When the starter went out on our van over the holidays, I didn t hesitate to have it towed here to until after the holidays. Once the shop reopened, they got the starter replaced and we were on our way again that very afternoon. We always find them very knowledgeable; their mechanics can fix whatever needs repair, always at a fair price. We are so grateful for an auto-repair place that we can trust.

I dropped my truck off there in the evening & first thing the next morning, they called & said it was ready. Since it was a fairly minor fix, they didn't even charge me anything, which is completely unheard of in this day & age when every business is trying to squeeze every penny out their customers. If you're having problems with your vehicle, this is definitely the place you want to take it

I own a small auto brokering and leasing office and over the past 13 years have almost exclusively used Friendswood Auto Center for service and repairs on my inventory. Countless times Norman and his team of skilled mechanics have diagnosed and fixed both major and minor repairs that saved me a great deal of money. Now my cousin and her family drive down from Houston proper to have their vehicles worked on by Friendswood Auto Center. For pricing, service and knowledge, you can't beat Friendswood Auto Center and that's why I refer all of my company clients to them as well as use them for my own personal vehicles.

I used their service just recently and was very impressed for what they did. Very friendly, love the shuttle service and pricing was very good. $53.95 for an oil change. At KwikKar I paid over $100.00 for a synthetic oil change. Will definitely use them again! G Wiley

Took my Tundra in bright and early this morning for alignment. Outside edges of front wheels had worn hard on previous set of tires, slight drift to the right, it came from factory like this. Had to replace them after 40k, with plenty of meat in the center of the tires. So I got new rubber all the way around and took the truck in for an alignment. They had it ready within a couple hours, slight drift is gone, mechanic said he saw it right away, no worries. Painless experience, charge was reasonable, $99. Very happy with this shop today, would recommend.

It s very rare these days to find a business that actually cares about its customers in addition to caring about the quality of work they produce. Friendswood Auto Center IS this business! I came in Saturday scared and in tears because my check engine light came on. Service Manager, Norman Pinales, Jr. was kind, caring, and put me at ease through his explanation of my car s issue and what it would take to fix it. Owner, David Esmaeillou, was also there and took the time to talk with me, check in on my car, and assure me that everything would be ok. Both helped me through an extremely stressful situation and I couldn t be more thankful!

They will get the job done but will also treat you like you re stupid through the whole process, especially if you are a young woman. Pick and choose your battles, I m choosing to never go back.To clarify: This is not insulting any of their services or knowledge. This is about how they talk to their customers.

Out sourced dent repair to mobile dent guy then charged double. Did not disclose that they would be using outside company as id obviously have just gone straight to source. A reputable business would not act in this manner. Go elsewhere that is honest with their work. Enjoy my $1150 dollar I hope it costs you many thousands with people seeing my reviews. Your response show you continue to lie! You quoted and sold me that my debt was hard to fix and possibly needed paint. When in fact you called an outside paintless dent repair guy so no paint was ever going to be needed. Countless other auto repair guys have chimed in and said I was charged excessively. Again I honored my acceptance and paid your fees but I hope all my posts cost your dishonest business a bunch of money.

after going to another auto shop to fix my problems and them charging me $200 for a diagnosis of nothing wrong , i came to friendswood auto center to hopefully find a solution to my no start problem and issues with misfiring/limp mode. after only two trips here, friendswood auto center quickly pin pointed all the problems i had with my car. they went above and beyond with detailing every single thing with my car that needed repairs. i hadn t even known my shocks and struts were a problem until they replaced them and my car was noiseless and smooth the drive home from their shop. their prices are more on the expensive but so worth it for the quality of their work, especially the two year warranty on their repairs. i thank this place for not only telling me what s wrong with my car but also being transparent with their pricing and repairs i could choose not to pay for.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Took my Tahoe in Monday for some check engine light issues. I had already changed the plugs and was about to change the O2 sensors. But I made the decision to take it to Friendswood auto to get a diagnostic done. Now I wasn't expecting them to keep it for almost four days but I'm glad they did. They worked very diligently to find the problem and sure enough they did. And it definitely wasn't what I expected and I know for a fact if I wouldn't have taken my truck I would have spent a lot of time and money trying to track down the issue myself. So now I can take the almost $100 O2 sensors back and purchase the correct part, a high pressure fuel pump. Now it's a more expensive part but like I said I would've spent a lot of time and way more money than I really should've to find and fix the problem.Thanks fellas for taking time to troubleshoot, dig in with thinking caps tight to find the problem, then explain it to me so I know what my next move should be.Thank you!

Don Gates is the service manager who helped me. He is great. They are very helpful. I had a flat tire that they could not fix because the cut was very big. So they offered me to put the spare on for me. They put on the spare and they did not charge me anything. I would definitely come hear again if I need any auto repair or maintnenance. Very nice and helpful customer service and nice people.

Went there for a oil change and days after my car started leaking oil. I didn t notice until a week. I never have went here before and thought I d give it a try becuase I usually change it myself. I just don t understand how you could mess up a simple oil change. Got it fixed and guy offered me a simple 50% off next oil change. Place could ve costed me a whole new engine. Don t recommend. Not to mention, very on the high end prices.Service: Oil change

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. If you live in the Friendswood area, I'd highly recommend Friendswood Auto especially if you have an imported vehicle.I have been to many other auto repair places, and I have spent many thousands of dollars trying to fix up some specific issues in my Volvo, and I was nearly about to give up. Let me tell you that the technicians at Friendswood Auto were the first ones to have the care and expertise to get to the bottom of my car's issues and fix them at a reasonable price. They are friendly and transparent to boot!Friendswood Auto has earned my loyalty as a lifelong customer, and I highly encourage anyone looking for a trustworthy and highly competent auto repair shop to bring their vehicles here and let the work speak for itself.It's the shop off 528 with the cow statue in front - can't miss it.Thanks Friendswood Auto for giving life back to my Volvo!

