Horrible rude customer service. There is no reason to be rude and disrespectful because you don't have the parts in stock. The old lady at the counter should be fired.

Is a bit expensive when it comes to everything all around but quality over quantity right? Had hydraulic hose made and had to return to get it re-maned because the guy "used a bad cut fitting." But if it were bad cut it would have messed threads up, no it was clearly squeezed in a vise or crimping machine. Wasn't funny at all. Cost me and hours pay and not to mention that was just as much as the hose! Smdh.

Wanda is awesome and very knowledgeable. I ask for her every time because she is so patient with me as I learn how to help my hubby with his trucking company. Her years have just made her more beautiful. Thanks Wanda! See you again soon!

Last October 17, 2022 I was in the Port in Freeport, TX. I had accidentally ripped both my airlines & pigtail from the neck of my RGN trailer. Wes & the deliver driver went above & beyond to help me get what I need to replace the pasts that broke off. Thank you Wes & delivery guy. The delivery guy told me his name but I can't remember it. Great people to deal with. So if your ever in the Port in Freeport, TX & your broke down. Chances are they can help you.

Very helpful staff. Were ready to help me find the parts I needed for my ride.And the bathroom was available for use, and it was nice and clean.I was back on the road in no time. Thanks guys and gals for the excellent service and smiling help.

My alternator went out and I had to replace it. We drove to a local NAPA store in Freeport Tx and I bought a brand new one and installed it in the parking lot. It worked fine for 2 days but on the 3rd day after the install it started to fail on the way back to Georgetown.It was Labor Day and the NAPA was closed. We continued to drive as our batteries were draining. Finally the truck instrument panel shut off, then the truck engine died a few minutes later. We called Autozone and they were open. They actually delivered a new alternator to us on the side of the road.I removed the NAPA alternator and installed the new Autozone alternator and so far all is well.

Best service in Freeport. They usually have any filter you need for chevy,ford,cat,cummins, mitsubishi, deere, komatsu.
