Dropped my truck off last Friday to get it repaired they had it done a week later and not to mention the amazing work they did. On top of Alexis Colorado being amazing at communicating with me about everything going on with my vehicle. When picked up my truck it was washed, detailed inside and out will definitely go back for anything repairs or paint work.Great customer service as well.

Jeri my advisor and santos the general manager were excellent! They went above and beyond and getting my wife s cross trek fixed after she had an encounter with a 2 x 4 on I 45. So glad we took it to them. They did wonderful work near perfection upload pictures, but I don t have a picture of my wife s car to show you how great they did. It looks like it s brand new. Thank you caliber for the great work.

Always great service at this location. Staff is very kind and helpful. Bill worked on my car and repaired it back to new, communicated with me frequently with updates on the repair status and made sure to answer all my questions and created an atmosphere for open communication.My experience was great and I am so happy to see my car fixed!

Easy process, minimal wait at drop off and pick up. Great work on repairs. Status updates on repair through out the entire process. Fast repair, work was completed 2 days early. Jerri Nelson was very professional as well as front desk personnel and my car was returned washed and interiors cleaned and vacuumed. Great experience overall.

Highly recommend! Alexis was professional and communicative about the progress of my repairs. Repairs were completed in 2 weeks, and I got my truck back washed and detailed. I hope I never have too, but I will definitely use caliber again if ever needed

The best caliber collision I ever been to. The work was done very quickly even though there were holidays in between. Front desk lady was knowable and very fast. Austin took care of my vehicle, and I am really satisfied with his work and service. I hope I won't have any car issues but if I ever do, I am coming back here. Highly highly recommend.

Caliber Collision in Friendswood Tx did a great job repairing my vehicle. Alexis was my point person there and she did a fantastic job of keeping me informed regarding the different stages of my vehicle repair. She was terrific! This place is phenomenal. The staff is soooooo friendly ,and their service is just great. I was on the phone constantly with Austin and he always let me know what is going on with my car and genuinely cared that I get great service, informed me on repairs and everything else. He gave me a time frame to retrieve my car and he was finished before the day given. My car went from an accident to the front bumper to looking brand new. From the new bumper to the paint job,everything looks great,as if the accident never happened. I definitely recommend caliber Collison and ask for Austin.

Everyone we interacted with at Caliber Collision - Friendswood was attentive and communicative. Bill was incredibly helpful and communicative. He gave me lots of updates throughout the process. My car was as good as new when I got it back, and it was taken care of quickly. I will definitely come back to Caliber for any future body work.

A week of work turned into 2 months. There is NO quality checks on the work done. I was presented with uneven bodywork and drip dry paint. Not once, not twice, not 3 times... 4 times it took to get it right. Thank goodness my insurance extended my rental coverage or I would have been out over $3,000 while waiting.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber collision towed my car after being referred by the insurance adjuster when I was re-ended. They kept me informed via text and had a website where I was able to stay informed on progress as well. When my car was finished they were great at working with me on pickup and throughly explained what they did. I have no complaints and would recommend them to my friends and family.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Let me start by saying, I normally get my vehicles repaired by the actual dealership. So when I took my vehicle here I was weary. With that being said, the staff and my direct contact Jeri N. Proved to be amazing to work with. Jeri went above and beyond to give me updates on the progress of my repairs. To be brutally honest things didn't go smoothly as I had hoped but they were no fault of the staff. I have had a few hiccups with my vehicle, but Jeri and the staff kept me very up to date and very attentive to listening to the issues I was having and work to get them repaired to my standards and timing. If I ever need work done again I would definitely reach out to Jeri and staff for future needs.Thank y'all so much for everything.

Great repair shop! Worked everything out with the insurance and the rental company so that all I had to do was drive in and drive off. All of the staff that I interacted with were very kind and informative. They also have a text system that frequently updates the progress of the repair. Additionally, they work with Enterprise rentals in Friendswood so that you can receive and return your car at the collision center.

Took my car to them after a wreck in November of 2022, got car back with 0 Freon in it in December. Was told they forgot to recharge it. They recharged it and ac stopped working a day later. Called again and was told my actuator was out. Brought it in and they found a leak in the condenser which was not there before the wreck. I took it back that day because it was winter and I didn t need AC at the time, but they ordered the part and would call me when it got there.I get into another wreck, and take it to caliber because, they have to replace my condenser. They have my car for about 6 months, I get it back, and have the same interaction with another tech. They tell me they forgot to recharge the Freon, then it s a problem with the actuator. I take it to another shop, they said that there s a hole in the condenser. I let caliber know this, send them pictures. They have to get it reapproved with insurance for some reason. This goes on for two months. Finally I get the number of the insurance agent. She s just as confused as I am. She gets a hold of caliber and they pretty much tell her we are not responsible for this .DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP OR TRUST WHAT THEY SAY. GET EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU IN WRITING SO THEY CAN NOT CHANGE THEIR STORYTheir customer service, at face value, was very wellServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Caliber Collision kept me informed throughout the entire process of my vehicle being repaired. If you didn't get in w collision but want to fix something from a previous owner.. do not go there. Extremely high! They wanted over $3500 and looked like this would have taken them over 45+ hours to do.. not as in time frame, as in hours for employees to fix it.. that would have taken over a week for something that's $500 or less...

Used them to repair vehicle after a kid who stole a car rammed me almost head on. It is my insurance company's preferred center. They communicated every step of the way. There were long delays due to parts, etc, it took almost 9 weeks, but they kept me up to date the whole time. When it was finally ready on a Friday afternoon, I didn't have a ride so was going to get it on Monday, but they drove it to me so I would not have to go another three days without it. It was clean, looked great, runs like new. Only thing was the wiper fluid reservoir was completely empty but that was minor in the scheme of things.
