Quick service, no hassle, and only fixed what needed to be fixed. Was gonna have then do the other side of said mechanical work but was advised that I really didn't need to do other side, which cut my expenses a lot.

Amazing service and staff!! Took my car in for a brake job and was thoroughly impressed. I called them first thing Monday morning and spoke with Mike and he was very informative and suggested that he could get my car in right away for an inspection of the brakes free of charge. I told him I could be there with an hour and as soon as I arrived, they pulled my car in and began the inspection. Keep in my that it was the start of the work week and they had a parking lot full of cars that were dropped off over the weekend ( all good signs). Long story short, quoted a great price with no up sale on services I didn t need, honest guys doing great work, and lastly, out the door in less then two hours without breaking the bank! I highly recommend this shop and look forward to my future visits! Thanks a lot guys, keep up the good work!!!

They made my car look brand new after a wreck and finished the job in 3 weeks even though my car parts could not be found anywhere since my car is no longer manufactured, they had to order all parts from the factory, still didn't delay the service one bit. Will definitely be using their services from now on. The pictures bellow from before and after.

First time coming in I was greeted by Cruz and Miguel. Positive vibes and great energy from the jump. Travis did my state inspection and let me know everything was good, but my brakes was borderline so I made my appointment and they got the job done within 2 hours. They ve also got a nice lounge area with complimentary snacks and water. Customer service is great and everyone has a nice attitude.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I was recommended by another person to get state inspection at this location and was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff especially Cruz. I couldn t be more satisfied for the services rendered today. In addition, I love the fortune cookie surprise and the other perks that were offered by Steven. I will definitely go back to this place. Wow! So happy I decided to stumble across this crew of amazing people! From the moment I walked in the whole staff was very pleasant and inviting. Great experience! Friendly and helpful. Oil change found oil had been spilled maybe and was caked on so they cleaned everything up and serviced my SUV promptly. I actually enjoyed my experience! I highly recommend this shop. They also have a body shop too.

I was enthusiatically greeted by Justin and Lee the moment I came in. Service was fast, accurate and efficient. I came in for their 25yr celebration complimentary state inspection and I also got a free bumper to bumper inspection. Justin also showed me what needed to be changed on my car.Overall, great service and I will be coming back!

The customer service at Master Transmission and Collision in Friendwood was amazing thanks to Miguel at front of desk. I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake and the interior of the shop was very clean and neat. They offered complimentary snacks and water and made sure everyone was taken care of to the fullest. They even offered a tour of the shop l, if you wanted it, and informed about the shops, the history, and the cleanliness of the area they work in. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who wants amazing automotive and customer service.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Wish we had come to this place much sooner! Customer service has always been on point, friendly, swift responses and informative throughout the repair process. Quotes are very detailed with pictures so you know exactly what the problem is and how it will be repaired. Fair pricing! I have confidence any time I leave that I have received a quality job providing me relief that I can drive safely on the road. There is nothing negative at all to my experience at discount inspection and brakes. Don t waste your time at any other mechanic because coming here, won t be disappointed whether it be something simple or an extensive job. Great shop, they schedule appointments when you can come. If they can not do the work the day of your appointment, they will call you & let you know that the appointment needs to be rescheduled.They fix what ever needs to be fixed. They will keep the old parts so you can check them out or keep them, if you need to go back to someone else that did the work, before but it was not done correctly.Everybody was great, great service & very nice.

First time visiting, and will definitely be back. Amazing service, they even gave me a tour of the shop upon my arrival. They we re very transparent with my inspection and pricing, and it seems like they give back to customers and the community quite a bit. Phenomenal , helped me tremendously, professional beyond anything I ve seen in the auto industry . Would recommend anyone to go here and will comeback whenever in the area I can promise that . I was with my daughter who came because her car was leaking brake fluid. They ordered a new hose and got the leak fixed. The employees were courteous and their were snacks and water available while we waited in the nice cool reception area.

We brought our Tahoe here because of a scratch and dent in the driver's side door. Two other auto body shops had stated they would have to buy a new door. Henry said his guys could repair it and make it look like new for half the cost. We were nervous about this, but after reading the reviews, chose to go this route. They didn't disappoint. They did an excellent job and it looks perfect. I'd recommend them to anyone.Service: Auto body & trim repair

highly recommend based on customer service experience. my daughter was visiting from out of state and needed to get oil change in one day before heading back. she called and was able to get an appointment the next morning despite the fact he said nothing available until Friday and it was Wednesday needless to say because they took care of her and we are very thankful for the service andi will be back in the near future
