Back in the day the customer service was #1, I went today to this store an was no service at all, at the register no even eye contact from "Austin" at the register. He has no intention on human interaction.

Customer Service is great at this location as always. If they don t have the product at their location they always try and help toSee if any nearby location has the products.Plenty of parking spot.

I was in need of a headlight bulb. I'm used to this chain installing items for me, i. e. new battery, wipers..the gentleman was zero help. he handed me my bulb and said cya!!i attempted to change the bulb myself, epic fail!not sure what happened to the customer service from this chain, but it's absolutely disappointing. being a girl who has no clue how to install these things.

I came in to this location to get a new battery. The terminal on the old battery was basically welded to port. Jason and Austin would not stop until they could remove it and place it on new battery. Took about 45 minutes in total. I highly recommend this location. Awesome job guys!!! Thank you sooo much!!!! I m a happy customer!

Outstanding service.I wished I remember his name.I got an 02x sensor for my Jeep Compass and ended up buying lots of stuff ..such a nice person and they need more like him.I'm sure I will find my receipt and tag his name later.. I was there Saturday about 2pm8/27/22

Hello I'm Anastacio Urbina Jr, I recently stop by to get my wife jeep on their code reader. Mr. Gilbert assisted us with that and was absolutely helpful. So I had to return with.my truck to do the same and again Mr Gilbert assisted me with it, very helpful with getting me the correct information and part. Mr. Gilbert even printed out the location of the spark plugs 9n the cylinder head. He did that so I could find the location of the problem and he assisted me in finding the correct part so I could replace it. He was extremely helpful and patient with the questions I had and I would recommend him to anyone.Thank you Mr. Gilbert for all your help

Went in for items. Bought what was suggested. Asked for help to put on. Was asked to wait until the rain stopped ... During the beginning of a tropical storm... And was left to stand by myself for a long time. Left. They watched me leave. No have a nice day. Usually I get actual help at auto parts stores but I guess it's modern times. I'll take my business elsewhere

Jason was an incredible help today, we needed the battery tested he did that with a smile on his face and helped us with replacing the new battery that was suggested to buy. Really nice guy and made the process quick and easy. Awesome!

There's a man named Gilbert that works at the 528 O'Reilly's in friendswood. Man this guy helped me with three or four different issues with my vehicle. he was amazing. I highly recommend this place and especially Gilbert. Holla gilbert, have a good one brotha.

Art helped me - he was wonderful. I am not going to lie, originally I was going to go in to the store to find out what part I needed so I could buy it online. However, Art was so friendly and helpful that I went ahead and just bought the part in the store. Art even helped me install the part in my car. I could have saved a few dollars, but the customer service I received was well worth it. Thanks, Art!

Friendly staff & service!!! Joey, one the employees at the store, took the time, was nice enough to explain to me the different levels & types of low-beam headlight bulbs for my car. He also installed the bulbs @ no extra charge, so I saved $17.00 In labor costs.

I came to change my battery out and couldn t get the car to start with the new one, Gilberto was nice enough to come outside and help clean my terminals and hook it back to get the car running again. Thank you very much, Gilberto!

Horrible customer services. Needed a quick code check which they advertise they do for free. Lady behind the desk said she doesn't go outside at dark, but yet she can talk on her personal cell phone. No worries went right down the street to AutoZone and they took care of me.

The manager, Dani, went out of her way to make sure we received the best service ever. She took a part purchased at a different O'Reilly's store and made an exchange with very little effort on our part. I will use this store for all of my business from now on.Thanks Dani!!!!

This is my PRIMARY auto part store out of all the different companies. Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Chuck is VERY smart with oils and additives so see him if you need any advice on that.

This is a great location, both cecause of the employees and physical address. Some O'Reillys are in a tough spot to even turn into. The employees know where their items are. They're all helpful. If they don't have a part in stock they always offer to get it from their warehouse or other vendors. Not only that they get it for you quickly which matters because we all need our vehicles.

For anyone who decides to go here, Chuck is absolutely incredible. My father just passed away and I'm inheriting his car, but it was having a problem with starting. I know almost nothing about cars and assumed it was the battery dying. He came out and tested the battery and told me it was simply some corrosion to the ground wire. It was a cheap and simple fix. He explained how to clean it and where I could put an additional ground to help. Then he came back out and tested it again. He was so kind through the whole thing and took the time to explain everything to me. He is an amazing guy so y'all should try your best to talk to him if he's there for help.

The people at this spot are always extremely helpful and always say hi when i walk in. Its something minor and not a big deal, but customers notice.

I won't be back to this store until Earnestine is done. Auto Zone, Napa, Advanced auto, Amazon... ALL or ANY of them are better choices than dealing with a Mngr as rude and unprofessional.Also, their rental tools need thorough inspection, as they don't know what they are looking at, so you may get a tool that is broken and damages your engine like it did mine! I lost a $200 harmonic balancer because of this and after raising hell with corporate and getting a call from the regional manager, I was offered a $50 gift card if I would return to shopping at O'Reilly's.. after WELL over 10 years, 8.5 of which shows on their computer! It's just a another box store, corporate , the customer is only a dollar sign.Edit:You can see that O'Reilly's replied to me, asking me to contact them. Well, I had already emailed Corporate, they said sorry, not really sorry, then when I persisted they connected me with the regional manager by phone, and he said that he REALLY didn't want to lose my business and would I take a $50 gift card...Over 10 years and LOTS of money & I am asked to be a two bit wh0re.Then they reply here as if I've never made contact. Nice try O'Reilly's.

The 2 at the counter didn't even acknowledge that I was even there, I was the only customer in the store but they just kept talking about their pay and commission. As a former manager of that store I can honestly say I am sad to see what has come of it. I will never set foot in that place again.

7-6-22. I stopped in to have a conversation about a coolant leak on my Tahoe. The man at the counter cut me off before I could ask about a part they should have had on one of the aisles. He demanded to know the year, make and model of vehicle so he could use his computer to help. I declined the conversation and went to AutoZone. Found the part on the aisle there.

They make it easy to find the parts you need. If it is somehow not in stock, it can be ordered and usually arrives in a day or two. Staff always friendly and helpful.
