I own a Nissan Frontier and my fog light got broken at a store parking lot, I bought the light replacement but I couldn t figure out how to change it, I called several shops and most of them will not do the work unless I bought a new light from them, I kept looking for a place a thanks God I found them and was the best experience I have ever got from a shop they were great only took them about 1/2 hour to replace it and there price nobody can beat. I came to same I have not ever had this sort of experience with an auto place like this one. These are the salt of the earth people. I have a 6 door custom truck and barely anyone wants to work on it and/or rips me off. The owner and his staff spent multiple HOURS working on this truck. but didn't even feel he could charge me for the hours spent because he felt I was not originally dealt a fair deal based on way my wiring was done for my a/c, electrical etc for the custom part. Its toooo much to explain but this was the BEST experience and the most honest kind and sweet people I have ever done business with. YOU will not be disappointed. They did great and were priced so much better than other auto shops around. I dropped it off early morning and got it back 5 hours later like they said I would. They also broke down the cost of EVERYTHING before I even showed up so I knew what my bill would look like before I paid. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've taken my car here three times now and always gotten great service and fast repair times. I know about cars and generally always have a good idea of what's wrong when I take it in. Auto Tech's diagnosis has always been consistent with my notion of what needed to be repaired. Plus, the repair price has always been what was estimated, and the one time they found additional things they called to confirm before proceeding. I like this place and will continue to have my cars serviced here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Air conditioning

I have been going to AutoTech for years, before I was old enough to drive. I have had horrible luck with cars, every single one seeming to have some sort of issue almost immediately and continuing to have issues for the entire time I own them. Every time, I take it to them and they provide amazing results, at a fair cost. But what truly makes these guys such great mechanics and business owners is that they are honest with you. If the issue is something they cannot fix, they wont just tell you its unfixable and your screwed, rather they will give you advice on how to get it fixed. If the issue is something that could possibly be covered by your warranty, rather than just fixing it, and voiding your warranty in the process, they will tell you about it, which has saved me a lot of money. I'm grateful that this business is run so well.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

My first visit to Auto Tech... great experience. I don't trust my classic car with just anybody. These guys were very knowledgable, friendly and professional. They did a good job for a good price. I first had my car diagnosed by a local mechanic shop who quoted me an expensive amount for the repairs. The next place I stopped at was Auto Tech for a second quote. The mechanic reset the computer on the suspension. Auto Tech saved me a lot of money with their honest diagnoses. The staff was friendly as well. Took my truck in at 7 this morning. It was running rough and the check engine light was on. Explained the issue and left after leaving the necessary contact info. Received a call about an hour later and got an estimate. I approved their recommendation. Received a follow-up call 5 minutes later explaining my options and estimated costs. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call later in the day that they had completed repairs. I was charged what they had quoted and was very satisfied with the work they performed and the outstanding customer service. Another plus was learning the owner was prior military, as I am. I highly recommend this establishment.

Chuck and his crew were amazing! My mom's car had overheated down the street at Kroger. When I called to ask about getting it towed to them as it was the closest place, he personally went down to help her to see if he could get her car started so she would not have to pay a tow fee. We found out her radiator had to be replaced along with her brakes (which we already knew.) They called around and got the best deals on parts they could. They also discounted her cost of around $400 compared to other places in the area. They are honest and treat each customer as if they were putting their own Mom in the vehicle. Will definitely be spreading the word and returning for any future issues. Thank you again Chuck! God Bless!!

I ve had my car & family member s cars worked on multiple times. They re always professional, friendly & accommodating & get me back on the road at a reasonable price. I recommend them highly!Looking at other reviews, it seems 4 poor reviews are about one incident. Hearsay opinions should not be posted, IMO.

