Best place hands down, Tim s the man to see!Wanted to get my new wheels mounted and get new tires but was unsure of what size tires to get since I plan on lowering the car. Tim advised me on what the best tire sizes were so that I d have the best fitment once the cars lowered. Wouldn t trust my car in the hands of any other tire shop. Thanks again!

Excellent service. Tim is very knowledgeable and experienced in the tire industry, and shares his expertise freely. He explains things clearly and helps the customer understand what they need. These guys are awesome. Great quality and always looks better then how you brought it. My wheels are spotless and believe me when I tell they were filthy when I dropped them off.

Needed two tires mounted. Walked in and was greeted by the front desk team member. They got me in and out, no problem! Great pricing, and a very clean shop. Will come here from now on!

This is the best place to get tires and or rims around. Smaller chain better experience. Tim the manager there has always been our go to guy. Always going above and beyond. If your unsure about which aftermarket rim tire combo would work and look best this is the place to go. I recommend all our customers there as well. The customer service here is phenomenal! From start to finish. Honorable mentions for Susan and Tim. They both made it very effortless to get the tires I needed. Even within the first month of me purchasing, I had an incident where I caught a screw in my tire and they made the repair completely painless. I can t recommend them enough and I will definitely be returning.

After searching literally all over Houston for a specific set of wheels, & coming up short I called Tires by Design basically out of desperation. From the start Mike was attentive & made it his mission to find exactly what I was looking for. He found what I was looking for quickly, & by the end of the next business day my truck had new shoes! If you live in SE Houston you probably frequent Discount Tire or MEJJ Tire Shop for tires - I ve done so for years. Mike/Tires by Design surprised me with their high level of customer service which basically just came down to them doing what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.

Great shop and people. It's been a long time since I've seen a business take pride in their work and genuinely recognize the customer.I came in for a simple tire swap for a motorcycle wheel and although their main focus is cars they didn't hesitate to help me out. AND they did it for a great price.They earned a customer and I'll be getting a wheel and tire set for my truck from them soon. Tires by Design would easily be my first recommendation for wheels and tire needs.

TIMMY RULES! I purchased an older truck and one of the last things I needed to do was wheels and tires. I knew NOTHING about what I had on the truck, what I needed, what I needed to search for if I went online and more details. I went to a pretty common and popular tire shop and asked for some info and to see some options, they pulled up 2 different rims (both black and chrome) and I mentioned since it was a 26 year old truck, I didn't want the modern style, which I have nothing against, that's just not what I was looking for. I said I wanted chrome (I thought that was the only shiny option) they apologized and said the availability is just so bad right now. Feeling discouraged I googled around for tire shops, after a few visits I felt I was SOL in finding the education, details and options I was looking for. Then, I found Tires By Design and Timmy (the shop manager also helped me and is great). I walked in and was very frank.." I don't know what I'm looking for and I don't understand what I have on the truck now, someone please just educate me". He went over all the measurements and the terms, by the end of it I knew the size of tire I had, the rim, the width, the offset, bolt pattern, there's polished finish not just chrome and all kinds of crazy stuff. THAT'S ALL I WANTED. So after Timmy went all over the internet looking for options, he even found pictures of the year and model of my truck WITH THE RIMS I WANTED so I knew exactly how it looked. He also found all kinds of options we could go with and we got down to a pretty detailed style and size, he made some calls and had it in within a week. I dropped it off in the morning and they were calling me by lunch, the guys are very nice, professional and very helpful. I know you can buy anything you want online, but sometime the pictures and million different options aren't what you're looking for, I needed in-person help and explanation, Timmy did that. My truck looks AMAZING and I keep getting compliments, I highly recommend this place if you want it done correctly. Picture for proof!

Always a great visit to this place. They have such a nice clean layout and a friendly staff. I always feel good about bringing our vehicles here. Like they re going to take the best care of them. Nice comfortable sitting area. Coffee and water if you want. Just great service. Highly recommended.

They did a great job with my vehicle. These guys know what they re doing and pay close attention to the details. Most shops don t and are just trying to rush through jobs. I highly recommend TBD!

Are you tired of the Discount tire shops damaging your vehicle, leaving hub spacers on the ground, cross threading lug nuts??Call Tires By Design, make an appointment and relax knowing your vehicle will be treated right.

I always come to fix the flats here.These guys are amazing, Professional and fast. I came to fix a flat and they add tire shine and polished the rims. Who does that!!! Amazing service and very honest.

Tim was able to find a specific tire I needed for my GT350 and have them within 48 hrs. Got me in early on a Saturday and got me taken care of. I appreciated the extra attention they took took protect my wheels and vehicle. We send our company fleet here for tires, but this was my first visit with a personal vehicle. I ll never go back to that other place, lol.

I had some custom wheels installed on my car. I can't think of a better place in the Houston area to get your wheels and tires done at. Service was great, and they take care of your car as good or better than you would.

Today I accidentally ran over a nail, took the car to Walmart and it was a 2 hour wait. I had my baby with me and I knew she wouldn t be thrilled to wait that long, so I went over to Tires By Design Friendswood, Tx and Mike & his coworker fixed our tire, rotated & cleaned them up for free! It was our first time there they took care of us & were so fast. They may not have realized it but it completely made our day & was so kind! I definitely recommend them!

These guys beat everyone's prices so I wanted to try them out. Wow, they followed through on the whole experience! The team treated my car, wheels and tires better than any of their competition have in the past ... and I've had lots of custom wheels and tires over the years. Due to COVID, there were only 2 guys there, but they carefully removed the old tires and installed the new in about 40 minutes. They even cleaned off the wheels and dressed the tires. For a second I thought the tech left his wallet in the cup holder, and then I realized it was a pouch to hold the lug lock which was a nice touch. I will definitely be back to do business with them!

Best service and customer service! Made a commitment and followed through, treated me like a peer with no arrogance. Two young men in a male dominated industry made me feel like this is where I want to spend all of my business. I would HIGHLY recommend using this store for all your tire/wheel needs.

Super clean store. Friendly staff. Best waiting area of any tire shop I've ever been in. My favorite part is they cleaned and shined my wheels in tires with the service! Plus I have Ram 2500 they helped find really nice wheels and tires at a budget I could easily afford.

Got a great price on my 37 toyo tires with installation and the lifetime rotate and balance! Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the right tires for your truck or car. The guys treat your vehicle like it was their own. I ll never go back to discount tire... this is my go to spot

I went there a few weeks ago with a damaged rim that these guys were able to repair and make look like new again at a great price. From their customer service to the quality of their craftsman ship I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They went above and beyond on my visit and now they are my go-to tire/rim shop. Highly recommend the friendswood location.

Organized, quick, friendly, and clean. This crew had it together. Everyone knew what was going on and worked seamlessly with each other. Reasonable price and friendly service. Can t be beat! Also we loved the kids area!

Tire repair service, good experience with very detailed worker. They checked everything and used an tork wrench to set lug nuts. Great job guys! First time here will be back! Thanks guys!
