Great service from some great people over there Patrick s enterprises inc. Went by there today to get some automotive keys made. It was far more affordable than any dealership quoted and how quick everything was done from the key cutting to programming I will continue to recommend them. Not to mention the above and beyond service at check out from Keith. I mentioned something that I thought I was going to have to go by the dealership for he went out there and took care of it.Thank you y all so much.

I was most appreciative they stayed past noon to finish what I needed after being there over 2 hrs. They work hard to get customers in & out quickly. Very knowledgeable of the business.

I had the very BEST experience with this company. I was locked out of my travel trailer and they fixed it very quickly and the charge was extremely reasonable! The man who unlocked my trailer was very professional and nice. I would recommend them to anyone needing any sort of security help!!

My son locked us out of our truck while it was running. Patrick's was able to send a technician, arrived in approximately 20 minutes and he was in my truck in less than 3 minutes. Super friendly technician and they took care not to damage my truck.

Showed up within 8 minutes of calling. We locked out keys in the car with our dogs and they had us back on the road within 20 minutes for $65. Well worth it!

While renting a house on the beach, we went out to Seahorse for dinner (another great review for them), and discovered that our house key was missing, at 2100 at night. After spending hours retracing steps looking for the key and being devoured by skeeters, we call Patrick's. Keith came out at that late hour and within 20 minutes had us back in our house! THANKS SO MUCH for the excellent friendly service Patrick's and KEITH!

Patrick was FANTASTIC! He answered my call and came to the rescue AFTER HOURS! I accidentally locked my cat in our bathroom (it has a regular lock and key) and we did not have a key to be able to get in! The lock itself gave Patrick hell, but he came out on top and saved the day! My kitty, Basil, is very thankful for him, she's still slightly angry with me though... lolEither way, I 10/10 recommend Patrick for any of your locksmith needs! THANK YOU AGAIN!

These guys are as good as it gets.They always have what we need and are looking forFrom hard to find and program chip keysTo basic tool box keys and locks.Service bed locks and even the hard to find motorhome keys.In stock and ready for you.I can only remember 1 time in 10 years that they had to order something that I needed.

Lost my key at work had to leave so I can call this place. The guy tells me he is busy but can get to me later on in the evening. I said cool no big deal but had to call him several times finally he just ignored my calls and never came by. I would of been okay with it if he told me I can't do it today. Customer service sucks

Dropped by with a key broke off in a disc lock. After 25 minutes of work, I have 2 keys that work. These guys are great and the price was beyond reasonable!! Would highly recommend!!

Keith did an exceptional job on getting my outdated Honda Prelude keys made and reprogrammed. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He stayed the course even though it took him multiple trips. The original quote he gave me stayed the same also.

So I called up to get a key made for my car. He wanted to charge $225 for a key made by him looking up key code from vin. The next day I called Don Davis and they charged me $38 to do the same thing.

We have used Patrick's for over 10 years on all of our commercial sites however going forward we are changing vendors for a number of reasons the main one being attitude But also an inferior product has been available to us commercially on the last several calls All of our Brazoria County locations will no longer do business with this firm. I have personally Issued orders to remove all of Patrick's door stickers From all our facilities.

I had lost the combination to an old Sear Tower safe and needed it open. I calledPatrick's, explained my situation, was informed that Patrick was not in at the moment, left my name and number and waited for his call. The next day when he did not call I called back and talked to him, explained what I needed and set up a time for Saturday. He said he had a job to do and would get to me when he finished that job. I waited at the house all day Saturday and he was a no show, not even a call to let me know he would not make it, basically wasting my whole day. I had called Patrick because he was local and I wanted to support local business. I really should have looked at his reviews, on Google he has 10 reviews and 2 of the say he did the same thing to them, it will be 3 of 11 now. The best part was I called a Locksmith out of Houston that not only showed up as promised, charged me less than what Patrick had quoted to me.

They had the electronic key needed for the Chevy. Lazer cut the key. Gave directions on the program. Followed the directions. All went as should beIf you need a lock,smith go see them.

This is where you get your keys made when chain stores don't have the right key or tell you that they do and you spend way to long jiggling your key to make it work. Beware their short hours, though.
