5 star service! I had a serious medical event while driving and went over several curbs in my dream car. Mo at Orange Auto in Friendswood checked to make sure the repairs that were done while I was in the hospital were done right and performed a much needed alignment! My car is perfect again! Thank you so much to Mo and his team!!

I m always a support local guy. Being new to the area one morning I had a popping sound coming from my driver side. Looked up shops and this one popped up closest to me. Glad I did Alan was very helpful and stopped what he was doing to check out the issue for me urgently. I ended leaving my vehicle to get looked at and told me it would be a day cause of the workload they had. Alan called me a few hours later and said my truck was ready and identified the problem. These guys were honest and helped me get my truck back same day. Don t hesitate to give them your business.

Super nice people. I went in and was greeted with a smile. Quickly got me signed in and immediately went out and worked on my inspection. Was out within 10 mins. ***My response to your response is that you were told that my truck was stalling randomly and then it stalled and wouldn t start (which you claimed was the fuel pump) then claimed it was being driven and never stalled for 3 weeks straight. I get it back and the same problem is occurring. So maybe it wasn t installed properly or it s a cheap replacement? Not sure but the stalling was ALWAYS THE ISSUE! Don t lie to your customers and try to make paying customers out to be liars bad businessI ve had my vehicle towed to them 3 different times. My truck has been stalling randomly every few days. They claimed it was the fuel pump and changed that. I paid my out of pocket expenses ($536) after warranty. I drove it home to have it stall AGAIN 1 week later! So I sent it back for a second time and they changed the relay. Drove it home again for it to stall 3 days later and they claimed to have been driving it around daily to catch it stalling and said it wasn t happening to them. They had it for 3 weeks, THREE WEEKS! Said it hasn t stalled at all. I picked it up and it stalled on my husband 2 days after getting it back and then again a few days later. I m so upset by this. I gave up on them and took it somewhere else.

Friendly place and trustworthy for an oil change on my BMW. I've had some bad experiences with chain oil change places after one forgot to put the o-ring back on and resulted in oil spilling EVERYWHERE after I drove off! I now only use local shops with good ratings. Other woman in the waiting room recommended which put me at ease and the guy Chris was very friendly, explained their procedures for an oil change and told me how much it would cost up front (great price)! I also asked if they could look into the fuse for my power adapters bc they stopped working and they kindly fixed that too! I Will be back!

After getting my 2015 mustang checked at O'Reilly which is where orange auto is next door.....O'Reilly referred me to them after the machine said that I needed new spark plugs.....I immediately called and Orange auto asked me what was the problem....I explained what I was told and what I was experiencing....The salesman...no names......asked if I could bring my vehicle up there and he would do a diagnostic check that would tell him exactly what was going on with my car.....they kept my car the rest of the day without contacting me.....I called back the next day....and he confirmed that it was my spark plugs and gave me a price including a price on a feul censor.......I said go ahead with the wor.....my car within a 15 min range after driving it from picking it up began to do the same things that I took it in for.....I immediately called orange auto and they asked me to bring it back in.....Suggested I buy a Battery......Did that.....But their system would pin point the issues.....After almost 2 weeks of not knowing.....I was told I head a blown head gasket.......I contemplated......and still allowed them to give me a estimate which took over 24hours......I finally on the 8th of July picked my car up after paying for something that was told to me that was the problem that turned out to be possibly up to $4000 dollars but that wasn't confirmed until they got parts pricing......I ultimately traded my Mustang in that day for a new car.......I would have had them fix it but I don't feel they were truthful with me in the beginning.......Thanks for nothing.......Enjoy my Money......because everything you did to my vehicle meant nothing if I had a Blown head gasket to start with.......

My car was towed here on a Saturday Morning for coolant/hose issues. After over $500 in repairs, I was able to pick my vehicle up on a Wednesday afternoon and drove it home. Thursday morning I attempt to take my vehicle to work and it appears to be struggling with the same issue. I tried contacting the repair shop for further discussion but haven t received a response at this time. This was my first time using this shop due to having an extended warranty ( which covered birthing.) the customer service employee was very kind but my issue is the car doesn t appear to be fixed.Service: Auto maintenance

I found another great small business in Friendswood! Very friendly very reasonable prices decided to come here for an oil change instead of the big guys! Support your local businesses I always appreciate those who support mine! I have my choice of either a $20 conventional oil change or a $49 synthetic oil change. I am a 56 year old female who has had many a mechanic stretch the truth. WELL THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. They do not leave chance to happen when you drive out. Everything was looked over before they even put in my part. I knew what I needed yet they took the time to be sure. I feel safe and the price was definitely the best. Very satisfied with all the work done to my 1987 Buick and 2003 Toyota. Happy I have found a shop that is willing to work on all my vehicles and has such reasonable rates. On my Toyota, Orange auto fixed a ongoing issue that had 2 shops stumped quickly and effectively. They are now my go to repair shop in Friendswood.
