Brought in my 2018 Subaru w/80K miles for a FREE road trip inspection. They did a thorough check finding only a cabin air filter that needed replacement soon. Got a detailed report with pictures. Very impressed with Erik and this establishment.

So thankful to have met these people. Outstanding service and fair pricing. Clean waiting room too! Thank you for working on our daughters old Honda accord and our Audi SUV.I ve since returned and used them multiple times on our other daughters Tacoma and just recently on a buyers check of a used car.The right mechanic makes all the difference. They are consultative, allowing me to decide what s best for our budget and best for the car.I really like their software that keeps all our vehicle records!Service: Engine repair

Hector was very helpful! He was very thorough and made sure to explain everything to me. After my car was ready for pick up I asked about pricing on future preventative maintenance options, and he was able to explain all of my options to me. Overall I had a great experience with them!

My '99 Malibu had a few OBD codes. Clutch correctly diagnosed and repaired the issue. They pay attention to the details and do it right. They are not the cheapest, but they are very reasonable and can be counted on to recommend the correct and lasting repair/service. I've been working on cars since the 80's and just don't have the time or the tools to do some jobs. Clutch is whom I trust with my vehicles.

Incredibly happy with the crew at Clutch and their treatment of our family heirloom, a 76 IH Scout II. I know they did a lot of homework to source parts and come up with solutions that brought reliability without harming the old school coolness. Thanks again!

Have used these guys several times now, always get exceptional service, and I truly believe their prices are as fair as anywhere. They also expedite the repairs very quickly as this is very important to me. I also like their online quoting and Payment technologies makes things very simple. I will continue to use them!

Took my truck in for a wheel bearing. Clutch did a great job getting it turned around quickly. They were honest about the timing and didn't over promise - rather they over-delivered. They also worked with my warranty company to get the repair approved. Though they identified some additional maintenance during the inspection, they didnt hard sell me or pressure me when I wanted to wait on thise services. Eric was pleasant to work with and I will be back to Clutch.

I am happy that I can take my car to Clutch Automotive and have full trust that they will do the needed work at a reasonable price. The staff is courteous and explains all the work they do. The receipt itemizes all the work done and suggests things that may need attention in the coming 6-12 months. Love Clutch! They have been so awesome. I have had a brake light stuck on and a door that wouldn't close and other things happen to my older car and they have been able to help me each time. Thank you thank you! Customer for life. Highly recommend.

I only got my inspection done here but still had a really good experience. Their office has a very nice personal feel with couches and an area for refreshments while you wait. The person who checked me in made friendly conversation and even engaged warmly with my 3 year old, which I appreciated. I didn't want to wait in the office with my toddler so she didn't get into things. When I mentioned we would be going next door to Dairy Queen to kill time and have a treat, he busted out a DQ gift card. That was really the cherry on top for me. I'll definitely be returning to this business.

Entire staff was as welcoming as they could be. Brought my car by for an inspection, and it was finished in less than 30 minutes. Incredible, will recommend to friends!

Great experience, called and explained the issues I was having with my truck. Eric was very helpful with getting me in the shop, had my tundra towed there around 10am on Tuesday and by Wednesday morning they had let me know it was available to be picked up. The guys troubleshot and found the issue with my trucks ignition coil very quickly. I enjoyed the step by step approval process for them completing the work. It gives a peace of mind that they aren t just trying to do a lot of unnecessary work and then up charging you for it. It s a fair, no more no less process. Will happily return with any future vehicle issues or just general maintenance.Service: Electrical repair

This is a great company. I've been going to the clutch automotive on Diary Ashford but since moving, I tried out the Friendswood location. Recieved top tier customer service and my car was in good hands. Glad there's still some genuine techs out there.Update 3/27/24The technician Chris really makes sure your car is taken care of. I was involved in a car accident at a really busy point in my life, the next couple of weeks were crazy (my schedule-wise). With that in mind, Clutch was extremely patient and accommodating, letting me leave my vehicle in their care until the insurance adjuster was able to come out and issue an estimate (that was a long ~3 weeks). Once an estimate was issued, they started work immediately and had the car ready within a few days. Excellent repair work from the mechanics and unmatched customer service from Hector. For any future repairs I may need, Clutch Automotive has my business without any hesitation!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment
