Everytime I've gone in they have always been super helpful and patient with my questions and needing a code read on my truck.

The employees at the Freeport location never seem to be stressed, no matter how busy they are. I haven t met everyone here yet, but Noe and Hannah are the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service. When they don t know about a product we may be needing, they take the time to find out and inform us. This is not just about me; I ve noticed the respect and kindness with which they treat all of their customers. Great job guys! I have two older jeeps, so you ll be seeing me often, LOL.

it's always hard to choose between the all of the good auto parts stores in town but this one is definitely in the top two. Availability is usually the deciding factor. They're really knowledgeable and fast.

The guy was very helpful. Even helped get my old steering wheel cover off and carried the pump I rented to my car. I'm assuming it was heavy and he noticed I'm super pregnant.Store was clean and organized inside and out!

I ordered my part on yesterday they lied and said it would be here at 12:30 they sent a message and said be back at 2:45 I asked him to call the verify whether God was located where I can go pick it up myself cuz I need it for an emergency that was the reason why I ordered it and I feel they should call you and tell you they sell that the order is going to be late but you can make some other arrangements so they suck in my book

The gentleman who helped me, Rob Russell was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure I was on the road again. Couldn't ask for a better customer experience. A++++!!

My eldest son and I drove all the way from Aldine TX to rescue my youngest son whose alternator gave out just a mile away from Freeport, TX - Store #640 and thankfully so because even though we had the proper tools to do the job the nut was stripped! The employees truly cared that we were having a tough time and kindly made the time to help us trouble shoot the situation to the point they went through their own tools to try to help. That is a value you cannot buy and was deeply appreciated by each of us! God bless you both; you know who you 2 are and more than that, God knows! May He richly bless you both!

Extremely rude . Refuses to let someone in need a restroom. We are closing are commercial accounts with this store. What a waste. Out of 236 orielly stores I do business with, I've never been treated so badly. Orielly needs to get they're store in check.

Fast and friendly service. Loaded 5 5gal. buckets of AW-6 into my van before I finished paying for them. Good people.

Went to buy a fuse for my blinker.. Kid working told me I'd have to figure out(goigle)which one i needed and come back once I figured it out.. Went to Napa and lady fixed me up
