I recently got my oil changed at this service center, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and they completed the service quickly without cutting any corners. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.I appreciated that they used high-quality oil and filters, ensuring that my car runs smoothly until the next service. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other places I've been to in the past.Overall, I highly recommend this service center for anyone in need of an oil change. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs. Five stars!

It was a great experience, manager was thourough on keeping a eye on his crew making sure their doing everything correctly. I always come here for preventive maintenance on my vehicles. Highly recommend and very professional.

I would give this place more stars if possible. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I'm not sure why my last review only had 4-stars but that was a mistake. Everyone are Grease Monkey were helpful and honest. I go here for most of my needs for my car.

OPEN UNTIL 7pm!! OPEN UNTIL 7pm!!Where to begin?! I was on E (empty), was overdue for an oil change, and couldn t get to the shop until 6:40pm. To top things off, my credit card would only hold $129 (max).Luis Rodriguez Center Manager was fabulous!First, he asked what oil I wanted. I asked him if I would have enough to get Mobil 1 oil and cover the tax.Luis looked at his screen a moment, then turned to me and said, I can get you a coupon. Maybe I shouldn t be telling y all about the coupon please don t take advantage of it and try to get something cheaply. I share the info because his generosity allowed me to get a bit of gas to make it home and get back to Houston in the morning. Thank you, Luis!This is a fine store clean, friendly, helpful, and quick. Please help them do more business. Luis not only changed the oil, he also checked the tire pressure, air filter, fluid levels, amongst other things in the car.I am so thankful that this Grease Monkey was open most other places close at 6pm. l even got turned away from one place because, if they took me, they d be there after 6pm. Seriously?!No matter Go to Grease Monkey (2205 W. Parkwood Ave, Friendswood, TX 77546) and find out just how good Luis and his team are for your car. Fine people. Thanks, Luis.

I ve been going to this location for oil changes and once yearly inspections. I normally go in on a Saturday, and even though they re busy, I don t have to wait long. Just went in for an inspection, and they checked my battery. I was told it s a little low, and to keep an eye on it. Glad they gave me a heads up. Kyle and his staff are awesome and are an asset to this community.

Went to a few places today that refused to do a tire rotation today and was refused service everywhere. I came to grease monkey and without a second thought Mathew took my truck in and got to work. Very fast and very friendly service. Would recommend to anyone.

First time to visit Grease Monkey and I am impressed with their professionalism! I did not experience pressure to purchase other services as other oil changing places do. This location is very clean and their landscaping is very well kept as well. This location is conveniently located where its means of egress is very accessible from the major highway. I highly recommend this location for your next oil change!

This was my second time going back , unfortunately the first time they didn't had the special oil my truck needs,so the gentleman told me to come back in a week. I came back today and I was told they were still out of the oil. But the lady that was there today was very helpful and very attentive,so she told me they can upgrade to the higher brand but will deduct 25 dlls off. My truck was already at "change motor oil soon " I took the price. I'm glad I listened to her advice. I really appreciate how she helped me. Instead of losing a customer she gain one ,ME!!

They told me I had an oil leak from my oil pan. Which I did not. I left and noticed my light for windshield wiper fluid was still empty. I drove back and ask if the service included that. Was told it would if they had any. I really thought I should if been told that in the beginning when I pulled up. Then they sent me the review link. I paid $106.00 for this. I only hope other fluids were put in. I won't go back there.

Having to come back for service because part of crew was at lunch was ok with me since I am retired. May not be with others. Big issue was cost was $25.00 more than when last visited. Total with $15.00 off coupon was $82.00. That is too much.

Take 5 is cheaper and offers way friendlier service. My sticker was thrown on my dash. Customer service is not their strong suit!

Twice now I was turned away 30 minutes before closing to change my oil. Told sorry we won t be able to finish before close. Never again. Lost all my Business.

Great service! I arrived as soon as they opened. They promptly got to work on my oil and fuel filter change. Techs were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Ever since new ownership, this place has gone downhill. The waiting area, entry sidewalk, and bathroom are filthy. The woman who came out to my truck to see what I needed to have done was rude and kurt. They had no wiper fluid, no sticker for a reminder, and they advertise mobile one oil, but do not have it. I came in a time earlier to get my oil changed and my glove box was rummage through and things were everywhere in the truck. Nothing was put back. There was a cigarette butt on my back floorboard which would never have been there because I m a personal driver in my truck stays pristine. And money was missing out of my console. I called and reported this to the manager who denied all of that could ve happened. I am not going back and I do not recommend this for anyone else.Service: Oil change

7/1/23I needed an oil change today and was told they did not have the filter for my car because someone didn't hit submit when they placed their regular orders. I went and purchased the proper filter and returned to the shop. I purchased the filter for 7.03 and was told I would be given credit for $5 which is thier cost for a filter. Your only job is to service vehicles. Supplies should be on hand. The young man who listened to me complain was very apologetic.I appreciate his patience with my irritation. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The facility is nice, and the service is quick.9/1/23 EDIT FOLLOW UPI am currently at the Kia dealership having my oil properly changed because Grease Monkey didn't do it right on July 1st and it has been leaking. There was a washer that was not replaced and it should have been noticed by Grease Monkey when I took it back to them on July 3rd and told them it was leaking. They just don't seem to want to do a good job anymore. I dropped my rating from 4 to 1 star. My simple oil change is costing me a lot of money. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