This place was a blessing in disguise. Good wholesome honest people. I had 2011 GMC Sierra that was making really bad squeaking noises on the front end. I took it to one place and they informed me it was my rims that were rubbing and I later found out that wasn't the problem so I took it into These miracle workers and they originally stated my bill would be a little over $800.00. When I went in to pick it up they shed almost half of that. These gentlemen went out of there way to save me money and did an awesome job on repairing my truck. I would recommend this place a 100 times more if I could. I'm from El Paso so I didn't know too many places. I absolutely am satisfied with the service and the repairs.

Used to be a great place to go, but recently keeps getting worse and worse. They gave me back my car broken 3 different times with different issues. Feels like a blantant cheat. the service guys are super mean and sarcastic for unnecessary reasons. They also act dramatic with little reasoning. never had issues with any one like I've had recently with these guys. And I'm not the only one apparently. Heard through friends similar stories.

Really thankful for this business! Was told by a dealer that my vehicle needed some expensive repairs and they would need at least 2 days to fix. Decided to bring it here based on previous experience, they assured me it DID NOT need those repairs but did need brakes! Then the price was lower than quoted!Thank you again!

Luis and his team are great. Straight forward and no beating around the bush. They get the work done quickly and communicate clearly and effectively. Between Auto Tech and Ford s in Friendswood, I don t know why anyone would go anywhere else? 10/10.

I was so disappointed in my last visit. My family has been taken our cars there for years but this last visit was horrible. I took on my pontiac g3 in awhile back because it was misfiring pretty much. My car would jerk. Knowing my car is a g3 I know it's a pain in the butt! We dropped off the car and got the call saying I need camshaft sensors. Ok no big deal... got the call saying it was done. Got there talked to the front desk , I spoke to the staff which were nice! Paid them close to 900 bucks. Grabbed my keys and drove away. About a few mins down the road my engine light came on and notices my windshield wipers were hanging off also. So i took it back they told me it needs to reset and for me to drive 50 miles and it will reset itself. Ok... well of course I drove a few miles again and what does my car do? Starts jerking... I took my car back and dropped it off so they can look at it again. Which was no problem they told me they can look at it again no charge. So a few more days went by and we called to check the status... well they told me the sensors they put in are a Half degree off and they can't fix it because they needed a "special tool" and the tool is over 500 bucks. Autotech told us that they weren't going to buy the tool and no-one would like them borrow the tool. If we wanted it done we would have to buy the tool. Ok well that is something that should have been brought up the first time. I could have taken it to someone else. It wouldn't have been a big deal. If you do work be honest about it. Not telling anyone the sensors were a Half a degree off and trying to get away with it is very unacceptable. Not to mention the mechanic put a crack in my windshield. So not only did we pay 900 bucks for am unfixed car, we also received a complimentary crack on my windshield.

I have an old 1976 C-10 Pick up that is a bastard truck cause all kinds of alterations were made to it. After unsuccessful attempts at another shop to fix A/C, Heater, gas gauge, wiring...etc...this shop was able to fix other problems on the truck that multiple shops couldn't fix. This is only place I trust to work on my truck. They have experience working on old cars, which can be hard to find in the area.

My coworker recommended them. I am nervous when it comes to mechanic shops. Happy to have my car's steering working again and it didn't cost an arm or leg. They were fast. Thanks ya'll!

"DO NOT use auto tech in Friendswood. I took my vehicle in to be serviced and the front desk guy repeatedly asked me out and tried to get my information. I declined him and he took my information off my ticket and contacted me anyways (see picture). Today, I spoke with the owner himself who offered no support and asked if an apology would make this go away. He defended this man and told me that this man is married and expecting their first child. The owner made me feel like it was my fault and dismissed my feelings. My privacy was violated and who knows what this guy is doing with the private information all women are leaving. This is straight stalker stuff out of a nightmare!"

Dirtbags that work the counter harass and hit on women...when they re told it s unwanted, they steal phone numbers off invoices and text them. Then the owner defends said employee, when the proof is in text, citing the employees soon to be born child.What rednecks.
