AFFILIATE: KEVIN SONNIER, KELLY WILSON, WIEM MICHELLE HEAD, DANIEL WOODI fell victim to Big Star Cadillac at Friendswood, TX when I recently purchased a 2024 Escalade on March 25, 2024. This was meant to be a brand new luxury vehicle from a prestigious car brand. It's important to note my background� I am a refugee who has endured many hardships to reach where I am today. I'm grateful to be in a position where I can fulfill my lifelong dream of purchasing a car. My english is not great, so I have my daughter help me translate. I wish to share my story to prevent others from falling into the same trap and buying a car from these unscrupulous individuals.After having the car for a week, I noticed a defect: the left side of the bumper protruded from the quarter panel, unlike the other side. I have included images to this post. The last photo shows the right side, which is how it is normally supposed to be like. Whether or not the dealership was aware of this factory defect, they still sold the car. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to apologize or attempt to rectify the situation. Understandably, I was upset. When one spends more than $110k on a product, they expect both the product itself and the service to be of high quality. Unfortunately, the staff at Big Star Cadillac showed no shame in disrespecting their customers and avoiding any direct confrontation.Upon discovering the defect, I scheduled an appointment with the dealership, driving nearly an hour to Friendswood where it's located. However, I was denied a meeting with the General Sales Manager, Kevin Sonnier. Instead, I had to communicate through a receptionist who relayed a short note to the manager. Subsequently, a sales manager named Kelly Wilson approached me. It was evident that Kevin did not wish to meet with me. I made three attempts to visit this dealership to address the issue, resulting in over 200 miles of gas, tolls, and wasted time dealing with unhelpful staff.Kelly Wilson's response was dismissive. He repeatedly advised me to return home and wait for them to contact me after consulting with the factory. However, I received no such call. When I followed up, I was met with excuses, and Kelly brushed off my concerns, claiming the issue was normal and they couldn't do anything about it. For the past three weeks, I've been trying to get a resolution from them, only to be met with generic responses denying any responsibility.I eventually contacted Daniel Wood, the Service Drive Manager, but found him unhelpful. It seemed like nobody wanted to take responsibility, as they kept redirecting me to different staff members, hoping I would give up.Lastly, I want to address Wiem Michelle Head, who promised me floor mats and two years of service/maintenance. Before leaving the dealership, I inquired about the floor mats, and she assured me they had placed an order. However, I have yet to receive any updates, and Wiem Michelle is now avoiding my calls and messages. I later discovered that this promise wasn't included in the contract, but they failed to mention this earlier. As a non-English-speaking customer, I feel they took advantage of me and acted unethically to deceive me.In conclusion, my experience with Big Star Cadillac has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I expected better treatment and service from a reputed dealership. However, the lack of accountability, dismissive attitudes, and broken promises have left me disillusioned. It's disheartening to see how language barriers were exploited to take advantage of me and others in similar situations. No one should have to endure such mistreatment, especially when making significant investments.I am still pursuing this matter. I have contacted the factory directly and await their response. As for the staff members, I will be making sure to contact Cadillac representatives and General Motors Headquarters about all of this.

Purchased my CT4 in July 2023 and I love it so much. Eddie Lechuga was my sales rep and he was awesome he made the entire process seem less and stress free. he was there for me at a sensitive emotional time. He listened to what my interests were and showed me a few cars and I feel in love with my baby blue. The top notch service has not stopped since. Jeff Dial in service has been amazing and also shows great customer service, he is attentive and follows up during the time my vehicle has been in service up until I pick my baby back up. He also listens to my concerns and make sure I am satisfied with my service and gets all my requests handled promptly. I would recommend big star Cadillac and their service team 100% I will definitely be buying from the in the future When I m ready to buy again!

Jose and his coworkers were efficient and kept me updated on my cars progress. It is so convenient that they set up a ride so I don t have to wait. I would definitely recommend you use Big Star Cadillacs Service Center.

EXCELLENT service!!! Requested oil/filter change and tire rotation were accomplished in short order and service technician identified need to change engine coolant and brake fluid. These services (after discussion with Bobby Miller) were also accomplished during this visit. As usual, Bobby Miller is a top-notch service advisor...

Their entire team provided excellent service from initial contact through to delivering our car to my office as a birthday surprise for my wife. She was completely surprised and blown away. The delivery team walked her through setup and fully explained all of the features before leaving. She loves her new CT4V - Blackwing Edition! Thanks!

Recently, I visited to BigStar Cadillac for regular service. Mr Bobby , who delivered service, had provided excellent service takin his extra steps, performed vehicle inspection, fixed reduced steering assist, & replaced battery sensor using warranty , that s a lot to me, especially, I wasn't that knowledgeable about what special service car would need. In addition, he arranged shutter for me, that service personnel, Mr Brian, also very respectful. He dropped me to near by restaurant where I enjoyed my Lunch and he picked me off from the restaurant in time. I never felt unattended. My experience with Big Star Cadillac was like My Family Meeting . All in all, regular car-service visit was smooth, trustworthy, & very professional. I ll continue with them from now on..! H. Shah

I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealer but I do use them for service regularly, since they're the closest GM dealer to me. In general, they provide great communication, quick turnaround times, and all-around fantastic service. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or needs service.

