If i can give this company a -100 star i definitely would. Please go with any other choice but intoxalock. Worst!!!!!!!!!!! Company ever. They will get you on any violation they can get you for not realted to alcohol!!! They will say that they are not obligated to tell you why theres a violation and you have to pay 80 ever reset even if its not your fault. I was paying 340 a month with all violation and never did i blow any alcohol. You would call and try to find out why and they would come up with bogus excuses!!! Do not, but do not ever go with this company, they're the worse company i have ever delt with and so much money you will spend with their so called violations. I would tell them the device would freeze and they never offer to swap my device!!! Do not go with this company, its the worst!! All they want is their moneya and thats it.
