Went for an oil change and was shocked when i went to pay and found out it was 123.00 for an oil change. Then when i got home i see oil on my driveway. After lifting the hood there was oil all over the motor on the grill and even on the front bumper. Oil was dripping off the drain plug and i had to tighten it to make it stop. I had to clean all the oil off the motor and all the oily finger prints off the grill, the bumper and air cleaner. The quality of the work was poor and the price was a rip off and i won't be going back.

UPDATE: The owner finally contacted me and paid for the repairs to my car. I would have rather it didn't happen at all and that the employees admitted to it up front, but at least I feel somewhat better about the situation.I don t know if it s new ownership or just lazy ownership but I have been going to this place for years and I will not be back. Me and another customer witnessed one of the employees hit my driver's door with something. Sure enough, when they brought it around, it had a dent in that spot. I know the dent wasn t there before I arrived because I had washed my car just the day before and it was certainly not there. It is a 10 year old car but there is not a scratch on it, so this was very noticeable. No one said anything to me about the incident when they returned the car, so if I hadn t seen it and said something, they would have ignored it completely. I hate people that are dishonest like that. They took my information and supposedly let the owner know but I have heard nothing back. When I told them what had happened, Chris, the manager, didn t even question the employee who was guilty of the incident, he just disappeared. The previous customer was also unhappy with his service but for a different reason. He swore he wasn t coming back either and had previously been a repeat customer like me. They still attempted to bill me for the oil change !! The repair will cost more than the oil change (even though their prices have gone up substantially). I told them I would pay after I heard from the owner which I doubt will ever happen. Don t risk it. Even if you see what happens, you can t undo it. Find another place to take your car that will treat it like their own.Service: Oil change

Been coming here for almost 10 years. Today was told they can t do inspections for 3 years and to go to 2351 Kwik Kar instead for oil change and inspection. I get to 2351 Kwik Kar and they can only do inspections. Inconvenient and annoying.

Seems like a good place to work at, only one state inspecter and gets hour lunches, good luck getting your car inspected though

I just stopped by this business for an oil change and inspection, and I was out in less than 30 minutes. All the guys were extremely helpful, and as a woman, it was nice that they didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. They were just super helpful and kind. Weve been bringing our vehicles here as long as can remember for quick oil changes and inspections.Today after waiting about 15 minutes the guy tells me they cant change the oil on my 2018 Grand Cherokee Jeep due to where they put the filters and hes been sending us Jeep owners back to the dealerships.He stated he knew it was a hassle but that's just what we have to do.So I drove down to the Kwik Kar on FM 528, pulled in and ask the guy there if they did oil changes on Jeeps like mine?He said they could change the oil on anything.Wow, I'm changing to these guys.Guess the other young one was too tired to mess with it.Poor customer care after all my loyal years.I prefer the can do attitude most are lacking these days!Please remember to hit the like button if my review helped you in anyway.

Went for an oil change and engine flush after school. They were super quick and friendly. Left my backpack there by accident! (with my school computer in it!!) Samuel looked at the camera footage and tracked me down and called me to come get it before I had even realized that I left it in the first place. I use to go to Jiffy Lube near by, but they have degraded over the years, did poor quality work, and gotten a lot more expensive l. I decided to try Kwik Kar a couple of years ago and never looked back. I always get in and out much quicker, less expensive, and they are more knowledgeable and a lot better quality. I highly recommend this location. Since then, I have returned to Kwik Kar multiple times and each time continues to be a quick and pleasant experience.

They have always been honest with me, what more could you want.I have a brake problem going in, thought the brakes needed to be completely replaced. After they looked at it they told me that only the front needed to be replaced, the back was fine just needed to be cleaned. Didn't change me for looking at the back or cleaning them out.I have been very happy every time I am there.

I had my car serviced here about 4 months ago. The service was excellent. Staff was very professional and friendly. I m thankful for businesses like this in our area. I wish more of them followed in their foot steps. It s time for my next oil change. I will be returning today.

I ve coming here for years. From my first vehicle to my current and I have never been disappointed. This past week I went in for an oil change and drove off with my truck running like brand new! I hadn t had that since I bought the truck which tells me the dealership I purchased from and had been getting all maintenance from wasn t doing what they were supposed to. Thank you boys for doing it right. I highly recommend this place! And they never do anything without first telling you how much it s going to cost and they never try to sell you anything extra. They re awesome!

Went to get my oil changed and I did happen to get there about 12 minutes before closing,but they rejected me. The guy said they weren't closed but not taking more cars. They seemed annoyed that I had even pulled up. So as I searched for another place near by to service my vehicle, I hear them ecstatically claim they were done for the day (still before 6pm). If you're going to reject cars after a certain time then that should be posted. Other shops are happy for the business as long as you get in before closing time. Seems like the employees here would rather turn away a customer and go home early. Disappointed.

What can I say? I thought I would just go in and get an inspection and be out. I had already been to two places (1 the computer was down) and I arrived here!! Charles immediately started a small talk conversation and was very personable! He and The other guys Christian And Damian worked on my car and had me out in no time! It was nice to meet personable people especially when you get a little irritated after being to several other places to get one thing done!! I will be using them from now on!

After getting an inspection I had problems getting an older vehicle started again. Eric was very kind and used his own vehicle to jump the vehicle. The other members were also helpful and it didn't take long before I was back on the road. I greatly appreciated this.