I would say my experience is a little different from most as I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them vs a Cadillac. However, by far the best experience I've had. I was looking to upgrade my jeep that I had purchased from a Jeep dealership and saw the model I wanted at this location. I ended up getting a better deal than I would have from a Jeep dealership.

Highly recommend Cyron Mayo in Sales! Listened attentively to help me choose the vehicle that met all of my wants. At no time did I ever feel like just another sale. I have visited many dealerships lately and all have rushed to show me one vehicle and then throw a payment schedule in front of me expecting me to purchase and not caring/wanting to thoroughly answer my questions.I ended up signing my first ever lease on a Cadillac XT6. Mayo answered all of my questions and trust me, I asked a lot! He carefully explained everything and never made me feel like a bother. I am very pleased with my vehicle and the customer service I received during this first time lease experience.

Big Star Cadillac is awesome. I enjoyed the entire experience. My SalePerson Victor R. was excellent. He was very knowledgeable. Victor was very professional. Iriam D. was an excellent and professional Finance Manager. Everyone was very courteous and great customer experience focused. I highly recommend to anyone to go to Big Star Cadillac. I would say that it only took 1 hour and 30 minutes are less for me to shop, test drive, complete application, get approved, then get fianced. This was the fastest and efficient buying experienced I have ever had.

Did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer; the offer I made was not accepted by sales rep/manager. So they said... in general, I felt rushed to make a deal, and did not feel as they cared about me being already financed by my own bank. They seemed to only want to sell their own financing and everything else they can add up to it! The worst thing they do (please be ware!) when you go there and try to buy a pre-owned car, is this ridiculous extra charge they add to the listed price of the car. Some sort of reconditioning fee; whatever they call it, is just an add on that makes no sense. And, it's not cheap, it's thousands of dollars, which really adds up to the listed price of the vehicle! Don't believe their (false) online advertisements!!!

Sales services was amazing. Top notch. The dealer it's self while not as big as others feels like they focus on quality more than quantity, there are multiple harder to find high option models available here that are hard to find in other places, including the new awd electric Lyriq. Unfortunately I felt they participate in a couple negative habits that seems to be a common theme among dealers.#1 is charging over MSRP. Marking a car up by thousands for no reason other than they can.#2 advertising a price online but not selling you the car for the price they advertised. So when you see a price online, and you call to confirm, then drive 3 hours to them to make a purchase you only then find out that there are thousands of dollars worth of things you MUST purchase on top of the price... or they won't sell you the car. Things you didn't ask for, don't want, and some you can't even use. This a very shady practice.If the dealer would be willing to rectify this practice I would be happy to adjust my review and recommend them in the future as this was my only issue.When you spend hours driving excited to get "a good deal" on the vehicle you want, spend 4 hours doing reviews and paperwork on it..only to walk out feeling like you ripped off and over paid..it makes you not want to return or recommend them.The amazing customer service was this dealers real saving grace, as the salesman kept me up to date on everything without me having to ask, even after hours on his own time. But please...stop the bait n switch tactics. It's outdated.

Overall, great experience with Big Star. David Bukrinksy, our sales rep, made our experience as smooth and straight forward as possible. He took the time to listen to us, and most importantly, followed through with what he said he was going to do. Very happy we chose Big Star and would recommend to anyone looking for their next Cadillac.

The service center is A-1, and the service workers got me ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. My service advisor Jeff did a professional job of explaining how the work was to be done and made sure that everything would be taken care of.He even had the car exterior washed for me.

The salesman who helped me. I chose to drive 300+ miles to this dealership because I spoke on the phone with a woman who said they've never lost a customer because of the price of a vehicle and that I would be able to make negotiations once on site. This gave me the confidence that I would leave the dealership with the sales price of the vehicle set lower than listed. However, the salesman asserted that the listed price was as low as possible and defeated my reasoning for driving so far to the dealership. While I did not leave empty handed, I was majorly disappointed in the misleading information provided to me prior to making the drive out there.

Despite waking up early for a scheduled 9 am appointment to see a used car, the lack of professional integrity was disheartening. I drove a hour one way on a Saturday Morning excited to see and finance the car. Despite assurances that the car would be available, it was being test-driven and being sold when I arrived left me feeling undervalued. The absence of common courtesy and a resolution offer added to the disappointment. I would advise against shopping at this dealership as there are better dealerships, including superior options that will provide a more positive experience.

Ainsley and Daniel did a great job staying on top of what was going on with my car. The vehicle was in the shop for the 7th time with a check engine light and the same error code emissions! I have never experienced such inconvenience with a new car in my life. My husband researched and found the issue was the vapor canister. Curious as to why it took in house mechanics 7 times to diagnose the actual source of the code.

After having my vehicle serviced (maintenance) at Big Star Cadillac, I noticed my vehicle was performing terribly. I called and spoke with a Service Advisor, and he asked me to bring the vehicle back if it was drivable. I brought the vehicle in the next morning, and the Service Advisor found the problem, resolved the issue, apologized, and assured me that he personally inspected the work done on my vehicle. I value a business when they can own their mistakes. For this reason, I have no problem continuing to do business with Big Star Cadillac.
