When I got home, you know the old I just wanted to get out of there, I noticed a scratch on the driver's side front door as I walked by. Upon further checking, three more scratches all at the same level. In addition my bumper was still dirty and they didn't even bother to wipe the door jambs down. Water spotting on the doors as well. Wheels came out very nice though. Will I be back for a wash? Never. Oil change, probably.

Rating a five star for the suggestions the senior mechanic / mechanic gave me to keep my car uptodate... Plus earlier that day i had happened to go to other 2 car repair shops( can't name them dont want to deframe som1's business ). They couldn't even find a fault and wanted to keep the car for the whole day just for the diagnosis...But the mechanics (a total of 3 )in turn one by one at the Auto Splish Splash looked forward to my issue and did found one within sometime Well we still are working on it as my car is almost on 100000 miles . But yes they did a great job.Thanks

I recently visited this location for an oil change. In the past, I have always used this location for oil changes, state inspections and car washes. The service has always been great. On February 3rd, 2021 I took my Audi in for the first time for an oil change at this location. It was quick and the representative told me about the service history and gave an honest assessment as I knew about the history done on the car. I paid and left, so far so good. Later in the day, I could hear a scraping sound coming from the bottom of my car. The front bottom skid plate was hanging off and was holding on by 1 zip tie. The skid plate must be removed in order to access the oil filter and it was not properly put back on. I have been trying to reach them by phone but no answer. I even left a voicemail on "Frank's" phone. I am waiting for a reply. I want to continue to do business with them but maybe not after this.*UPDATE - The owner and staff quickly resolved the issue the next day. I appreciated a call back from Frank so that I could explain what happened.

My Husband brought his luxury vehicle in for a car wash. We use there services quite often. After his car was washed he paid and tipped via Zelle like he usually do when he doesn t have cash. He noticed while getting air in his tire in there oil change area. His passenger car seat was damaged. It appears employee put some type of chemical that caused a discoloration on the bottom seat and back. My Husband asked the employee about it and the employee said they put a conditioner on it. That he DID NOT ask for. Talked to the manager about it he said it was a dye transfer. Clearly from the pictures it s NOT a dye transfer. Dye transfer wouldn t be on the back of our seat. It would also be on other seats. You can tell in pictures our seats were wiped with some type of chemical that is spread across the back and bottom. My Husband never had this issue with the normal guy that washes our vehicle. My husband explained this to the owner. He also advised Frank to ask the normal guy that washers our vehicle if he s ever seen our seats like this. After my Husband went back and forth with the manager. He was referred to owner FRANK. My husband explained in detail his issue. He said he will review video. Frank comes back to say my employee didn t do anything wrong. After going back and forth. He accused my Husband for tipping and asking for additional services. THIS IS NOT TRUE! Paying an eight dollar tip isn t paying for additional services. He was very rude rushed my Husband off the phone. He didn t want to hear him out. I also feel if it wasn t a person of color. My Husband would not have been treated this way. Don t lie and accuse someone of something that isn t true. Your talking about my Husbands character now to think we have to lie about our seats being damaged. He paid and left a tip. My Husband let Frank know he will definitely post a review. He pretty much said okay he will respond and don t come back to his business. This is very unprofessional for a owner to not acknowledge his employee damaged our vehicle. He also needs to talk to people in a professional manner. There are several car washes in the area that would appreciate our business. We will NEVER support this business again. I would give zero stars if I could.

Had a very bad experience. Employee detailing my car made a tear in leather seat. Auto Splash refused to take care of the problem.