We'd been visiting friendswood auto for a few years for routine maintenance and were always pleased with the service. Because of this, we trusted then with body repair on our van after an accident. The staff dealt with our insurance company well and did incredible work to get our van back to us. Insurance was a mess, but friendswood auto was awesome.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tire rotations, Oil change

Greatly appreciate this place. I have brought them several vehicles ranging from a Mitsubishi, Ford, Chevy, and others. They give me a proper quote on all the problems. Fix it fast and always do something extra that they don t have to do with no charging/free. They are extremely friendly and fast! Love the shuttle service! I m able to drop my car off and they can get me right back to work!! Love the rewards program as well! Would definitely suggest. These guys do great work. They do there best to take care care of you with out trying to charge a arm and a leg. It's hart to find honest mechanics this place is the best I e found. Update I've been here multiple times for major repairs and still get the best service ever.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience. I needed my rear bumper replaced and painted, everybody is so nice and professional. I got my car back within 3 days. Outstanding customer service and the staff will get you in and out! I'm am so impressed with this business and will be a returning customer. They fixed my tire and topped up my fluids quickly and I would say a very reasonable price of free ninety-nine! They really helped me out today when I was in a pinch. Kudos to Friendswood Auto! They are the whole package. From the attractive landscaping, to Adrian at the front desk who is polite, knowledgeable, and assures customers that repairing your vehicle is their top priority, to keeping the customer informed of the repair process, to making sure you are satisfied when the repairs are complete, and to an inviting wait area. The entire process is well managed. Being a previous business owner, I know what a rarity it is to have pleasant employees who take such pride in their work, their service, and strive diligently to please the customer. I can t give words on how wonderful Friendswood Auto care is. Women that are getting stuff done while their husband are at work is challenging especially finding a trustworthy place to change oils and etc for our vehicles. You know men rather do the oil change and stuff. Well unfortunately my husband has no time and works like crazy. I took our cars at Friendswood Auto care and then one time our engine light came on my husband took our truck to a dealership for a major fix but that s was my husband s decision not knowing about where I take our cars for oil change. I asked him to take the truck to Friendswood Auto care. Cause our engine light came on again !!!! My husband agreed and so we took it to Friendswood auto care and it was fixed. The price wasn t expensive like those dealerships and wow the customer services is just perfect. Now we know. Take my advice please if you want the best, affordable, High quality and perfect customer service. You need to go to FRIENDSWOOD AUTO CARE! So get a quote and you will see. Oh! Did I tell you if you don t have a ride home or no time then they can give you a complementary ride home while your car is being fixed. So amazing. Why would you go anywhere else!?!?! Amazing customer service! Stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment figuring that they wouldn t be able to get me in since they looked really busy and the Nissan dealership that I bought the car from couldn t help me. Adrian was extremely nice and told me it was an easy fix but that it d be about an hour before they could get to it. I don t think it even took an hour to have it finished. I will definitely be bringing my car back for my next service. Close and convenient too.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I absolutely love this place, they are actually honest and not just out to make a buck. They took pictures and video to show me what they did to fix my car, you can't be more transparent than that. I even called recently to ask about a service they told me I would eventually need and I was told me it was too soon, that I had plenty of time before it needed to be done. They actually care about their customers and that means more to me than anything. It doesn't hurt that their prices are decent as well. I recommend this place to everybody I know.

I highly recommend this place, excellent customer service in especial to Adrian and Felipe,great team,bilingual and very professional. They treated my jaguar with meticulous and neat quality care for this old model 2005 . They have worked a lot on my car and compared to the Jaguar Agency, they got for me very reasonable prices, always taking care of my economy and my budget, they have always spoken the truth about the work about my car.Honestly is priceless !! In addition, I have received recommendations from them, from other companies such as car rental, locksmith and upholstery at very affordable prices. They are amazing! Friendswood Auto Check overcome my expectations as a customer. Thank you to all their professional staff.

Dropped my Car off on a Saturday and got it back by Tuesday Morning. This was my first time using this auto center being rather new to the area. I was pleased with the interactions with the staff. They were timely and pricing was not outrageous for everything that was done. I will definitely be back in the future if I have other issues.

Anytime I had to do any kind of maintenance on my car, I dreaded doing it. Not just because of how much it cost but the people you deal with usually are not very kind or just jerks. (My PG way of saying it)When I came here, I expected more of the same. That was 100% not the case! They were great the minute I came in. I had never been there before and they were talking with me, having a conversation and explained to me the process of what to expect. They set up the proper expectations and followed through with those expectations.I've never had a specific place I take my vehicles because I always feel like they are trying to "get you" or they are just unpleasant people to deal with. I didn't feel that way here so now I have a place to take our cars if there is ever an issue. First! The CUSTOMER SERVICE was the BEST I ve ever experienced at a auto care center. PHILLIP SPAIN delivered the best customer service. He was extremely friendly, attentive and very pleasant to speak with. As a female customer I have to admit my experience at Friendswood Auto Center was 10 stars, as I didn t feel like I was being over charged or taken advantage of. I will definitely DEFINITELY return and I am happy to know there are great and honest people out there. This place is amazing! I took my car here after getting into a wreck. They were very communicative and had my car ready in 2 weeks.