I went in on 092916 for an oil change. I made the mistake of going alone less than 2 months after my husband died and was not in the best frame of mind. The young man that took my car quickly came and told me that, at just 40,000 miles on my 2013 Chevy Traverse, my break pads needed to be replaced. I TRUSTED him and agreed to the expensive repair. The young man came back after a bit and explained that he couldn't get the lug nuts off. When I asked if he was using the special lug nut piece I'd left in the cup holder he said that he was not. After everything was said and done I paid $329.05 ($200 of which was for labor). After leaving I began noticing a shimmy to my car. I took my car back in and spoke with the manager. The manager looked at my car and said the shimmy was from the tires not being balanced after the rotation and personally rotated them back to their original position (shimmy gone). He said the young man was new and did not know that my tires needed to be balanced. He then explained that they do NOT balance tires there (yet their website says they do) and said I would need to take it to NTB. I showed the manager my lug nuts that had been chewed up by the young man who tried to get them off without the tool from my cup holder. The manager admitted that the young man should have known to use the tool and agreed to replace my lug nuts. I then asked the manager about the brake pad replacement. He admitted that I probably didn't need one with so few miles on my car but couldn't say for certain since he didn't see the original ones. The manager agreed to refund the cost of my oil change and would call me after he spoke to the owner about refunding the brake pad replacement. So I now have confirmation from the manager that the young man who worked on my car was NOT knowledgeable enough to properly remove the lug nuts NOR was he knowledgeable enough to properly rotate my tires but was PROBABLY right about the brake pads needing to be changed. YEAH RIGHT! I was SCAMMED. Three months later I had NOT heard from the manager and called him. He said that he spoke to the owner who said he would NOT refund anything. In January I sent a certified letter to the owner who has never bothered to respond. The owner DOES NOT CARE about his customers nor does he care that he is providing extremely poor and probable fraudulent service.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I sure do appreciate the great service given to me by Russell today. I had something hanging below my car and he fixed it up quickly. I've been going here for years and this type of customer service is the reason why.

Great service and never take advantage. I'm here today having oil changed and told them I wanted all my fluids flushed from the rear end , transmission to power steering and radiator.I gave them the go ahead and was prepared to pay for all services.Matt comes out and says they have checked all fluids and nine need to be changed it flushed except oil and filter.That's honesty and integrity. They could have had a big payday.That's why I always come back to Friendswood Keil Kat.

Terrible service. Brought my car here for an oil change. Asked how much it would be fore basic oil change and was told 39.99 plus tax. I said great... came back an hour later to pick up and was told my total was 65.00 for a basic oil change. I said no, the total was supposed to be 39+tax the amount I was total previously and the gentleman behind the counter proceeded to tell me it was because my car takes 6.9 quarts of oil and my filter they didn't carry and couldn't get (so I guess they didn't even change that). I asked why nobody called me since one of the steps to dropping your car off is giving your phone number and he just shrugged his shoulders. I took my boyfriends 3/4 ton truck to the other kwik kar on 528 two weeks prior and got him a synthetic oil change for 65.00. I will NEVER EVER bring another vehicle to this kwik kar again. Terrible Service (Oh... and they didn't even reset my cars service required alert, it is still showing I am now overdue for service). I am so extremely disappointed and when I asked to speak with the manager I was told I was speaking with the manager and when I asked for the owner's name he just stared at me until I asked a second time and was given the name Bob Edwards. When I asked how to get ahold of him I was just told to call the shop. I asked is he at the shop and he told me no. A lot of good that will do. Save your money and go somewhere else. Shocking the treatment I got here.

Poor service or perhaps no service?! Hubby has brought our cars here for years, but will not be back! He went in for an oil change this AM (Saturday). They put our car aside for some reason. He'd waited almost an hour, when he realized the cars which had been 4 cars behind him in line, were zipping through and pulling away. No explanation/ apology from staff on the delay, they still had not even started on our vehicle! He took his keys and left.

80 bucks for an oil change? I was asked if I wanted synthetic or regular oil. He did not bother to tell me the synthetic was an extra $40. The price for the add on for synthetic was in small print in the corner of the office.The tech claimed my next oil change would be 3000 miles. I disagreed that it would be 5000. I called Mazda to verify the interval is 5000. Mazda also said their synthetic oil change is $55. It s pretty bad when the dealer beats you badly in price.Sneaky pricing of synthetic and incorrect change interval has lost them a customer.

Save your time and go to the Kwik Kar in Pearland. This place is horrible and inconsistent and that is putting it mildly. They do not report information on the car accurately, nor keep accurate information in their system. It is because of their incompetence that we are out over $10k on a claim that our warranty would have otherwise covered.Their blatant disregard for ethical practices and customer service is alarming.My advice is to ALWAYS choose a certified location that also reports to carfax as it is better likely that have higher standards of integrity.Service: Oil change

Bad service!! The young attendant put an oily hand print on the seat. Thank God it came off. I didnt even see it as it was on the opposite seat and I didnt see it. I dont even know why he was on the passenger side unless he did it when vacuuming the floorboard. I know it's an oily place to work at but that's where they have to be more careful with customers vehicle. When I returned to have it taken care of, he commented to his associate that he thought it was a bigger stain. To me a stain is a stain. I didnt argue his smart mouth. They lost a customer however. Had been going there for years.
